Rachael would frequently do pre-orders, meaning the website would be open for a few days normally and you could order shoes that usually took about 8 weeks to produce in china. She would then receive them from China, unbox them and then ship them out to the customers who bought them. She would also have RTS (Ready To Sale) shoes and grab bags meaning you would pick the size and her/her team would pick the type of shoe you received.
Starting in January of 2022 Rachael did a pre-order to ship in April. She also made an announcement that they were moving to a warehouse in FL.
February she announced their last day in NJ warehouse.
April she made a post stating that the shoes that were supposed to ship in April were running approximately 2 weeks behind and would end up shipping in May. I placed a pre-order in April that was supposed to ship in July.
May 20th she sends an email out saying orders placed in Feb/March that were pushed back to May have now been delayed longer, she said they would ship in June and were almost out of production. Rachael stated that customers could wait or cancel and by the end of June they would be caught up on the delayed orders.
June she finally shipped the pre-order from January.
June 29th Rachael sent two updates - 1 the shoe due to ship in June were now delayed as well and are expected to ship at the end of July; 2 the orders that were for the 4th of July drop were being canceled and automatically everyone would be given a gift card double the amount purchased.
July I receive an update that again the shoes set to ship in July are delayed, with all the other orders that were placed starting in January and all shipping dates from April to July.
August comes and Rachael assures that all the orders will be caught up at the end of the month and request people to stop filing chargebacks as it was putting a financial strain on the business.
September - Rachael finally ships out orders that were placed in January and February.
October 1st Rachael post in her VIP Facebook page that she was going to cancel all the orders that have been delayed and not shipped due to seasonal changes and the possibility of the shoes not fitting our children.
I am refunded two orders via a gift card. Rachael runs more pre-orders of the same shoes she canceled, so I used the gift card she gave me to purchase my last order on November 20th 2022, that was a pre-order that was supposed to ship in February.
Now the website is down, Rachael paused her VIP page so nobody could comment, like or post anything in the page, she removed 3 of her administration girls from the group. A few people have since reached out to the 3 that were removed and they told them to file chargebacks on everything anyone can because Rachael is not going to fulfill the orders.
