Ordered children’s shoes, never shipped. 3 separate transactions over 2022 dated September and March. Kept getting emails citing covid and shipping delays etc. now a Facebook group open with thousands of women documenting similar losses.

Ordered not once, but twice from a preorder offered by Monkey Feet USA in June and July. I understand how preorders work- it can take a period of time for goods to be made/shipped. The company went WAYYY past promised time and kept making excuses. I requested via email my money back from both orders to only get an auto message back.

Around the beginning of December 2022, they (Monkey Feet USA) sent a form and gave people the option for refunds since the TAT was far from the original promised times. I filled out the form, not once but TWICE. I heard nothing and received nothing.

PayPal didn't want to help recover the funds. So I went to the financial institution where the money was paid from and thankfully I was able to recover the lost $$

Delayed order after order for so many different reasons. The hurricane, customs, shipping issues, you name it. Customers were bullied to the point of being afraid to ask questions on the Facebook page.

Business took orders and payments for shoes, but never actually shipped shoes to the thousands of customers that placed the orders. Business owner then repeatedly told customers false information about the reasons for the delayed shipments, pushing customers outside of the time frame of buyer protection to file claims and receive refunds.

I purchased three separate orders totaling over 160.00 advertised as a pre-sale. Those items were all cancelled and I did not receive a refund what so ever. No email, no email response, nothing.

Pre ordered shoes, 4 different orders. First order was placed in June 22, then July 22, Aug 22 and Oct 22. Every order Rachael the owner, stated the items were delayed and kept pushing the shipment date back. To date, this business has gone out of business however they were just “taking orders” in Jan 2023. The manufacturer came out and stated Monkey Feet USA owes them over $500k for non payment of shoes they had in production for Monkey Feet USA. There is a lawsuit pending for the eviction of her warehouse in FL. Multiple attempts have been made to get in touch with Monkey Feet USA. They have simply turned all contacts off. I was never refunded by Rachael or received any of the four items placed since June 22. There are hundreds of other consumers that have been scammed from her. She promised to issue gift cards with extra funds on them for the issues, yet NONE of the gift cards worked. I personally never received a gift card from her! Because of the timeframe no one can get a refund from the banks or companies such as PayPal etc. Most companies must be disputed within 60 days. Most people ordered and waited for almost a year at this point. I want to make it very clear, Rachael knew none of the shoes were shipping, she knew none we even being made, yet she offered them for “pre orders” and still sold them. She also listed “ready to ship”in Jan 23 and sold hundreds of thousands of pairs with no intent of having those shoes or shipping them to customers. Please investigate her, she has scammed well into the millions of dollars.

Ordered adult and kids shoes from monkey feet in a $10 sale. Expected shoes to ship in January. Found the buyer beware group and learned the business had not shipped shoes since the beginning of 2022. Asked for multiple updates from the company and always received automated emails. Eventually got an automated email saying the shoes would not ship in January. Went ahead and filed a dispute with my bank. Sickening that this company is not being punished criminally.

I ordered shoes from this company on March 1st. She used shop to keep up with "shipping notifications" and also used Route for protection. I would keep up with updates and shipping "issues" throughout the year. Even bought shoes a few more times. I never had issues in the past and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I had no idea she went out of business until I saw it on Facebook. I even emailed them this morning inquiring about my shoes & I received an auto email reply back with the same information. I'd be willing to talk to someone in person even if this ever went to trial or anything. She's messing with my kids lifestyle now.

Took money for preorders and then continues to push back dates of when shoes would ship. Encouraged people to wait for the shoes and threatened not to ask for money back. Eventually offered it and offered gift cards. Only to deliver the gift cards and then shut down all access to their company.

She allowed us to place orders for childrens shoes as both preorders and ready to ship for shoes that were never made/paid for/shipped. Then, she lied about the status of the shoes-in customs, shipping xxx date, etc. She decided to cancel a bunch of orders, offering refunds that never came. She threatened us & our money if we filed chargebacks. She lied about that status of refunds-happening every day, doing their best, etc. She never refunded my money after several requests, & she shut down her business completely, leaving us with no way to contact her, no refunds, & out our money. We customers have a Facebook group with all the proof of her sayings/doings, & this has been a global scam.

Owner of Monkey Feet Rachel was running a scam of having "pre-orders" where us as the customers were paying for products that were supposed to ship in 6-8 weeks which was nothing new. But in 2022 she kept making excuses of why orders weren't shipping, but she kept putting up new pre-orders. I paid for 44 pair of shoes, 7 total orders, $478 worth of shoes I never received. When we started to question her on the issues she would delete and block us from the VIP Facebook group so we had no way of finding out about our orders. We started filing charge backs and that's when she started shutting down all forms of communication to her. She knew she had been caught

This company has been taking orders and using customs as an excuse to not be sending them out. Looks like she hasn’t sent out shoes for almost a whole year since she not only scammed her customers but committed wire fraud to her manufacturer. Her product (shoes) weren’t “stuck in customs” they were stuck at the manufacturers in China because she owes them over $500,000. Now she has deleted her Facebook accounts, paused the Facebook group for her business and stopped responding to everyone’s messages trying to get their money back. She owes her customers and the manufacturers over $1 million all together.

The business scammer was selling shoes as a "pre-order" in March of 2022 to be shipped in June of 2022. The owner repeatedly tried to mislead the buyers for 6 months before they stopped responding to emails. They offered a gift card as means of retribution with the knowledge of never having product to sell. (If you no longer had the card number you originally purchased with you were either offered a gift card or were just out the money. With how many times my card numbers have been stolen I just decided to not chance the being out the money and get a gift card to buy a present for a friend.)

There are now 40,000+ orders outstanding with no shoes to be sent for fulfillment.

Purchased children’s shoes from her website via preorder. She constantly changed the ship date and lied about the reasons behind delays. I asked for refunds repeatedly and got no response.

Ordered many shoes over the course of a year. Kept getting excuse after excuse of why they were running late. Been a customer for years so I believed in her. She never had the products, never paid the manufacturer but kept making presales knowing we would never receive anything. She would not return emails then muted her website. I have many screenshots about orders. This is just 1 . She waited until the date of chargebacks being offered by banks and paypal for most orders.

The Owners of Monkey Feet (shoes), Eric and Rachael Dalfonzo, knowingly and fraudulently posted shoes for sale & presale, RTS & grab bags that they did not have, never had and did not order to have made. Then blamed USPS, customs and Chinese covid protocols for delays and kept moving the ship dates. They have had a good history until the past year. I had bought for numerous years no issue.

They then started to have costumers who had cancelled orders or wanted theirs cancelled to fill at a google form PER ORDER and state if they wanted $ bakc or a gift card + more$. They claimed of you emailed to quick/many times you would be bumped or should would just push you last. There was an auto reply with all the canceled, etc. I did this.. never received any $ back, as late as the last days of Jan they were pOSting sales. They knowingly did not have the shoes for, they were already out of Florida and back to jersey (started in jersey, moved themselves and company to FL for 1-2 years and supposedly now back to jersey). They were already in default and being evicted from the Florida warehouse when doing this while buying a home in jersey for $700,000 in cash. They then locked the website, snoozed the Facebook Monkey feet VIP page (and repaused it on2/15 ) locked down their own Facebook pages- changed names on Facebook, Instagram, Venmo, etc and stopped any response to emails or messages. They ghosted their employees - who are owed pay- and we recently found out her a

Manufacturer in China was given a fake bank note showing she ‘sent’ money and they are out over $500k.

I ordered several orders of children’s shoes with preorders scheduled to ship several months after order was placed. The merchant kept delaying orders, will not respond to refund or cancelation requests. Merchant is now out of business and does not respond to email inquires or social media.

The scammer stated the items would be shipped in the beginning of December, then stated because of shortages items would be shipped in January, when I reached out VIA email on their website I was ignored and never responded to. Since multiple people on social media have come forward and posted the same issues and since the website and social media sites for this scammer has been deactivated and removed. I believe she stole our money and we were never getting any of our items.

Have preorders on shoes with expected ship dates, kept extending the dates, kept making excuses-blaming customers, warehouse, usps and even customs. Started issuing fake/nonexistent refunds/giftcards to some people with more lies and extended ship dates. She eventually paused her facebook group and quit replying to emails and messages. She has since shut down her website as well as her email is no longer reachable.
