I ordered a dress from Mooyius.com on March 11th that never arrived. When contacted they asked I choose a replacement, which I tried to do twice without success. They state it's out of stock both time. They will not refund the $291.21 order either. I have a second order with this site that is also in the a similar situation. I placed the customer service support request with [email protected]. However, the support email responses come from Email 12

I purchased a suit and dress from their website which has a posted merchandise return policy. The clothes were very poor quality and did not match the pictures on the website. When I requested a merchandise return form from the service email, they first asked for pictures, then asked me to send my measurements and they would send new items. When I refused and insisted on returning items purchased for a full refund, they offered me a 30% refund. I am still trying to obtain a full refund but they continue to offer alternatives like picking new items from their website. The emails are clearly prescribed messages in broken English, and the company is giving me the run around in hopes that I will give up. It is a bait and switch scam which advertises designer style clothing that is not inexpensive, but with discounts which lead you to believe the clothing will be good quality. But it is VERY poor quality, and the company does NOT honor the published return policy.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!! They refuse to return anything even though it clearly states on their website that they “pride themselves in honoring returns within a 14 day period” FLAT OUT LIE! They will email back and forth with you and make it impossible for you to return anything. The clothes are CHEAPLY MADE AND LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ON THEIR WEBSITE! The jumpsuit I ordered wasn’t even the same material they featured in their photos. They even went as far as telling me “it was all in my head”. Such an outrages thing to say to a paying customer. In our 7th and final email they told me they would refund my money in 6 months! It’s preposterous! Unfortunately I bought two items from them and never received the second one. Read the reviews on Trust Pilot. This company has done this to many people.

I ordered a dress, didn’t like how it fit, so I tried to return it. Emailed them with the information they requested and requested a return merchandise form. They keep dogging my request of receiving the return form. I’ve been trying (10+ emails) to get this form to return but they refuse to even acknowledge that I’m asking for it. Extremely infuriated.

The ítems delivered are nothing like what is being advertised. They do not abide to their return policy and their customer service is not attempting to resolve the problem.

I ordered a white halter jumpsuit. It came and the quality was horrendous. I immediately asked for return information to send back. They wanted pictures, so when i went to hang up the outfit to get the whole picture the clasp around the neck broke. I sent pics of that also. They are stalling and not providing return information. All they say is I can give that one to a friend and get another half price or that I can order something else same price. I keep saying no, I want the return information. Then they'll send another email with one of the responses above. I wish I would have researched before I purchased. There are so many reviews like mine. Horrible quality, and over priced and won't refund or honor their return policy. Do not order from this company.

This company advertised supposedly high end women’s clothing. The dress looks nothing like the picture, is poorly made, and has the quality of a Halloween costume. Paid $125 for a dress that looks like it should cost $15. Customer service does not respond to emails. Total scam.

The company Mooyius was advertising on Facebook. I went to their website and ordered the dress that I saw while on Facebook. What arrived at my house was not even close to the quality, nor the stitching, nor the color, nor the style, nor the fit. The dress is a “dollar store” dress; very cheaply made, and very poor quality!

This company advertises really expensive and elegant clothes. The actual quality of the clothes are very poorly made. Nothing is as advertised, and the customer service is non-existent. They do not provide return labels or addresses. You can send an email to a customer support address. If they respond, they ask for pictures of the clothing. They do not respond after pictures are sent. They do not abide by their refund policy. This site is selling cheap and poorly made clothes advertised as high quality clothing, and taking people’s money.

I went into the mooyius web page after it popped up on Facebook. I clicked on the link they listed their clothes as being 100% high quality satin. I ordered some blouses and a dress and some pants. When the order arrived, the clothes color did not match the description. I contacted them via email, because there is not a phone number for them, a couple of days after I got the order. I explained that the quality if the clothe was not as it was on the description and they said to send pictures, so I did with a description for each item and my order number. after that they would just say I am sorry you are not satisfied with your order and kept asking for the same Information over and over that went on for a almost two months. I contacted PayPal which is who I made installments with and they said that they only only do return of refunds within 30 days. Now I know why the company kept buying time. They are very well aware how to cheat people.

I ordered 14 items of clothing from the Mooyius.com website on 11/16/24. I received 7 of the items on 12/7 and contacted the company on 12/10 about the 7 missing items and about returning some of the items I received. The quality of the items I received did not match the pictures on the website and is pretty low quality craftsmanship. The Mooyius website states that returns can be made within 14 days if the items have not been worn or washed or misused. I asked for a refund and they asked me to send pictures of the items I wished to return, which I did. they responded with "If you agree to change another item, we will give you a $15 coupon". I then asked for a full refund of the items and they come back with refunding 80% of the items and then 85% with a 15% handling fee. I still have no news of the 7 missing items and no further communication about the tracking number for them.
