I received an email addressed to am email similar to my deceased mother's. I have had them forwarded since her death but receive very few. It was from Vaarhal...confirming an order for a person who I do not know. From the email, I wa able to visit the site and fnd the supposed orderer's name amd phone number. It was an older woman in anothr state who had no knowledge of the order and has a reasonable response as to why the email was similar. She is following up with her bank, etc... I followed the email trail of the company, it says Zendesk...but leads to morningfast media. I know zendesk is trustworthy. Morningfast media just borrowed their name for a link. This company needs to be brought down.

I ordered exercise bands in April and as of today have not received them. They took the money from my account, which I took a screen shot of and showed them, but they will not give back my money and keep asking for my order number which I never received. I have been fighting with these scammers since May 5th and am not getting anywhere. They need to be shut down!

I ordered from them on April 21st. I received no updates until I started contacting them. The tracking information was bogus. At one point the tracking info showed "Expired. Item not found." After my next email they replied (on July 19)with a different tracking information which only went up to June 17, and again offered to give me a $20 towards another item from their store. Why on earth would I want to order (and pay for!) something else from them. They are telling me my order is still with Canada Customs, and completely ignoring my request to send me a refund. I then googled them and found all the complaints on them. I only wish I did this before I ordered. They don't read and respond to what's in my email, the replies are just automatic - and incredulous! I concur with everyone else ...STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM!

Placed order for universal motorcycle handlebar bracket. Payment went thru but item didn’t arrive. It’s been almost 2 months already. Sent couple of emails but received generic reply using covid19 as excuse..
“ your order was arrived at the destination country already,we think you will receive it soon,could you mind waiting for about 7-10 days again?“

Do not trust this company. It’s a scam business. Will report to the country authority as well.

I bought a callus removing machine and it was a horrible experience. First, the item arrived TWO MONTHS after I ordered it, landing in a holding station for three weeks. Upon any emails, I received an automatic response without resolution. Second, the machine finally arrived and DOESN'T WORK. The USB connection cable doesn't fit properly into the charging station. Furthermore, the batteries required are not clear and not available in US. THIS IS A SCAM. THE ITEM IS SHODDY. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST.

These people are liars and dishonest. I ordered a product back in February. They are blaming COVID but I am certain they took my money with no intention of shipping the product. They suggested I contact Canada post and ask them for my package. How stupid. I’m escalating this to VISA claiming fraud. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDSTER.

I email to them so many time. and my answer is "wait" and use COVID 19 excuse not release the product. I'm very very very angry. I request to refund. I bought a " PediVac " callus remover. The unit arrived in a damaged package. After 1 night charging the accu was running the motor for lesse the 3 minutes, thre is absolut no efficiency. But after 4 e-mails I still got no address to return the unit.
I wiil submit a warning on facebook if I dont get a address within the next week. And the telNo.: on the pack is fals.

I bought drain Deodorant from this company buy 3 get 2 free I ordered 3 and that's what came 3 apparently its my fault I didn't tick the correct box they wanted me to pay the postage on the 2 extra they are sending out I refused so they said if I can't afford it they will give me 10 dollars to buy something from their website but I am not getting the drain Deodorant I refused that too so it looks like I paid over £40 for 3 bottles too expensive do not use this company no customer service

I ordered an item from Careyeah (eyebrow pencil). Said they delivered back in April and sent me a tracking number. No show, emailed them and was told they would resend item. Sent me a tracking number. No show. They’re now blaming it on COVID 19 but I’ve given up on my $68 loss. NEVER BUYING CHINESE PRODUCTS AGAIN.
