Postcard notice from Mortgage Services Group, LLC stating to call right away regarding my mortgage with Guild Mortgage. Stated it is time sensitive.

Have been receiving several postcards from these people at Mortgage Services Group, LLC telling me it is important that I contact them about my recent mortgage with Prime Lending. There are two telephone numbers shown on the card: 1)833-382-6707; and 2) 877-899-1809 with the name of Mortgage Services Group, LLC as the company. Also, showing on post card is the postage paid information of Daytona BCH FL permit number #457.

I don't call, however am worried that these people will try to scam my house and create mortgages in my name.

They mailed a small piece of paper like a small postcard listed my full name of first, middle, and last with their phone number stated: " This is time sensitive so please call us at 844-892-0209 as soon as possible"

then underneath those statement stated: " All information provided by Mortgage Services Group, LLC, 877-899-1809. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by your current lender "

and above my full name and resident address stated: " Mortgage ID: 61139-136-948 "

On the upper right of this post card in a square box stated:

" PRESORTED

FIRST CLASS MAIL

U.S. POSTAGE

PAID

DAYTONA BEACH

PERMIT #457 "

Under this square box stated: " 2064 - 3039 - V7 "

There is nothing on the other but blank space

Mailed a "notice" from Mortgage Services Group, LLC regarding our current mortgage saying it's important and a response is needed. I didn't reach out since it clearly looks like a scam.
