They already had my business name, USDOT#, email, phone number, and address. They asked for $295 to be sent to their PO BOX to order C.P.S. Safety Manual from MotorCarrierSafety.org.

We received a letter in the mail from MotorCarrierSafety.org looking like an official document asking for $295 in exchange for a comprehensive safety manual.

I'm not sure this is technically a scam. It says right on the letter that they are not a representative of any government agency, but when I did an online search, people have called it a scam, and asked to report it.
