I had some lab work done and 6 months later received a bill from this place.
I have spent countless hours going between my physician, my insurance carriers, the lab, and this place. I even had my doctor's office resubmit the diagnosis codes for the lab work. I never got the same story twice at MyDoc, they claim they don't have all of my insurance information despite having given it to them 3 times and at the place of service...and now I have had a new bill arrive for the same services with a different amount due, even though my previous bill shows those services were paid by my insurance companies. I even logged on to the lab website where my services were done and it tells me my balance is zero, that my charges were covered by my insurance carriers. I even contacted my insurance carriers and they have no idea what those charges would be because they have paid all invoices for the services I got.

This has to be some kind of scam - the bills keep changing and the people on the other end of the phone have a different story. As long as the service provider shows a zero balance, these bills from MyDoc will be ignored.

7/20/22 - I had some medical services rendered in February 2022. The bill was paid by both myself and my insurance company resulting in an overpayment. I have been trying unsuccessfully for 4 months to receive a refund for the overpayment as required by law (Fed. Mandate 63FR 70144). Every time I called they tell me I will receive my refund in 4-6 weeks and get different responses-- it has been proposed, it has posted to my bank, contact my bank, it has been issued, etc. Four months later and I still haven't received my refund. Scam or no, a completely inept service.

Just Received a text message from 866-336-1881 stating "For your convenience, Quest Diagnostics is contacting you with the mobile phone number you provided so you can review your account and pay your bill online." I looked at the service date and I was out of the country on that date. Seriously...!

Well this is the THIRD time I have gotten a bill from this "Place". Also, the third time the number owed changed. Was in the 800's first, then 700's, then just now 634. I have double checked and even triple checked on a different day. All I owe was already paid, all hospitals, doctors and even everything in between says nothing is owed. YET. I still get this mailed to me. When I use the _Official_ website, and not the one provided on the email the "Account Number" They provide, doesn't exist. Yet when I use the provided website. Guess what? It "Exists" there. I hope everyone that gets a similar form of 'bill' does research into the website, phone, and anything connected to the supposed company. I have had quite a annoying experience with this.

They sent a bill to my mother for 'Radiology and Associates' for an MRI (in a city well over 8 hours away, no doctor, no hospital named, no doctor named, no date/dates of service, NOTHING!). She never had one, anyhow. We started getting some calls at the same time and I said I wanted an itemized list of charges; never heard a word back and these medical calls stopped. However, the fake power bill calls started at the same time. I took over her electric bills, in my name, closing her account, and her balance was ZERO, I even called the power company (TWICE, just to be sure) and both reps confirmed her account was closed out with a zero balance. Too much of a coincidence to be separate. Same medical scam started back up about a month later saying she was clear up in Michigan, this time; I just played along and said 'I'd be happy to pay as soon as they sent an itemized list and which doctors did which exam for her, so I can verify with insurance payments, we've been having difficulties with delayed payments...' never even got a second call for 'that' MRI! And, never a follow-up verification in the mail as I requested.

I received a bill twice for a service that I did not have. I called and as soon as I said that I was not the patient that received the service the representative immediately hung up and I once again heard recorded music. There is no Doctor's name or details available online. They are either confused or just billing people hoping they will pay without noticing they do not owe this fee.

I received a text message from 45179 it reads: From The Sound Physicians: Thank you for allowing us to serve you in your recent emergency room visit. We will file a claim with the insurance company on file and contact you with any questions or balance due. Please click on the link https://mydocbill.com/?=1337043741 to confirm the information on file is correct. Reply STOP to stop texts regarding your bill from our billing service and receive a paper statement. (sent by Zotec Partners)"
I did click on the link and informed them they have none of my insurance info. and their site would not allow me to add my insurance info.
They had the correct day of the emergency room visit, the name of the Physician's Assistant and vague service acronyms.
I plan to contact the hospital billing department and find out how my information was disclosed.
The hospital already asked and verified my insurance coverage. They had the additional common form that if my insurance company does not cover the costs I am responsible for the costs. I reported them to my insurance company and the insurance company has filed a fraud complaint.
I hope no one else was hurt by this company.

I all of a sudden received a bill for over $500 for labs from 3 months back from mydocbill. Quest has my insurance information and I get similar tests every 6 months. every year or two they try to hold me hostage like this by acting like they do not have my insurance information.

Then they don't answer their phone and the call drops after 20 or 30 minutes. This time I gave up after several tries over 3 weeks. Then I tried to use the website on the computer. It will take the first part of the account number but shows a dimmed set of letters after a dash. They cannot be deleted and the cursor will not work when clicking anywhere after the dash. I tied several different ways to enter it before the dash. There is a message that says my account number and birthdate do not match after I try to continue.

Went to get lab work done at Quest Diagnostics and they told me of an outstanding bill for $390.00 which is not ours. The insurance information they have changed all of a sudden to "Fox Valley Laborers Insurance" which I do NOT have and now I can NOT get a hold of anyone from Mydocbill...they don't answer phones, they don't return emails. I do NOT want this going to collections and need it taken care of

Received a text from 45179 directing me to click on a mydocbill link (not happening) or to call 1-866-254-3859. (Lol, nope) regarding a bill from Zotec Partners, the billing service provider for Quest Diagnostics.
I have never dealt with quest diagnostics or zotec partners.

I received this request for payment and I know that the Family Health Clinic I went to in Zebulon GA, does their own urine tests/cultures, which I waited on there for the result. I paid for it at the time of my visit. It is really unnerving that my personal information has got into the wrong hands.

I had to get some radiology done during an ER visit back in June. Literally the next day I got a mysterious text from MyDocBill saying I owed. I called the hospital and they said 1) They never heard of MyDocBill and confirmed that they don't use them for a billing service 2) Their insurance guy hadn't come by yet to take a look at any bills due. My insurance covers everything because I'm VERY poor, so I 100% know this is fake. So they've been spamming me with scary letters and debt collector calls (from that 866 number). I filed a greivance against them and was told to ignore them by my insurance company... 100% SCAM

Received a text message from a number "45179" claiming to be Quest Diagnostics and wanting me to follow a link to access my bill. I have not used Quest Diagnostics in years. The link immediately asked for date of birth. I went on the actual Quest Diagnostics website and it looked nothing like the link in the text message; I also created an account on the actual Quest Diagnostics website and it showed no outstanding bills. Be vigilant!
