The company was referred to us by our realtor Juan when we were in the process of wanting to purchase a home. We were told he could get our credit improved. We gave him all necessary information to repair our credit. Our credit was not only not repaired but we began to have fraudulent charges to credit accounts. We spoke to Rolando. He apologized that our credit was not worked at being improved and said he had to let go of an employee (Melina) who had access to all our information. Would not say if she was the cause of fraud charges to our account. He asked us to allow him a second opportunity to fix our credit, he started if we were not happy he would refund us our money. He never fixed our credit 6 months now. We repeatedly asked for refund and he refuses. I truly believe this “company” is completely fraudulent. As for the former realtor, Juan… completely closed his company called vantage point realty. We would like to cut all ties from any thing to do with these scammers. We want our money back!
