Legitimate company
I have been in touch with the company owner who personally emailed me to resolve an issue I had with my drone. It had nothing to do with shipping or a refund. I was very satisfied with the product, how much it cost and how it performed. Shipping delays were to be expected as I was told. Customer service was slow but once I got in touch with the right party my concerns were addressed and I was sent a brand new drone. NO questions asked. I was assured that CoVid did have an impact on customer service in past but...they are trying very hard to address complaints and resolve product issues. This is a very decent TOY for the price.

to the Covid pandemic, mail has been slow, so just be patient. Well, it's now twelve months later, five emails, three telephone calls and 2 letters asking for a refund. I no longer want any of their products, just my $50 back. They no longer answer emails or calls. What a bunch
of crooks.
Since I have contacted them, I have had to change my telephone number listed on the attached document.
Please kindly update your review or contact us if you never received a refund or product and didn't make a chargeback. We look forward to your response.

When I followed up on the status over the following months, they claimed that it would take a while since the item was being shipped from China and everything was delayed due to the pandemic. Over the months, I have followed up many times to get an update, as the tracking number for shipment status never changed.
Once enough time passed, and nothing changed with the shipping status, I requested a refund. That is when their responses ceased completely. It's been over 7 months and I never received a shipping update nor a refund. When you try to track the item, USPS says that there is no package affiliated with that number.
After reading reviews from others, which I should have done before purchasing, the exact same thing has happened to many others. Not only that but what seemed to be a great deal was a rip-off as well. The same drone is supplied by others at a fraction of the price as the product is cheap and not well made. So not only are they making a profit by overcharging for a cheap product, they're straight-up stealing people's money by never even supplying the product to the consumer.
I've read in other reviews, that the same problem is occurring with other products from their website, not just the drones.
This company should not be in business as they are a total scam.
Their False advertising.
No product or refund...I’m starting to believe there is no drone.
Since May 22 it has said waiting on shipping partner...I just want my product I paid for or my money back.
Eventually your site will be going down...I. calling the fed trade commission
IF YOUR INTERESTED IM BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY...STAY AWAY...THEY WILL GIVE YOU A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER.
Make sure you collect the tracking info...and contact your bank and dispute the charges, they will also investigate these s scammers...I hope they enjoy being investigated by countless banks, soon the government will step in and have this website taken down.

I bought a drone for $179.95 on N2 invent website with the hope of surprising my love one. I did it in April, and at the end of May, I still have not received despite being told that it has shipped several times
Anytime the customer service is called, i am always told that something happened with the technical team, and a shipping date is being prepared. I have had this message a dozen time.
I have gone to other website review just to find that about similar complaints from customer. This company is a total scam, and I will not recommend any purchase from it unless you wanna loose your money like me.
