I saw an ad on YouTube about this this new company that are selling drones for $100 that are just as good if not better than drones that are much more expensive. They never produce the product. After I ordered it I decided to cancel the order, but then they offered to give me back 50% of my purchase price. Suprisingly they did refund the 50% money back to my bank account. 2 weeks later I contacted them about where is my order, they said it will be shipped at the end of the week. I did receive a tracking order, but it shows the product has not made it to the postal office for delivery and that was two weeks ago. Now they won't answer my emails? It's been almost 2months since I ordered this drone and received nothing? And YouTube still runs these commercials constantly? This scam needs to stop, especially before xmas.

Once the order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer's email address on file. After receipt of the tracking number, standard delivery time frame is 10 - 15 business days at the latest. Due to the global pandemic, delivery time frame may take longer than usual. Rest assured that all orders will be delivered.

Unfortunately we have no way to track the order, if it is in transit from China to US. Once it reaches USPS, there will be an update on their website.

I bought a product on May 1 and was told it was shipped but the tracking is still showing that it is still there in California, I ask for a refund and they won't return money and won't tell me were the product is, sound like to me it is coming from China. They are also scamming the postal service with fake shipping tracking number

This theft occurred because I was stupid. I paid 105.90 on 04/02/2020, for a camera drone that does not exist and the advertisement was false and misleading. This "company" doesn't even offer a customer service number to track your merchandise. It claims to be a business from Atascadero, California. If possible please let the world know about these thieves.

I too have been taken and I have read many many more people's reviews that all say the same things in every comment that I've read here, if nothing else they got big ones! Isn't it illegal to manipulate the Federal Government by falsifying USPS documents at their subsequent agreements? Getting slammed by the Feds seems like a great Penance!
I doubt anyone wants this Customer Service address, you'll get a reply but feel no closer to your order but there's this ----> [email protected]

There is a commercial on you tube selling a drone, says an employee of big company got fired for designing a indestructible drone. He went out on his own and made his own drone which is bad xss, so I bought one. I found out this drone was not invented by this guy, has been on market for awhile, decent drone for $50 but I paid $100. The drone isn't what is advertised, not as good. I asked n2invent if I could return and they gave me a RMA Number to return, but all the reviews I have read about them say, they take returns but don't refund money. So I didn't return drone since rather have something for my money instead of nothing. They still have these commercials on you tube as of 3/8/2020, scamming more people. I really hope someone stops them.
