National Dealer Services Reports & Reviews (66)

For the last 3 years I have been receiving phone calls concerning my vehicle warranty coverage that is about to expire. This company calls my cell phone numerous times a day. This will go on for about a month and then I will not hear from them for a few months, then it starts again. I am on the national DNC list and I have chosen their option to put me on their DNC list. I have asked to speak with a supervisor, the person calling that day (I have had males and females calling) simply hang up. I have been cursed at and yelled at by these people. The worst part, I don't even own a vehicle. How does my warranty expire when I haven't owned a vehicle in 10 years?

- Mc Donald, PA, USA

They keep calling and telling me that my warranty is expired on my vehicle. I have an extended warranty through the manufacturer. I have asked them several times to put me on the do not call list. No such luck and the sales person this last time told me he will not stop calling because he is getting paid to.

I received numerous calls stating my auto warranty was expired or expiring. It starts with a recording with an option to remove you number from their call list (which doesn't work). I spoke to several representatives requesting to be removed but get hung up on every time and continue receiving calls sometimes several times a day. I never gave information but I'm sure they would have tried to get payment information if I allowed them to do their sales pitch.

I have been asked to be put on the do not call list and they keep calling me from different numbers.

Number calls multiple times saying I haven’t renewed my services for my Chevy equinox. I don’t/have never owed a Chevy equinox. Asked them to stop calling. They call everyday and hang up on me when I ask them to remove my number.

We received several postal mailings and a phone call from National Dealer Services saying that our extended car warranty (which we had just purchased through our local dealer) had expired and we needed to contact them in order to keep it current. We called our local dealer twice to double check on that information and they assured us that if it didn't come from their company it was not legitimate.

During the recent phone call I received from National Dealer Services I stated that I believed them to be involved in a scam. They just asked me if I wanted my warranty to expire. When I asked them to repeat the name of their company the line suddenly went dead. The phone number that was on my caller ID was 1-561-406-8364. I called the number back and got a voice mail using the name National Dealer Services telling me to leave a message and phone number and they would get back to me within 2 hours. (this was Feb. 3, 2016) around 3pm.

I did not keep the mailings for reference.
