This company comes up as the first entry on a google search when looking for a way to get a copy of a birth certificate or marriage certificate. Because of the .org website, I assumed this was a government service. I paid $168 to get a copy of my birth certificate, and then discovered I did not need to do this, it would have cost around $15 to get it from the actual government. This is a company that is clearly used to people complaining, because when I tried to get a refund they said unable to refund anything and terms and conditions state that there are no refunds. They are still asking me for documents to give to the state, so I know they have not filed yet. I would have been happy with a partial refund but they said none at all. This is a scammer company, just trying to get money for people for a service they could easily do themselves.
