We received 3 invoice/Order Forms in the US mail for product and freight for items that were not ordered or recieved. All dated 6/24/2021. Amounts invoiced are: $995.55, $992.85, & $989.69.

My company received a fake invoice from Nationwide Chemicals in the amount of $987.59 for a product we never ordered and never received. The invoice was for a multi-purpose cleaner so they are probably hoping people will think this is related to COVID and just pay it. The back of the invoice had a faded advertisement for PPE. It is shameful to prey on small companies during the pandemic. They even had the nerve to add a shipping charge.

We received an "Order Form" in the mail stating we had ordered product ID - Shop Clean - 1104, which is a Multi-Purpose Concentrate Cleaner and Degreaser Pail - Quantity 2 - total owed is 985.79. When calling the phone number listed to get more information there is just an answer machine stating "leave your number at the tone and we will call you back" it doesn't state the name of the company Nationwide Chemicals or any company name. We received this "Order Form" on June 28th, 2021.

Received "order form" that resembles an invoice with instructions to pay like an invoice. It was for "Multi-purpose concentrate clear and degreaser pail" 2 pails and shipping for $993.45. To get more info on this item that no one here ordered, I called the number on the invoice 1-866-352-6990. A woman answered and said someone here requested a quote and this was the quote. None was requested. Total B.S. Scam. This must be the new yellow page fake invoice scam. DISPATCH TO POLICE to their address: 10101 W Sample Rd #440 Coral Springs, FL 33065 to see who owns this bogus operation.

If you read the last paragraph on the back of the "Order Form" it reads "This is a solicitation for the order of goods and services, or both, and not a bill, invoice, or statements of account due. You are under no obligation to make any payments on account of this offer unless you accept this offer."

In other words, they're [censored]. If you're ever unsure of a "bill" read every word that's on it.

Received an "Order Form" that was portrayed as a bill with a total for cleaning supplies & freight cost, ship via FedEx, Make Check Payable to: Nationwide Chemicals include sales ID # or detach portion below with check.

I called to ask for more specific information on who ordered this from our company and right away they "looked" up the sales id # and said it was just advertisement. When I asked about the product listed, she said it was what the cost would be if we placed an order.....these people are phony! BEWARE! Larger companies would most likely run it though the payables department and send a check.

We are an automobile dealership that received a very realistic invoice for "Multi-Purpose Concentrate Cleaner & Degreaser" in the mail from this company. When we called to investigate, we were told we would be "removed from their list". They had NO answer as to why we would be receiving a bill for $992.46 for a product we never ordered from them. Watch your mail and don't pay random bills without investigating them first!

I called to request further details and the gal on the phone stated this was a Quote for a product we requested pricing on, this is not true. I requested she remove our name from their directory and we are not interested in their products.

On June 15, 2021, our Car Dealership received a paper invoice from Nationwide Chemicals. It stated that it was for MultiPurpose Concentrate Cleaner and Degreaser Pail. Invoice# REF-472## for $995.63 including freight charge of $95.73. This was not our normal supplier, so I asked around our shop to see if anyone changed vendors. They stated that they have never heard of this company. I googled them and found that other companies have filed complaints about them too. This company needs to be stripped of their business license and charged with fraud.

We received an order form for multi purpose concentrate cleaner and degreaser form Nationwide Chemical LLC that was never ordered. The order form comes with an amount owed. It seems that they hope someone will just pay it without asking questions. Luckily, I approve and enter all payables and I figured it was a scam. I can only imagine how many accounting departments get any invoice and just pay it. Don't fall for it these scammers. Charged $899.90 then $95.73 freight, seriously?

We received what appears to be an invoice: although it is titled Order Form for a total of $981.62 - $899.90 plus $81.72 shipping. Description: Multi-Purpose Concentrate Cleaner and Degreaser Pail. When I called the number to clarify that we did not order it, Tina (customer service) said that she would take out name out of the system. I asked who would have entered this order and she said their sales department. I asked to be transferred to their sales department and she alleged that she could not do that. I am convinced they rely on a certain number of companies simply pushing these 'invoices' through for payment and it must work for them. Please be cautious and make sure you require valid POs and sign-offs of invoices before simply sending a check.

We received what looked to be an invoice for degreaser used for washing vehicles. The order form looked legit, but we have a PO system in place. There was no PO, not even a vendor like this in our system. Since I saw that it said 'Order' on the top of the form I reached out to Maintenance, who denied ordering, and the shop denied ordering. I tried calling the number, only got the answering machine. Left my name and number, have not heard back from them. It states on the bottom of the order to mail check to Nationwide Chemicals, making sure to reference the sales ID #. Sod deceiving; they are just trying to scam someone.
