I received a phone call this morning, when I answered the lady called me by my maiden name. I found this odd because I haven't gone by my maiden name since 2003. She then asked me to verify an address I haven't lived at in over 11years. When I asked why she was calling she said, they were a third party trying to schedule a package delivery. She said it was very important and could not be left in the mailbox. When I asked what the package was in reference to she told me to call a 877 number and gave a DA reference number. She then insisted I call the number immediately and find out what it was for and if I didn't call her back she would have to continue action and have the package delivered between 9am-1pm tomorrow. I did not call the number she gave because the whole call seemed strange. I googled the company and looked on the ScamPulse.com and located a scam report from earlier this year.

This same thing just happened to me. Thank you for posting. The person who called me said that their name was Cara. She called from (714) 782-9368 (probably a fake number). She gave me a DA number as well. I'm not calling that number or the one that she gave me to call. She said that I would need to call an 877 number to speak with B & B Legal. I wonder what the angle is on this scam. Holpfully they don't use my voice for something I never agreed to. There are some real creeps out there.
