Nb.fidelity.com Reports & Reviews (1)

- Livingston, TX, USA

I logged on to my 401k benefits app that uses nb.fidelity.com and wasn’t receiving my secondary codes that were being sent To my phone. So I got out of app and logged on through (DuckDuckGo.com) and wa able to get code and able to logon. Thats when I noticed an email and phone number on my account that I didn’t recognize and when I tried to delete it I couldn’t. I kept showing back up and when I clicked on help/support it gave me a phone number to call for assistance (855) 877-6243,,374902 but when I dialed that it rang then was answered and I could hear like tools running and talking In background. Thought I’d made a mistake so called it again then it picked up but there was just beeping. Then I went to website and looked for an email and sent a message with the details. Someone from fidelity called me back and after going through some security checks with them it was said that wasn’t a valid phone number of theirs and they immediately got me on the phone to their fraud department. After about an hour and a half of talking to them it was realized my account had been compromised and that email and phone number had been added by the culprit. They were able to get my account logon & password changed and my account secured but they had already got information relating to my 401K withdrawal I was receiving soon and ultimately as soon as the deposit was made they had other information somehow of mine that allowed them to successfully withdrawal the $415 I just received, which they did by cloning my cash app card and withdrawing cash via ATM using my Pin. So there were multiple ways I was scammed.., somehow through my phone and then through personal information, login id’s & passwords, using fake app/website responses that includes an erroneous phone number to call (although there was nothing off about the app/website, it looked exactly like the real one and there was nothing that was obvious or off about it which I sent to the fraud tech and he confirmed it was done very well and there was nothing that even he could see that was different from theirs except the number to contact them!). After being successful with somehow accessing my app/website and obtained and changed my personal account info and logins they successfully cloned my cash app card and made cash withdrawals of exactly the $418 I had just received from Fidelity!!! Having trouble getting that money back because cash app is saying they wouldn’t have been able to do that without my card and stating the withdrawals are going to stand as valid. Fighting that has been a real problem because idk how they did it, I’m not a lowlife hacker/ scammer/spammer/spoofer/phisher/thief!! All I know is they did all that and got the Fidelity withdrawal the second it was deposited and also blocked my phone from receiving account alerts notifying me of the deposit and the atm withdrawals, though the notifications were showing as sent when I checked my cash app account.
