On June 16th I ordered one of their projectors and they sent me send an email saying thank you and also that it was a bit behind so they added a free projector stand and 100 inch screen. I then received another email stating that there was a problem with the delivery so they will be sending me a new one and I started receiving update emails on how many days left until it arrives. However it's has not arrived yet and now when I try to contact their support department I keep getting the undelivered notification from Google. Now I have to cancel the charge on my card.

I ordered a neat projector and tripod stand (order #2232) from a business called "NeatProjectors" over a month ago (6/5/21) and have yet to receive the products as of 7/10/21. The website states that shipping in the US can take 5-20 days. I started to receive emails that my order was placed (6/5/21), shipping out (6/7/21), and almost arrived (6/13/21), but I later began to receive emails that the product was lost in transit or running late, etc. (6/16/21, 6/19/21, 6/20/21, 6/25/21, 6/30/21). On 6/27/21 I attempted to contact the customer support via email at [email protected], however, the email address was "not found". No number for customer support is listed on the website. The messaging system on their website does not actively allow one to send a message. As of today (7/10/21), I have yet to receive my order which was stated would include a free tripod stand and 100" projector screen; I have received no correspondence from neatprojectors; and, the website is no longer an active domain. I paid $54.18 for the products I ordered and will never see that money again.

My boyfriend waisted 50$ on this and now they aren't even loading their website. He is furious. He worked hard for that seeing as he is unable to get a job because of his age, and I am furious. I went on and it didn't load for me either. I wanted contact information for this website Pronto and couldn't find it. So many people got scammed and this is ridiculous. He was extreamly happy to buy and was very upset when he was scammed. He had been talking abt it since the purchase and I do not appreciate this at all.

I ordered a neat projector for 45 dollars. Got a bunch of emails confirming the order and apologizing for the delay. May 10th was the last email I got. Went to the page and you cannot contact them. You also cannot track your package. Total scam. I'm contacting my bank and filing a complaint through the proper channels. I am so disappointed.

I purchased a Neat Projector on Friday 19 November 2019, I purchased the Neat Projector, extended warranty, HDMI cable and short stand totally $120.99 USD and I'm yet to receive any part of my order.

My order was confirmed and I was told a number of times that my order had been shipped. I did communicate with them via their support email account earlier this year but for some strange reason the content has disappeared but queries have not.

I've reported them to social media sites as they were still advertising this product and so far I've not seen or heard anything from them. I've long since given up on a refund so the next best thing is to share my own experience in forums like this in the hope that the message will reach the right people so they can put a stop to all of this.

Same with me, I ordered mine on July 27. I've got the black mini projector and after a few days, it changed the statement to "shipped" and it never arrived until now.
I have sent emails to the company and '[email protected]' and never got a reply back. I had to get one for my school project and I had to use more money because of this scam.
Would there be a way to get a refund or something...would it be too late?

Been looking for a mini projector and found their ad on Instagram. Website looks real and they even had links to people's YouTube reviews. They charged me twice and took the money right away feom my credit card. They only sent one email stating shipping was delayed because of Covid. As an apology for the delay they were adding a free projector screen. According to them my item was shipped the Sept 6, 2020 and would be coming within a week. Emailed several times to get my money back but no response. Total scam.

I ordered on August 13th I have emailed multiple to ask how long it standard shipping blah blah blah, and still no reply!
Genuinely disgusted that people do this crap! It's not okay and IG needs to get there crap into gear and make sure advertisement like that isn't a scam!
