Ordered a giant skeleton for Halloween, sent a tracking number, I would check and it took forever to move. Every time I tried contacting for help, website wasn’t available. One day well after Halloween received a pair of cheap little girl socks. Never received skeleton. Should have know cuz it was much cheaper than any other site and it being from China.

I ordered a giant Halloween skeleton decoration on 10/6/22 for $89.98. Card was charged. Website, which is no longer active, had address and phone number in CT on site (The number I listed in this report 111-111-11111 was not what was in their site but i had to put in something for your website to let me continue). I immediately tried to contact them to cancel order as things looked suspicious but email, website, phone number were all not working. I received a couple of emails from them with varied website links and emails, none of which worked. Tracking link showed nothing. This week I received a random shirt in mail that I did not order and thought was a mistake that now I’m wondering if was related. It had 3 labels on top of each other all with my name and address and one with my phone ** ****** ******* *** ********* ********* ***** ****** *** ***** ** ******** ** ******

Ordered a garden turtle from www.Neatya.com at low price compared to other vendors. Instead of the garden turtle I received a towel. Emailed Neatya.com only to receive emails back explaining they made a mistake. I could keep the mistaken item while they send me my ordered item which they never did. No offer to refund my money but only a false promise to send me the item which to this point has never happened. Ordered on Oct 4 2022 and as of October 20 2022 I have still not received the garden turtle and unfortunately am out $78.35.
