I bought items from New York and Company in October and November 2023, I returned them and still have not received my money back. I am out $100. They do not return phone calls or emails. Finally was able to speak with someone via email and and was told they are researching the issue and will respond back in 24-48 hours, but there is still no resolution as of today January 16th, I have not received a refund and they can not tell me when to expect a refund! Go to their social media page and see how many people have not received their money back! That’s only if you can see the comments bc they hide any negative comments, please help!
