I ordered flowers for my mother who was ill and lost my father. She never got them so I had to reorder from another company. Sad people take advantage of others like this. How about getting a real job and earning a living the legal way like most of us. It was for $75.95 and I too was promised a refund. But I never got it... ever! I have since lost my mother. And this was a very disturbing thing to be taken advantage of. They are thieves! LOCK THEM UP...ALL OF THEM!

My friend's mother died; I live way North and she lives way South. In the midst of tears and a very very sad loss, I knew I could not be there because of snow and bad weather for any of her grieving process and the funeral. I felt horrible that I could not be there for such a wonderful friend who has a heart of gold, who just lost the most special person in her life so I did the next thing I knew to do for a death of a MOTHER: send flowers. Niki's Florist ranked number one and had high star reviews so I ordered, paid and was assured they COULD deliver. (People pay to rank high on google)Well, they didn't deliver the flowers. I called them and then got emails from M.Cameron:

I am so sorry this wasn't delivered, it will take me some time to find out why this happened and I'll make sure it doesn't happen again.

Thank you sooooo much and I am always here if you need me.

I've sent this one of many emails to my bank who has denied my claim of Niki's Florist's theft from my account. This is the fourth month of disputing it with countless phone calls and countless denials. I am so disappointed, not only did Niki's Florist steal my money, they denied a friend to get a warm bouquet of flowers from her good friend who cares so deeply for her.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on 2/16/22. I got an email that said they don't deliver in that area. Got charged $102.16 on 2/17/22. I've been going back and forth for over a month with my banks fraud department, attempting to get a refund. [censored] NIKKI'S FLORIST!

I ordered a funeral arrangement online from Nikis Florist on 2/18/22 for $79.69 Within minutes of placing the order I received an email stating the order was cancelled because they didn’t deliver to the area. I ensured they did delivered to the address. While they claimed a credit was Issued no funds have been returned. Numerous emails with Mattie Cameron from NIKIS accomplished nothing. I attempted to call several times only to have a man answer who had no info or simply hung up. The charge appeared on my credit card statement as “Nikis Florist” 8559465678 $79.69

Same as above! Claim refunded on the day my order was taken (2/17/22) because of not in delivery area. I have been emailing them and got the answer that it’s my bank’s mistake!

Same experience here. I ordered flowers in the amount of $222.00. They immediately respond that they can't deliver your flowers but insist that they have refunded you. Still waiting on refund as of 3/14/2022. Stay away!

I was a legitimate customer NOT a competitive business! This is NOT a business but a fraud! SCAM ALERT! I also ordered flowers in February and now a month later no refund! I was also told after taking my money that they do not deliver in my area! I Asked that question before I ordered! I am following up with bank and every and any resource possible! They gave themselves high ratings! I got an email from Mattie Cameron sales representative…NO SUCH PERSON!

I ordered flowers from this site back in January 12th for funeral flowers, once the order was done, i received and email stating that the order could not be processed did not have what I was looking for and that a refund was already processed...I called and emailed several times and they gave me all kinds of excuses with no satisfaction! I then called my bank to file a dispute. I'm still waiting for my refund! It's been over 2 months now...

I can empathize; I ordered funeral flowers, as well. Just a pretty bouquet to send love and support.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Feb 11th. After I placed the order, I got an email, saying that they don't service that area, and that they would issue a refund.
I have checked with my bank (in person), asked the vendor to issue me a refund check.
After a month of trying to get my refund, still no luck.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered flowers from Nikis florist in Naples Florida. They emailed me right away to tell me they don’t deliver in that area. They said they would refund my account- no such luck . I called they will have a supervisor call- no call back.. I placed order on February 10th . Today is march4th. Still no luck. I canceled my credit card. What a scam!’

I had the exact same experience as everyone else in this. Placed a order, payed for it. Then shortly after got the email stating they didn't deliver to that address. This is so very disappointing. I have very low income . I had to go to another florest to order, thinking I was getting my money back. Something needs to be done with this. ASAP

I googled florist in Parrish Fl. Nikis was a result. Their website allowed me place the order and pay. They emailed and said they don’t deliver to that area and a refund had been issued. They advised me to allow 3-7 business days for my funds. Its been 13 calendar/ 9 business days and no refund has applied. They entertain my emails, but won’t give me the $150.85 I paid them.

My order number is 8822. I’ve contacted the bank. I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau next.

Problem:

On 01/26/22, I called to order flowers for my aunt, they took my order. I paid them $64.71 on my debit card. Later they send me an email instead of calling to let me know they can’t deliver the flowers to her address. So I called another florist who did deliver the flowers and paid them with my debit card, thinking Niki’s Florist would reimburse my debit card. Nope!! It’s now March and they will not give my money back!! Michelle Cooper is the one I speak to when I have called. She said they sent it to me. My bank said no way, I would see the same thing they do. They never sent it. We asked them to fax the bank proof, never did that either.

They kept saying they already processed the refund but they can't provide a refund receipt, says their system is down. Really?

Was looking for a florist for Valentines delivery. Nikis Florist popped up and I ended ip placing an order. They contacted me stating they could not deliver in my area and they issued a refund. Refund never received though they were insistent they had sent it. This is a SCAM business.

Lookin for a Florist online and Nikis Florist popped up after entering a zip code for area florists. Their webpage was very attractive. Placed an order via credit card. Subsequently received an email stating they couldnt deliver in the area and refund forthcoming. Refund never made contrary to their insistence. Research on florist revealed numerous similar experiences by other customers.

“You just placed an order with us about 1 minute ago but unfortunately we cannot do this delivery for you because we do not deliver to this area. We are sorry for taking the order, the person that took your order is new here and we explained mistakes.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I placed an order on feb 13 to be delivered on the 14th, immediately received an email saying couldn't deliver to my area even though I searched my zip, also said a refund would be issued it's been 12 business days and still have yet to receive any type of refund. SCAM

I ordered an arrangement on 2/11 to be delivered 2/14.
Before I ordered, I checked the zip code to make sure it could be delivered to that address. I placed the order using my debit card, but never got any kind of confirmation or receipt. Within a few minutes I received the following email: Hello Debra,

The following Monday, I checked my account and the charge for the flowers went through on the 2/14, but no refund. After several email communications with Michelle, I finally realized I was never going to get a refund because this is a scam. I wish I had found these other reports before I ordered, but the site had a high rating and I had no idea that it was not legitimate. As of 2/25 I have no refund and Michelle is still trying to tell me the money was refunded but their system is down and she can’t get me any kind of transaction number. TOTAL SCAM!

Do not order from this place. They showed up locally and had a high star rating. They take your order and card and then they send a email saying they can’t deliver to your area. They promise money return to your card, but it’ll never happen.
Someone please shut these people down so they’ll stop scamming innocent people. Lost $120.89
