Nikis Florist Reports & Reviews (57)

I looked up local florist by inserting a zip code & Niki's Florist popped up. I selected a plant & called to placed an order on 2/8/22. The order was taken & I was immediately charged. Then I received an email from Michelle Cooper, a self proclaimed "sales representative". The email reads as follows. "You just placed an order with us about 1 minute ago but unfortunately we cannot do this delivery for you because we do not deliver to this area. We are sorry for taking the order, the person that took your order is new here and we explained mistakes.
I wanted to let you know so quickly so that you can still have time today to
send flowers to your loved one today with another florist!
I have already issued a refund to you and I really hope you can come back to us next time! If you have Any other questions please write to me. I'm always here for youuuu!

Well it's 2/24/22 & no refund. I called @10:18 & was transferred to Michelle Cooper. She told me to dispute it with my bank claiming the refund was submitted on 2/8/22. Further, she stated that it's too late to go back now, though I told her I was already informed that my account was never refunded. With all of their online complaints why do they still have a 4.7 rating.

I suggest everyone file a complaint:

Ordered flowers from a supposed 4.7 star company Nikis Florist. I immediately received an email that they could not fill the order and they would issue a credit. It has been weeks with many excuses. No credit has been issued. I now must Dispute charges with my bank. This is a total scam!

I am having the same problem. I ordered from them on February 12th, and have yet to receive my refund. I have also been given several excuses.

Hello,

We have sent hundreds of successful orders and now we are being attacked by our competitors falsely. It is sad to see competitors try to destroy a business this way but we stay strong and we will fight you here.

SEND AN ORDER NUMBER AND WE WILL POST HERE THE RECEIPT OF THE REFUND

We are a local florist with a similar name and have gotten multiple calls about how people are placing orders & payment with this company and the orders are never being delivered.

2/10/2022 I ordered flowers for around $90.00 to be delivered. They emailed me that they were sorry but they do not deliver in that area and they'd refund me my money. I ended up calling them because their website clearly stated they delivered in that area. A boy with a foreign accent answered and said he'd have the manager call me back in 5mins...He never called me back. (surprising) A few days later I tried to call again and my number was blocked. By then I knew I had been scammed. I went to the bank and got a new card. I'm not sure if the bank can get my money back. One lesson I learned is to always pay with a credit card not a debit card when making orders. Since then I have been emailing the "florist" daily asking for my refund they always respond with some lame excuse and they always end the email with, Thank you.I am always here for you..

Hello,

Again please post here your order number and we will show proof of the refund directly from the bank but we don't even know who you are or if your order was delivered.

It is sad that in this day and age people are allowed to use these websites to scam reliable, honest, hard-working businesses like ours without providing any proof whatsoever.

PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND WE WILL PROVIDE PROOF OF DELIVERY OR REFUND DIRECT FROM THE BANK.

I am reporting them for website fraud and theft. I suggest we all keep calling the number listed below to let them know.

Same story with me. Order flowers, Niki's cancel the order and still charges you. They will string you along saying they are looking into it. Luckily I used a charge card and the charge card company reimbursed me. Legitimate looking website but stay away.

I searched for florists in Crewe, VA so I could order some flowers for my friend on 2-11-22. I placed an order which came up to $60.97. I got an email five minutes after stating that they didn’t deliver to that area,
My order had been cancelled, and I had been refunded. Basically emailed back and forth for a week and kept saying that it had already been refunded. And that they would send the information over to management. So I googled this florist this morning and now I can’t even find a website. And I came across all of the scam complaints ?

I searched for a florist in the city my daughter lives in to order flowers for her birthday. Nikis florist came up. 4.9 stars.. I did the order, for a little over $109. I got an email that stated that they cancelled my order because they do not deliver to that area. Told me that I was issued a refund...Corresponded back and forth with a Michelle... When I last emailed her she said I was issued a full refund. I told her I would be contacting my bank and was sent an email that the issue was forwarded to management. My bank told me to wait a bit longer but I will be going there tomorrow..

I am reporting them for website fraud and theft. I suggest we all keep calling 1-855-946-5678 to let them know.

I ordered flowers worth $65 and was told they did not deliver I my area but that they issued a refund. I waited a week and no refund. It was then that my bank informed me that it was a scam.

Thursday, Feb.the 10th I ordered flowers off of a website I thought was real. I even doubled check to make sure they delivered to the area and it claimed they did. After placing the order, a notice appeared on the screen saying that I would receive a confirmation email. But I didn't. A few minutes had passed and I got an email from the "company' stating that they don't deliver in my area and that the person who processed my order was new. They told me that they would issue my refund and that I would get it in 3 to 7 business days. I have not received it yet. There has been a few things that have led me to believe this is a scam. First, the weird messages I received from the company. Second, I found this website that actually had bad reviews from others who'd been scammed as well. And last, when I re-visited the website, there was something on there that wasn't right.

My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines Day, they took all his credit card information, he later gets an email saying they could not deliver to the area and would refund the money. I thought this was very strange and decided researched them which lead me to this page. I immediately told my husband to call the bank and stop payment. The bank saw the pending charge but could not stop until it actually posted. In the meantime my husband called them back 5 times and was immediately hung up on. I called from my number and they immediately picked up answering the phone as Flower Shop. I asked them to verify their name and he said Niki’s Florist. I told that were scammers and demanded them to refund my husband’s money if not I was reporting them to the FBI. He asked my husband name put me on hold came back to the phone and said the money was refunded. My husband immediately got a receipt stating the money was refunded. He checked with the bank and showed it was reverse back to his account. My husband ended up getting a new card. All this to said don’t let these scammers take your money be persistent and get your money back!

I had email and phone contact with "Michelle Cooper" of Niki's who seemed so sincere until she told me that they issued me a refund which must not have gotten to me but it's not their fault since they already issued the refund. Then she advised me to contact my bank who would reimburse me right away so then I'm not out of pocket - meaning of course that only the bank gets screwed. I did, of course, contact the bank the credit card is from and I was delighted to hear that they will have no trouble tracking these crooks down.

Called February 4th to have flowers delivered that day, only to later that they were never delivered. Sent an email and was assured that I would get a refund because they made an error. I still have not received my refund (6 business days later) nor can I talk to anyone there who can handle the situation!

Long story short: You won’t get your flowers, and you won’t get your “refund”. I rushed to cancel my credit card and get a newly numbered card because for all I know they’re in the business of harvesting credit card numbers. Or did they just want the $75 for my non-existent flowers?

Googled "Local florist in Glenshaw, PA" and found Nikis Florist. I thought I was doing business with a LOCAL small business.
2/2/2022: called 855-946-5678 and ordered a bereavement arrangement for a dear deceased friend.
2/3: My card was charged $64.71.
2/4 : I attended the Funeral Home viewing and didn't see my flowers anywhere. I asked the Funeral Director, he said I had to call the Florist as they didn't have any more to put out.
2/4 (6:02pm) I called 855-946-5678 and spoke to Michele stating my flowers were not delivered. She apologized stating they were supposed to be delivered on Wed., 2/2 but it looks like they were never delivered. She said she would give me a full refund back to the original form of payment and I would receive a email cancellation confirmation with the refund information. NEVER RECEIVED.
It appears as though they have blocked my phone number now since I'm unable to call them.
This is way more than getting my refund back to my card. How dare they take advantage of grieving people and to not have flowers at the Funeral Home is horrible.
I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I wish they could do time in jail for these actions.

I reported to BBB as well. Pls also report to the Federal Trade Commission:

I searched for a florist in the market area of a town that I was not familiar with. Nikki’s florist popped up and I place a order 3 days prior to a
Funeral.
Went to funeral no flowers.
Tried to contact company and they gave me some story that they had sent me an email canceling my order, no reason given but still charged my credit card for 94.00 the day before the 2/5 funeral.
Still do not have a refund..
Stay away from this fraudulent company

It was son's funeral. He was shot and killed on Jan9,2022. Casket spray never arrived. I was told to send an email and they would refund my money. I haven't received an email. None of the $83.44 was returned. I am a homeless single mother. I have no help. My family didn't deserve this. We just lost a child a year and a half ago. We're in real pain. How can someone do this to anyone.
