This company professes to be in South Carolina and the clothes are also made in South Carolina. The clothes are not a true fit running smaller than advertised. When I finally received the package, the mailing label was from Joe Doe in NYC; however, the mailing label covered up another label that showed China. Even though I saw this company on Face Book and went onto the website from my computer believing it to be reputable. This has got to stop!

This company has false advertising, poor sizing and a very bad return policy. Clothes are not made in South Carolina or in the USA. The packaging says China. Clothes sizing runs small. Shipment comes with no return label or shipping address. If you can get a response from the company, they will offer you a fraction of what you spent and you keep the clothes. If you are insistent, they will ultimately allow you to ship the product back to them in Dubai. You pay for the expensive return shipping costs with no guarantee of a refund. You can’t ship to one of their warehouses in the US that they advertise. This company does business under several different names, including Nnesi, Valanio, Elogyy, Crigne and Tluse.

I ordered 3 shirts. I ordered size 3x for all. They sent me two xs. Third shirt didnt fit despite supposedly being correct size. Asked for shipping label to return. Refused. Said it would cost too much to ship back to Dubai. Refused to give me my money back and being jerks about the whole thing. Don't order from them. They are fly by night.

Ordered 3 shirts from the website. When received the quality ofvthebshirts did not depictvthe pictures on-line. Attempted to be able to return based on poor quality, which was the reason in the nnesi agreement. They tried to have us return the pieces at our cost to Dubai. They would not give a refund.

clothes did not fit. Purchase was $92.97. They did not send me a return label. Offered me $6 to keep them. Will not allow me to return. After further on line investigation a lot of people scammed.

Here is my experience with this fraudulent company:
4/18/23- I ordered 3 shirts from a Nnesi “sponsored” Facebook ad. What appealed to me besides the attractive clothing was that the clothing is “made in Fort Mill, South Carolina” and “shipped from Fort Mill, South Carolina.”
4/22/1/23- I received an e-mail from Nnesi saying my order was shipped.
4/29/23-package still hasn’t arrived. I commented on their Facebook ad post about not having received my order a week after the e-mail said it had been (supposedly) shipped-from South Carolina. Red flag raised. It should not take a week to ship from SC to PA. I immediately received a FB message from Nnesi asking for my order number. I responded. They immediately sent me the latest status of my order, which I already had been tracking. Very responsive.
5/1/23-My package was delivered. There was a shipping label from China on the package, partially covered over by a USPS mailing label. Inside the package, all 3 plastic bags that contained the shirts said, “Made in China.” What’s more, the beautiful, well-designed, removeable paper tags on the shirt were littered with grammar mistakes; it is obvious the tags were written by a non-native English-speaking person. There is a sewn-in label with laundering instructions on each shirt, but there is no label with material contents nor where it was made.
5/1/23-I messaged Nnesi and told them what a fraud their company is. They immediately blocked me from responding again and blocked me from commenting again on their posts. All my comments warning people about their false advertising had been removed.
To add salt to the wound, none of the 3 shirts fit. I am not going to attempt to return them; I will save myself the aggravation. I am out $104.37. Luckily, I paid via PayPal, so this deceptive company does not have my credit card information. I will donate these made-in-China-shipped-from-China shirts to a charity where someone will enjoy wearing them, not knowing the fraudulent story behind them.
If you look at their posts, they only allow questions or comments that are favorable to them. I believe that Nnesi also operates under different names because I see the same articles of clothing and “Made in Fort Mill, South Carolina,” and “Shipped from Fort Mill, South Carolina” under several different company names advertising on Facebook. These companies need to be shut down!
Nnesi is a scam!

Bought three items from their website on Facebook. They claim goods are made in South Carolina but they arrived from China. Their website assures refund but now they say it only applies to manufacturing defects. They refuse to refund my cash minus a reasonable postage to return goods. They are a bogus company

I first saw an ad from Nnesi online clothing company on Facebook. On 12/31/22, I ordered and paid for 3 shirts, estimated delivery time was 10-15 business days. On 1/21/23 I wrote to [email protected] informing them that I never received my order and that the USPS tracking number still said “label created, not yet in system”. I did not get a reply from them. My order finally arrived on 1/23/23.

I had purchased 3 shirts, 2 were okay in quality, 1 was poor in quality and not as pictured. The one long sleeve white shirt for $39.99 (on sale for $36) was made of a thin material, that allowed my undergarments to show through, the neckline was too low, and the buttons on the sleeves were totally not as pictured. The buttons were an orange-brownish color and made of cheap plastic material. In the advertisement the buttons appear to be silver/neutral dark gray in color. I wrote to service @ nnesi.com with my concerns about the quality of the shirt and asked for a refund. They said they would only refund me $8 and that I could keep the shirt, which I won’t ever wear! I believe this is unfair and misleading advertising.

I wrote a 3 star review on this shirt listing the above quality problems, and I wrote a 5 star review on one of the other shirts. Nnesi’s site says that customer reviews are reviewed before they post them. Not surprisingly, they posted my 5 star review within hours, and they never posted my 3 star review (which I submitted 1/25/23). So Nnesi is dishonest and is only posting very favorable reviews (only 6 favorable reviews of the poor quality shirt) and NOT posting honest, 3 star reviews.

They also give the impression that they are a USA manufactured and operated company, based in South Carolina, but the shirts were made in China and the customer service email replies are written in poor grammar.

So, in summary, Nnesi

1. Delayed delivery -took 16 business days vs advertised 10-15 days

2. Poor quality shirt, and not as pictured. I paid $36 and was only refunded $8 (and told to keep the poor quality shirt that I will donate to Goodwill)

3. They only post favorable reviews. They never posted my honest 3 star (which was generous) review.

I am taking the time to file this report in hopes of sparing other customers the same loss and disappointment.

Please keep Nnesi honest!

Thank you!

On 12/13/22 an order was placed to them for two sweaters in the amount of $90.97. There website stated that the clothing was made in South Carolina. Both sweaters were delivered the last week in January. Neither item was of sweater material, as appeared on the website. They were both made of a polyester fabric. There website stated if there was a return to contact [email protected]. I sent them an email requesting a full refund of both items. On February 1, 2023 they replied stating they will give me a $12 dollar compensation, and asked if I can keep the items. I responded no and stated that I wanted a full refund. On February 6, 2023, they responded and said they could provide me with a $25 dollar refund. I will in turn respond and tell them that I want a full refund. I am unable to locate a direct phone number to this company. What kind of company offers to give back a partial refund and tell you to keep the clothes?

The company is advertised as being a USA based company and that all of the clothing is made in South Carolina. The items are actually made and shipped from either China or Dubai. There is no return label and when I contacted the business to return, I was told they could only give me a partial refund. I responded that I want a full refund as the items are low quality, are too large, and it was false advertising. I would have never ordered these items had I known they were not made in the USA. They make it very difficult to return the items and I do not trust that I will receive any refund of all or even portion of my money.

Thank you

Adv. on FB Said they were from the states SO.Carolina. I did recieve the products ,they were not the quality that was advertised. size was very tight for a midium . I realize I have lost my monies since I ordered. They say they have return policy in 30 days , which I have been trying to get a address to send tops back. I Have proof of there request for return Items. they need to have aproval from there service department before they can return. I sent a email to [email protected] I recieved note they will send me $12 dollars ,do not send items . I may keep them. My charge was 85.98 dollars

there was no address on the package . I think there should a notification sent out about this company.
