Ordered 8/5/2021 a dress. Received No email to verify purchase, order # or confirmation #. I went back to the site to see if it showed anything in my cart or a pending order. NOTHING!
I reordered it. Same thing! No responses waiting until 8/18 to see if any contact came from site.
Upon continually checking my credit card for their charges I didnt see any!
Well thats because the charges came in on 8/8 on my credit card under the name of 'CHICV UK LIMITED Rayleigh DB.' Found this out 8/18 and still had not received my dress or DRESSES! (since I paid for 2!). Back to website to contact cust srv. No phone # only message saying "if you have any questions, contact us at [email protected]".
I did that and says invalid address.
Their other charge came in as ChicV UK Limited.

I placed an order through Roselinlin and my Visa was charged in the amount of $128.94 to ChicVGroup Rayleigh on 7/30/2021. I am still waiting for the order. I was searching for a way to contact the company when I decided to look up the company the serviced the amount from my account and found ChicVGroup Raleigh. Hence I decided to look them up and stumbled across these reviews. I cannot believe that this is an actual scam. Why is their cite still up? To scam others? This is unbelievable!

I have the same problem and they are running advertising at the moment in my country (Australia) on the weather website "Willy Weather" from where I placed my order. I placed the order on August 21 and today the 8 October 21 I still haven't received my delivery. Are they really a Scam?

Both companies said I was responsible for shipping back the used merchandise!

I placed an order with Zolucky on 6/19/21. Items arrived and they are of terrible quality. The company is actually in China. Most of the clothing was sized for a 10 year old girl. I used their sizing charts and these are supposed to be women’s clothing. Their website says they accept returns, but the only way to contact them is through a comment box on their website. They promise to email return instructions via email within 48 hours, but the email NEVER arrives!
You are basically stuck with a bunch of useless junk.
Don’t do business with this company or Nora Cora. They are the same company operating under different names.

Purchased a top and slacks from the website. Blouse was fine - arrived on time. Slacks were delayed. When they arrived I didn't like them and tried to return them. They offered a 10% return of money on what I paid. I said I wanted a full refund. They offered me a 50% refund. Then they said all returns had to be sent to China in order to receive a refund. The slacks were mailed to me through the U.S.P.S. from 840 E. Walnut Street, Carson, CA 90746 That address will not accept returns. No where in any of the advertising did it say returns had to be sent to China. It did say you had 15 days to return the product in order for it to be accepted. At first I was going to mail it to China but then saw the cost. Many emails later - no one answers my emails any more! Feel they are taking advantage of consumers. Please help.

I had the same issue. The clothing runs smaller than the clothing in the U.S. I suggest that we contact the Better Business Association, or place it on Facebook to warn others of the scam. This is not the first online store that I have been scammed from. I have encountered another one just like this one. If we do not speak out they will continue to scam consumers around the world.

States that you can return items. Yet, when you start the return process, they tell you that you cannot because you need to ship it overseas to return to a warehouse. Therefore, instead, just keep the items and they will give you a 15% refund and call it even.

NORACORA. I ordered clothes, earrings and a hat and never heard from them again. They show pretty clothing on tanned models under various names, Noracora is one of the names, however, all sites show the same clothing. They charged my Visa 5/4/21, $123.15 for my order and sent nothing. I placed my order about a week before that.

This is a clothing online store. They advertise showing beautiful clothing at a great price. They state on the website that they want customers to be 100% satisfied and you can return anything if you are not happy with the product. BEWARE! I ordered about 28 items in mid April 2021. The items have been coming in a few at a time which is fine but the problem is that the items I received look nothing like the picture advertised! The clothing is cheaply made, material feels like foam on some of the items and the sizes are completely off! Since there is no phone number to call, you must do everything by emailing them. They take up to 2 days to respond and when they did, they said just keep the items that don’t fit and we will give you 15% back so you can tailor the items to fit you but if you decide you still want to return the items, you will need to request and “return label” Do not return anything without this label and they request that items be returned on express mail even though they take weeks or months to deliver your items! I have tried and tried to login to my account to request the return label and it is impossible! I have sent them many emails to contact me asap to no avail! This online store is a big scam. You do not get what you ordered, you can’t get ahold of anyone and they make it impossible to return anything by not having a return option on the website. To add insult to injury, they basically threaten you by stating that if you return anything with out authorization they will not reimburse you anyway so basically you are stuck with merchandise that doesn’t fit and is ugly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM

I placed an order in mid April of 2021. It is now May 19th and I have received some of the clothing items but not all. First thing I noticed is that the sweaters and shirts I ordered looked nothing like the pictures. The material is very cheap, poorly made and the sizes are completely off. When I attempted to reach them to return the items, they sent me a message a few days later asking me to keep the items and they would return 15% of what I spent to tailor the items for my liking. Then they said if you still want to return items you need a return label. It is nearly impossible to request a return label on their website! This is a huge scam! DO NOT BUY FROM NORACORA!

But gave them my email address they should of found my order. But said they need order number. Told them I don’t have it never got one. So know I got stolen out of my checking . I’m pissed. Clothes are not the fabric ,color , size they appear or anything like they show on the models. I tried to return (at my expense ) the rubbish I bought but it was never retrieved from postal station in China , after nearly 1 year it was returned to me.. I had numerous correspondence with numerous people at company in China . But was able to track my parcel and knew it sat in postal terminal.
I cut the stuff up to use some of the fabric on other clothes, I dyed some and convinced my daughter she looked nice in some and remainder went to thrift store .I learned my lesson.,..you get nothing for nothing
