The product was not as they advertise. As soon as I saw the product I tried to contact them. They gave me the run around and didn’t refund my money. And continued to ignore me completely.

I ordered a hoodie of the price of 40,11 Eur. the 2nd December 2020 on helochic.com, the parcel never arrived so I asked for a reimbursament and they never replied, I tried to contact HELOCHICV UK UNLIMITED many times without receiving a proper answer from them that wasn't from a bot.

Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT order from this scam of a company. See below for update.

Nothing but a nightmare since I received my package with not only cheap, thin material, but also 3 items missing. DO NOT BELIEVE the many reviews that say great quality. Unless the reviews were written by people who are used to thin material and/or wearing rags and don't know better, the QUALITY is CRAP!!!!! Those reviews were probably written by Noracora employees!!! They said a 2nd package was delivered, but it wasn't and they won't give me a tracking number for it, so I could go to the post office with some information. They also won't give me a refund.

Our emails have just been going around in circles.

They also sent me a pair of blue boots made of really cheap material. THEIR size 6 = size 37. Everywhere else on the planet 6 = 36. I've asked for my money back for the boots. They won't acknowledge that at all. Their sweatshirts are NOT sweatshirts. They're long-sleeved tops.

I've asked for a total refund of $101.77 for the 3 missing tops and the boots. Have been getting nowhere with their pathetic customer service 11 days now. I've had to repeat my story to supposedly different agents so many times, I've lost count.

My frequent emails with attachments have shown the items I'm missing from my order along with the paper enclosed in the one package that was delivered that shows 3 unshipped items, but they seem to be confused by this.

The last email was from Merry, a new (?) agent that said, "Sorry but what did you mean about that refund?" OMG!!!! Their customer service is more a ********, *********, **** joke. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

What you get, IF you get it, does NOT look as nice as it does in the pictures.

Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT order from this scam of a company.

If you can see Noracora's reply below, it is COMPLETE ********!! The package WAS delivered on Dec. 22nd, but returned because of the incorrect address (my mistake). I paid PayPal about $20 to have it re-sent. I got one package on Jan. 11th with 3 items missing and a pair of boots in the wrong size. No explanation for the 3 missing items. It has been nothing but frustrating communication since then. A previous reviewer wrote, "If you dispute with your credit card company, they send fake proof to the bank that the order has been fulfilled." I believe THAT!!! Why oh why would I keep on emailing Noracora and writing this review and posting other negative reviews?? Why would I keep on asking for my 3 items to be shipped or demand I get refunded?? Do I want those 3 items so badly for their amazing quality???? I don't think so!! So who are you going to believe?? I think the answer is pretty obvious!!

I'VE BEEN SCAMMED BY NORACORA for not only poor quality clothing received but for 3 items not sent and money not refunded for them. DO NOT ORDER FROM NORACORA!!!

If you choose to give away your money, give it to a good, needy charity rather than these thieves!!!

I reported this to my CC company and they returned what I was claiming for items not received and a pair of boots sent in the wrong size. Meanwhile, Noracora saw my negative reviews on TrustPilot and Sitejabber and on the latter site they responded to me with a BRIBE asking me to remove my negative review first, then they'll refund the entire amount of the order. I responded I wouldn't do that, but they refunded the entire amount anyway. I reported this to my CC company.

My bill has a charge of $253.44 on it from these people and I have never purchased anything from them! How do I file a claim?

I ordered accidentally three tops from Nora Cora when I was looking at Google it popped up many times finally I took a chance and ordered without thinking that it would be a scam well I canceled one of the orders because it was a duplicate of one of the other ones and they contacted me acting very confused it wasn't a confusing issue but that's what they said anyway explained that I just wanted two tops that were not the same and a different size that they were quoting. Haven't heard from them since and of course I've never received anything either I paid them $79 something like that on December 5th with a debit card and like since then I've been getting all kinds of advertising texts and emails but nothing from them so yeah I wanted file a claim

NoraCora is supposed to be online shopping I purchased 1 pair of shoes and 1 sweater. I waited for confirmation number checked email for tracking didn't receive anything. I called customer service , wanted too much information. I asked them to cancel my order they hung up. I called my bank and cancelled card $52.00

i have not recieved my items at all

I am still waiting for the dress I paid for to arrive.

I was billed for the item but have not heard from them. I do not have any contact details to email them.

NORACORA is a fraud. I have tried to contact them many many times through email. I ordered $71.79 for four items. The items never got to my place. So I emailed them asking where my package was. they give me some excuse after giving them the tracking number and all the information. I did this. But they keep coming back with a different name and saying sorry we couldn’t find your package in the store. Numerous times I did this same answer we can’t find your package in the store. I asked them for the phone number at least 10 times. They would not give me the telephone number to call them. I was stupid I did not read the reviews on this company. They have beautiful clothing that would make you sexy it’s just a wonderful catalog online. But they are fraud unfortunately my bank with USAA disputed the charge and gave me my $71.79 back. do not order from these guys ever

Took forever to receive my order. What I received wasn’t all what ordered. Style/quality /sizes nothing like they advertised. Returns at own expense and what they also don’t tell you is returns go to China (again, at own expense). Also advertising under CurvyLady. Exact same pictures of items, etc. Buyer beware..which is a shame during pandemic when most are shopping online.

Womens clothing site that is a pop up on Food Network website. Clothing is not as represented on the website. The company is located in China and it is impossible to return an item through their website.

Ordered clothing about two months ago in April, which my credit card was charged but never received the clothing until June 16, 2020. I kept sending messages and no answer until June 24, 2020 and I was told to keep the clothing and they would take 25% off. As of today I am waiting from my credit card company to see what they will do about my dispute, or to get an address where I can send this back. Is there anything you could help me out about sending this merchandise back? The amount I paid was $109.15. Please respond with some kind of an address or phone no.

They do not send products. Uses covid19 . Also there is no phone number. I e- mailed them and all i keep getting is the same messages as if it was generated. Also same day charged my credit card and said they go through paypal, so everything is protected. There are other sites that have same clothes but different website names.

I placed an order on the website for NoraCora clothing on 6/8/2020. They charged my account for the clothing for $121.35. I e-mailed them 2x's to find out when my clothing was being shipped. No response. I then called the phone number 1-(607)-214-3005. They were supposedly trying to refund my money but they were hacking into my computer. I then shut down my computer when I realized it was a scam. Please stop these people from scamming.

The ad kept popping up on my phone showing beautiful clothing. Finally decided to order a dress and 3 tops as they were on sale in early May.

They said the order might take a while to be delivered because of Covid 19. Waited and waited. After about three weeks I received an email with a tracking number. They said my items had been shipped. When I put in the tracking number with my email address it would only say it was shipped. Waited tried again. Same thing. Checked the website for a telephone number. I could only find an email address. Emailed asking for more information on my package. They sent me a form letter. Repeated that process and got the same form letter. Wrote again and they told me finally that customer service would contact me in 48 hours. They did with the SAME form letter. Repeated this. The last letter said they’re contact me in 48 hours. That was the last I heard. No packages ever arrived. No contact except form letters. No available tracking record. They charged my credit card in early May. I have no way to get my money back or to get my items. I tried also to track down some details about them but I could find nothing on the internet regarding the company but numerous letters identifying them as a scam.

This looked like a website from the US, however, after placing my order of 4 clothing items, I realized it was shipping from China. It took about a month for 3 of my items to arrive and they were not good quality and made from terrible fabric. The fourth item (a pair of overalls) I never received. I emailed the company several times and they would only respond with "Please allow 4-6 weeks to ship." This was in December 2019 and I still haven't received them. They eventually quit responding to my e-mails so I just gave up.

I ordered a pair of jeans from this website early May and never received the product. I tried contacting them with no response. I had to dispute the charge to my credit card
