recording came on saying this is about my credit card, and then they proceeded to say that there is nothing wrong with my card but they have an offer for me for a lower interest rate that expires today. I immediately knew this as a scam simply because i have no credit cards. When the operator came on he was asian and you could tell that english was not the best. I said, "so you are calling about my credit card? and he said yes, and i said well i dont have a credit card," and he immediately hung up.

I replied to a labor gig ad ok n craigslist for a guy named Joseph Nyugen he is out of California and Tennessee with his work. I worked four days and only have been paid for two. He currently is working at 8227 arrowridge blvd suite #1 charlotte nc and off of tuckaseegee rd at 720 tuckaseegee rd charlotte nc. He owes me for 22.5 hours and he is not answering my phone calls or texts. This just is not right by any means I worked very hard for Mr Nyugen and did all ge asked me to do and he is allowed to not pay me? Please help me ScamPulse.com this is still America correct?
