Purchase of three user mcafee antivirus and installation along with three year support with peripheral devices.

Years ago these people froze our computer and said we had to pay them for them to fix it. At the time, we didn't know any better and fell for it. Now every year they tell us we have to pay them again or call their number to have it cancelled. Well, if you call them, they want to get back into your computer, they say that is the only way they can cancel it. They keep telling us that they have charged our card, but so far, they have not. The latest email we got from them said we had ordered a new laptop for $399 and it would be shipped on a certain date, and to cancel order we'd need to call. Same scam, gee, they have to get into your computer for that too!! First call they said they were Amazon, second call they were Hewlett Packard.

This was a well-planned and executed scam. I signed up for the service a year ago. When a computer problem arose, I phoned for tech support, and said I had also received a bill for renewal of McAfee (which they market) that I did not want. They said they had to refund it by direct transfer into my online bank account. Once they gained access, they falsified what appeared on the screen and managed to take nearly all my money by international wire transfer and then by cash. I have been to my bank and filed a police report. I feel stupid, angry, and broke, having been taken in this way.

This company needs stopped - they tricked me and I was so stupid and fell for it - too much to type the whole ordeal, but I lost around 500.00, but it could have been so much worse. Had to change all bank account numbers for me and my parents, because I was on their accounts. Had to call all business that take out auto-pay and SS office etc. I have almost had a nervous breakdown over this. I do not want anyone else to have to go through this. Please stop this company. There has to be a way to stop them. I am still getting emails. They actually called me and left a voice mail, after I had hung up on them, after my bank's fraud dept. called me. This has been a nightmare -

would you like to join a lawsuit against them?

I have had computer help services with this company successfully over the past 2 years. But it now doesn’t work.

And I am getting emails and phone calls stating they have successfully charged my credit card on file for $399 or $499. They give a number to call for a refund.

I don’t see a charge on any of my accounts but I have called the number thinking they have my bank account info.

I’m guessing they are taking my phone number?

I don’t get it. And I don’t know what happened to the company.

Any help is appreciated,

Email claims my creditcard has been charged $399.99 for tech support. I have never heard of this company or authorized a charge. Email claims if I call the number provided I am eligible for a refund.

Approx 1 year ago this CO sold me a tech support package. my computer was running slow and I think I got an email stating that they detected a problem with my computer and it may have been given a virus. It seemed legit to me, the guy was friendly and assured me he could fix this virus. He did some things that I have no idea what they were and my computer ran so much better. Then proceeded to tell me the charge was $200.00 and some dollars. I felt that I had to pay, so I did. Now a year later they are wanting to charge my acct $399.99 for another year, after initial transaction I felt i had been spammed, now I know I was. I have no idea what card I initially put the charge on.

For the past 10 days I have received a barage of emails from this company stating the following:

1. My subscription to their services is being renewed automatically using my card on file

"you are eligible for a full refund upon cancelling your services within 48 hours of payment"

2. original service began 8/20/19

3. referenced my supposed credit card as (....XXXX) No actual account number

4. service may be canceled by calling to receive a refund.

Over several emails, phone numbers changed and were disconnected.

5. messages left requesting cancellation of services were not returned.

6. email stating my service has been renewed

7. company name changed to [email protected]

8. contact email from [email protected]

9. contact email from

An email was received from [email protected] stating a charge of $399.99 would be billed to xxxx debit card.

There were no numbers entered - not even the last 4 as it normally would appear.

I called the phone # (which is different than what is on the site) and they asked if i was at my computer and if i would allow them to attach to my computer so they can remove the software.

This is a scam - there is no software on my computer - no reason for them to attach to do anything. I asked to get a refund for the charge, the man said ok and hung up. He had no idea of who i was, how much for the refund (so far not billed... but keeping a close eye on all Credit Cards). BEWARE of this scam!!!! Do not allow anyone to attach to your computer unless you know it is a trusted person/company!

I have received at least one spam letter a day indicating that they are crediting my debit card since a renewal was made on an alleged purchase in 2019. I tried initially to call them and it seems like I was talking to a man watching his kids and they hung up when I started questioning them. I no longer will call. Needless to say, each time I receive one of these messages, it is from a different email sender. I am done with these and need to know how to stop them sending more. I am currently unsubscribing. Maybe I shouldn't respond at all. Is there a solution?

They sent an email that they were going to charge my account for a computer service and then they said they did... Then when you call to reverse the erroneous charges they open a fictitious account to show you that they are refunding you and then want your account number!!!!

I have blocked them in the event they were able to access any of my accounts.

While on your computer, suddenly a pop-up presents, your computer locks up & starts beeping loudly. On screen there are warning messages that your computer has been locked down due to malicious activity, i.e., virus, malware, etc. Printed warnings that any attempt made to close or shut down your computer, all information & applications would be lost. Only stated option offered is to call an 800# to speak with technical support services that is noted to be affiliated/associated with Microsoft. Person who answers claims to be a certified technician who with his colleagues are capable of resolving the current problems that you are experiencing with your computer. In order to do so, it is necessary for you to give them on-line access to your computer. Within a 1-2 hour time-frame their technician(s) take over control of your computer supposedly to delete any malicious downloads & files clean-up the operation of your computer, who knows what else they have gained information about, i.e., financial accounts & other sensitive information: also, have they added any troublesome &/or malicious files of their own? After doing this computer servicing & repair, they will advise you of the cost for these services & indicate that the charges will include their technical support services for one, two or more years, depending upon your choice. For me, the cost noted was $199.00 for a 1-year support warranty. They are also very likely to strongly recommend that you replace the computer security that you currently have with Norton Security which they claim is better that what you have been using. They will offer to provide it to you at a very favorable price.

You will be advised that you can contact anytime for ongoing technical support services for your computer. For me, after NTS staff had serviced my computer, it remained functional for only 36 hours when it locked-up again. It was at that point that I became convinced that I had been scammed! It became necessary for me to take my laptop to a reputable computer technician in my local area for repairs which included replacement of Windows 10 & added malware security for approximately $190.00

I was using my computer and unfortunately my computer pop up and just showing one number so that means i can just call at that number nothing else. I was confused what should i do now at that time. When i called on that number, they said they were from nts it care, and said that they need access to fix my computer because there was a high rate virus in that. After gained access, he said i have to made a contract with them so only they can help me anytime.they even said that do not tell anyboby, just contact them because of using their service.

Then they charged me for $175.14 (canadian dollars) by saying that 1 year extended warranty for computer on April 26,2019. After that they were calling me again and again.

The most shocked thing is that they called me on 5 nov, 2019. And they said that they are giving me refund of $200 (CAD) because of changing their software programs. When i asked them, i just pay $175.14 but why are you giving me $200. Funny thing he said they have to pay other charges on their behalf.

They were making me fool by saying this. When i knew about them, saw reviews and videos, i was shocked thwt i lose my money. The person who talked to me said by himself that it is a scam call while time of refunding. I just cut their call. Delete all the files that they download in my computer because that s all useless.

I just want my refund for $175.14 (CAD). Now i can not believe any of you.

They tell you that you don't have things on your computer like Virus Protection then they sell it to you and take away the virus protection you did have. First they lock up your computer and find that after you turn it on. They took a lot of money from me and I want it back.

Initially we got a block on our computer saying that we had trouble with their computer to call a certain number. We did not call any number. But somehow they caught wind of this and called us. And promise to fix our computer that they were a third party with Microsoft and other name brand computer companies. We agreed to pay them $** in June of this year to repair our computer. They would call us back and say is everything fine. They also had access to do the repairs from a remote contact on our computer. Then today August 31st 2018, they said that they were offering a $*** refund because they had outdated computer data on our computers and they were offering a refund. We agreed to then let them give us a refund. But there was a problem on our screen they showed us that we had typed in $*** for the refund. At that point they said that we had made a mistake and that we had to go to Walmart to send them the difference. At that point I realized it was a scam and started telling them that they were wrong. They were fighting us through the phone making us feel very ignorant. But I caught wind of that because they were offending our government and president Trump. We went to the bank and had our account closed and on Tuesday September 4th we will reopen up our account with new account numbers. This company has caused us duress and distress with their actions. They need to be caught. At one point they had an 800 number attached on our toolbar. But that disappeared after we told them that we thought they were scam. I uninstall there program, their program had NTI on it and a phone number of +1-844-208-2608. One of the persons was called David Stifler at 1 510-270-0030. We were given a number in order to do the refund it was ibt7CJ 258LDS0171***

LI have been told that I need to have my computer now tested for malware and spyware. I have found on my computer TeamViewer and my ID is there my password is there the partner ID is 10911 53190 says remote control so I will delete this. Looking at my bank account they had access to it and transferred $900 from our loan credit line to our banking account. But we immediately call the credit union and they were unable to get the money out. I'm looking that on June 14th 2018 NTS it Care Inc at phone number +1-877-**0-6709 says California took out of our account $**.**. Please go after these Crooks I would like my money returned for $**.**. Thank you.

I was using my computer when my screen went white and a white pop-up came up saying I needed to call this number in the next 5 minutes because my computer may have been hacked and my banking, credit card, etc. information maybe at risk. This pop up message was being read out loud to me loudly over and over again. I had no longer any icons on my computer screen so I could not log out. I called the number and they said that my Microsoft services on my computer were corrupted. they said I had csr.exe intrusion trojan bugs & 261 spyware in c drive of my computer & malware. They asked what protection I am using on my computer and I said Avira (the free version), which they said does not have enough protection for everything our there). They said I needed McAfee Advanced Protection (it has 3 later protection) and cost is with tax $*** for 1 year. This includes 1 time each month a health check tune up. I need to call them though each month for them to do it.

Yesterday I bought our local Yuma newspaper and it had an article in their about fake support numbers scamming people. After reading the article I knew I'd been scammed. I called NTS It Care, Inc. telling them I didn't want their MaAfee and that they are a scam and he said, "no we are not a scam. We gave you phone number so you can reach us. He had his billing department call me back, but I didn't get anywhere with them either.
