DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY PLACE YOUR ORDER THEN CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CARD EVERY MONTH, THEN TWICE A MONTH! MY BAD FOR NOT CATCHING THIS. SO EMABARASSED! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Oak and Hearth or Oak Hearth or new name Oak and Luna. I ordered a name necklace, then they continued to charge my credit card for $18.33 monthly. Why would I have a subscription after buying a gold plated necklace? I never signed up for any subscription. Both phone numbers provided on my bank statement are bogus, 949 259-3621 and 702 420-7553. Just like all the other complaints, this is a total scam.

I’m being charged $18.33 every month since Dec. 2022. I have not ordered or signup got a subscription. I’ve never had a email from them . I have not authorized for my credit card to be charged for anything. Shame on me for not noticing this charge every month. How is this company staying in business by stealing money. See that there’s more than just person being taking advantage. There never seems to be anyone to talk to. Just recording.

I brought 2 bags last year and that i was paying off each month, and it's still happening. So i want this sorted out, they can't keep taking money out of my bank around 27.50 each month.

Oak and Hearth is definitely a company you want to stay away from. Once you have made a purchase from the company, you will begin to see that they monthly deduct $18 from your account. When you ask about this, you are told it is their wonderful membership plan that you signed up for. As one can see from all the other complaints about this scam, DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE from Oak and Hearth, you will lose money on the purchase. I was told by the company I signed up for it (false claim), and even if I did, not once did I receive anything from the company about the membership or any added advantage. Best to use a reputable firm.

I purchased a travel bag in July 2022 and have since then been charged monthly by the company that claims I signed up for a membership.

However, have not signed up for a membership and have not given consent to make monthly withdraws from my account.
Also, I have not received any email informing me about a membership, or a sign up confirmation link or a receipt for that membership.
I have not received any evidence about me signing up for a membership or anything else for that matter.

This is clearly fraud. They have taken $165.98 out of the account without authorization and refuse to refund.
When I looked up the company I found the same complaint was made by other people. It seems they are using selling products as a way to get peoples credit card details and withdraw funds. STAY CLEAR!

I bought a bag for $22, then they proceeded to bill me $18.33 monthly. When I finally noticed 4 months later, they claim I signed up for this membership on checkout. I can see no details about this on any of the emails I received from them. Total scam. Should be illegal.

I an getting charged for a subscription I didn’t know that I sign into,I have sent 4 emails to cancel this but I have had no emails to let me know it’s been canceled.Now I have got in contact with my bank to fraud

Purchases 2 x bags from Oak & Hearth which would have been a once off purchase not suspecting that I had signed up for a monthly membership which I only noticed on reviewing my Bank Statement
Have emailed to cancel the membership but don’t like my chances of getting a refund
Poor way to do business by tricking your customers
Buyers beware !

I placed an initial purchase for $59.99 in June of 2021. I received the product without any issues. But I kept seeing a monthly charge from this company. Nominal amount of $12.74/mo and I forgot about contacting them to find out what the charge was for. In the meantime, my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and I've had other things to deal with and forgot again. This month I noticed another monthly fee from them for $18.33 so I finally sat down and called. I was told that the initial purchase included a 30 day offer for some kind of subscription fee that would continue unless I cancelled it. I went back over all my email communications including the original order and subsequent shipping information and there is NOTHING about any subscription service let alone how to cancel. So I was charged $224.64 for a subscription that I never wanted or asked for over a period of a year and a half! If there was information about the subscription in my original order screen, it was not apparent. BEWARE!! I consider this a form of FRAUD and money that I will never see again.

I have no clue what or if I even bought anything from them but I all of a sudden had a charge from my debit card for $18 the other night.. no emails no nothing!

I just realized that I, too, have been charged $12.74 per month since October, 2021 (it is now March, 2022). Shame on me for not checking my statements more carefully but total shame on them for this practice. I was able to get to connect with customer service to cancel this bogus subscription but she was not able to offer a refund of past charges. According to the rep, there is a box checked for a subscription when you make a purchase from them. If you do not uncheck the box, you are automatically signed up and begin paying after a 30-day trial period. Seems to me to be an unethical way to do business. I, of course, would never purchase from them again and will tell my friends about this experience. So what have they gained? Is a bad reputation worth the $60+ they got out of me? Shame on them.

I am getting charged 12.74 per month from these people.
I have emailed and told them to cancel any subscription I may have had.
I got charged again in January 22.

Ordered item from these crooks and they are billing me for an unwanted subscription. Some trick about processing the order… I been billed $12.94 2 times now. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I bought something from them last year in October and just now realized that there was a subscription I'm being charged for that I had no idea about. This is not okay and I want my money back and the subscription cancelled. I've lost over $50 from this unwanted subscription. Fix the problem please.

I bought a plush toy from their website for $25. Every month since, they’ve charged me $12.74. No notification of charge or receipt. I only saw when it showed up on my credit card statement. I did not sign up for any membership or recurring charge.

I checked my bank account and noticed a transaction that I did not make, $12.74 was taken out of my account on 10/12/21, and I have noticed from previous reports that other people have experienced similar issues. I did not pay anything more than my purchase of two items totaling up to $39.94 I believe. I have not yet tried to contact them as from previous reports from others, they have received no help or refunds regarding their own matters.
