SilentDunk has set up ecommerce through Shopify - according to Builtwith (see link) https://builtwith.com/?https%3a%2f%2fofficialsilentdunk.com

To date I never received a product and have reached out to the company several times about a refund and have never received a response.

I purchased a Silent Basketball for my son for Christmas. It never arrived. I emailed to follow up. I was told that there were shipping delays and was not given an anticipated delivery date. I followed up several times via email and received no response. I was charged $30.

Never shipped the product. Total scam!

Instagram should be not allowing this type of scammers to use their platform

Purchased silent basketball on 12/4/23. Got confirmation it shipped. Never received ball. The tracking provided says waiting for pickup…still not able to track . Customer service rep communicates but from personal email. Totally a scam

Saw add on instagram for a silent basketball from the company Silent Dunk. Ordered before Thanksgiving and got an order confirmation number sent to my email. After a few weeks I emailed back to confirm my order had shipped and it went to a personal address for [email protected] and he responded it had and should be arriving shortly. I replied a few weeks later looking for a tracking number and haven’t heard back.

Ordered silent dunk basketball on 11/6. Received an email on 11/9 saying it had shipped. But shipping number gives no updates or tracking. The email response from “zac” said it had been processsed and shipped and then has never responded again.
