This OLS Services called my daughter today and last week. Today she accidentally answered the phone. They knew her name and mine. She did not confirm that she knew me but asked what it was regarding they said they were trying to get a hold of me and to pass on their phone number and reference number. Last week they called my daughters, my mother, and myself and left messages on all three numbers. My husband called them back from a blind number and they didn't want to say what their business was just that they were an "administrative" business. He said he had received a message from them and wanted to know who they were and what the call was regarding and they didn't want to tell him anything they kept saying we didn't call you, we never called anyone from this number. They never identified who they were or where they were located. The woman eventually just hang up. It seems suspicious they are calling family members that I have never used as references on anything and I frequently check my credit report and there is no reporting from this company for debt collection. I feel confident it is a scam/phishing attempt but it is also frustrating that they are calling relatives and also harassing's them. If you do call them back for more information be sure to hide your number first. I also think it is suspicious that I cant find any legitimate business listing online for this OLS carrier service or OL Law office? There is no clear identification of these callers.

Rec'd a call today. A woman with an accent. Knew my name and my address. Has to "deliver documents to me". Gave me this number: 8663269189 and a reference number. The original call was not this number. The number came up as 8582012934, our of California. Googled how to spot a fake caller. Going to call back with these questions: collectors full name (I'm assuming it's a debt collector). Company name, address, phone number, website address and email. See how mad I can make them...

OLS (866.326.9189) called my daughter. Individual knew my daughter's name; said he was trying to reach me to deliver a letter and for me to call him. I had until 2-3pm to pick up letter. I called the number and a man answered with an Indian accent. He said, 'Hello, how can I help you?' I didn't answer. He said hello again. I then said, 'What company do you work for?' and he hung up the phone. I tried to call back but was disconnected before it even rang. I googled it and found this site where others have had similar experiences.
It sounded fishy and I knew it was a scam when he hung up on me.

I received a call for my mom from phone number 619-309-1164, the guy said they had a certified letter package that my mom had to call back for to set up a time and day to pick up, he gave me a number of 855-349-3629 and a "key #," it sounds fishy because she has her information up to date with everything and if it's a certified letter, they should be able to deliver it to our door and get a signature then.

Sorry, it's "OLS" not "OLD"

A male caller with a slight accent called stating he was from OLS and they needed to deliver something to me. They had my full name and correct address but wanted me to take down a phone number and reference number to schedule the delivery. I told him I'm home all day and if they got something that needs to be delivered I'm here. He then stated "so you don't care? You don't care? Ok, you don't care!" I said no everytime, with each no he got ruder and ruder.
Call came from 909-550-1700

Was talking with my sister on the phone and she said, “Hey I got this call today on my phone twice today. They left a voicemail message the first time which said to call 8446463253 and then give them this PIN number”. The second time they called my sister answered and they asked if this was blah blah which was her and they were trying to get in touch with her husband blah blah, which was me. For starters she told them that I wasn’t her husband, I was her brother. They told her to have me call them because they had some forms or paperwork for me. There is a couple things wrong with the whole issue. For starters my sister has not had the phone number she currently has for very long and the other is that the name they asked for me, I haven’t gone by for about 4 years now. I changed my name about that long ago. So obviously they would not know her new number since she has only had it about 4 months ago and I don’t go by the name they asked for anymore. So if they knew me and were really needing to get ahold of me they would have all of the correct info to do so.

Received a call from these guys as well. Number on the caller ID was 858-667-6106. Got the same line about a package except this went a little further. The person said that someone was at my address (he did have the correct address), trying to deliver the "package", but no one was home. I asked who it was from and he said "I know, but I don't know". I'm supposed to call the main office (844-646-3253) with a reference number and reschedule the delivery. Sounded fishy!

First My daughter got a call from some company affiliated with these guys asking for her to have me call them. Then my wife's ex husband who I have not talked to got the same phone call about me. I called them up and they said it was about a collection for a company that I never heard of. I asked who was calling My daughter and the ex and they said it was their currier. I then received a barrage of calls from this currier company and a Hispanic man saying OLS Services and needs to send me an envelope. I told him good luck and a few other choice words and blocked all of their numbers.

This spam call stuff is out of control. I wish they would find a way to shut it down.

They apparently have my number on file and calling stating I have to confirm my address in order to receive this package and have to call this number 855-625-2085 and give a reference code.

So the number I received a phone call from was a normal number, but the "name" attached to that number was a long string of seemingly random characters. They asked for me by name and I told them I don't know that person, but they still asked if they could leave me a message. They left me a call back number (totally different than the one they called from), and a reference number, and asked me to pass it along to myself. I asked what company this was concerning and they said OLS Services. Did a quick Google, found this and figured I'd post my story. Upon calling them back to see if I could get anymore info, the first guy hung up on me when I asked what company he worked for, then the second guy threatened me that they would find me, and I should just wait until they find me. Still refused to give me a company name.

A Hispanic woman called my phone stating I need to have my boyfriend call back and make an appointment for him to go pick up a package. Then my brother received the same phone call for my boyfriend. Finally, they called my boyfriend demanding he make an appointment for this “package”. I told the lady I thought it was a scam and she became very rude and irate saying, “you people always think we are scamming you’ll find out. This morning I did my research and found this thread. Please don’t be scammed or threatened into providing your information. If it doesn’t feel right, most likely it isn’t.

I received a call from 909-679-9317, a Hispanic woman wanted to leave a message for an acquaintance who is not associated with my personal phone number. I said she had the wrong number and hung up.

Out if curiosity, I called back and the person who answered reluctantly told me the call was from "a third-party company called OLS Services" but would not tell me what OLS Services was. She told me not to call her company (which she would not name) again.

I had the same experience as the person above. The Hispanic person wanted me to deliver a message to a relative of mine because he has a package. I asked who the package is from and he didn't know. I told him to call the person themselves. The phone number is public. The call seemed very sketchy and vague. I didn't trust the call and then proceeded to look up the phone number and name "OLS Delivery Services", finding that the number is associated with a Robocall Debt Collector. Good thing I didn't provide any information.

This business called me from what sounded like a call center on the voicemail I received from them. I didn't answer the call because it was labeled as 'Potential Spam'. I did receive a voicemail about a 'shut off' notice of some sort for an EX-relative of mine however. The voicemail was garbled and a fast speaking individual left it in a mumbling fashion. I called the number that was left in the voicemail transcription (the speech was not distinguishable against the background noise) and was greeting by a male with a Spanish accent when the line picked up. He asked me if I could confirm that I knew this person, my ex-relative and told me that he works for a law office and that this person is involved in pending litigation. He than asked for his contact information.  Feeling funny that a receptionist would disclose to a potential stranger that someone was involved in a notice of 'shut off', I said, "Is this even a real business, bruh? Come on.". The gentleman on the phone then took on a dialect that was extremely unprofessional. Told me I was wasting his time, told me to 'get off of his line', and that 'of course this was a real business'. Either way, sounds like a scam (extremely unprofessional at best). He hung up on me in the end.
