Ordered gummies & male enhancement for just shipping cost on internet site. Screen was to take me to order summary, but offered other products. I never accepted, but clicked arrow trying to get order summary screen. Instead it confirmed order adding other 2 items. I immediately emailed company canceling and next day I called customer service to verify the cancelation. They tried selling me the product at reduced cost & I refused, said cancel. The address they use on their labels is a pack & ship center. I lost my $ and the product doesn't work maximum Canna Drive gummies, maximum drive male enhancement, maximum Canna Drive nitric oxide, maximum Canna Drive testosterone support

This company said you can get backpack for free just pay shipping $4.95. But then they charge you anywhere from $67.32 - $ 80.00. There is actually a guy that has posted a video about these people. I can't seem to save it to share.

Woke up to this company frauding my credit card by charging 199.88 to my credit card without my knowledge. I did not order or give them permission of any sort. Then they sent me an invoice through email as if I ordered it. THEY ARE FRAUDING PEOPLE

- Cape Coral, FL, USA

I thought I was getting just a sample that I paid for and they charged me more because they had cancellation date that I never saw and then charged me for those little examples $249 everything must have been in small print that I never saw was able to read. Is print must have been so small and there was no information on cancellation on the product when they sent it to me in the package. They set out to scam on purpose and will do it to the next person also. I paid it but they were very deceitful, please protect the next innocent person.

I received a different product other than the advertised item. When I called customer support I was told " you got what you ordered"?

I asked for a refund...I was told," it was too late"! Also, a subscription had been implemented without my written consent. I immediately called my bank to STOP payment to LIFELINE KETO GUMMIES. Only to be notified LIFELINE had processed another debit from my account without me receiving delivery of the product purchased. This is fraudulent! Customer Support is scripted to give you NO information or refund. My numerous email correspondences have been ridiculous with contradicting comments about LIFELINES' money-back guarantee.

In email #10...they told me to" just keep the product"! I said "NO THANK YOU"! The package had been refused and returned already. UponLIFELINE receiving the package they informed me today "You Must pay a Restocking Fee"! What???

Please spare others from this nonsense. Their practices are misleading and unethical. I have ALL

documentation of email correspondence, should you need it. Thank you for your time!

On 1/12/23, I ordered a free sample of Lumina Luxe anti-aging cream for $6.95 shipping. The infomercial showed Jennifer Anniston & made it seem she used the product. I Received the product in less than a week, plus a second product I did not order. On 1/20/23, I saw that there were four charges pending on my credit card: two for $6.95 & two for $119.95. I called the credit card company & reported that three of the pending charges were fraudulent, but was told I had to wait until the charges went through before I could dispute them. As soon as the charges had gone through (1-2 days) I called back my credit card company, Target Redcard Visa, to dispute the charges They said they would begin the process. On 1/20, I received an emailed “order confirmation” for $119.95 from Luminaantiaging.com

I emailed back that I did not order this. Received another email asking me to contact Customer Service at 855/231-9407. I called them & they said the charge was for a subscription & that I could cancel it for the future, but because I had not cancelled within 7 days, they would not reverse the charges. I told them I had not signed up for a subscription & I offered to return the products, which I had not even used, but was told they do not take returns. After several calls to Target Redcard Visa, I received a letter from them dated 2/17 stating that they were reviewing my dispute. On 2/27, I received another letter from them stating that declined my dispute because they said I had signed up for and accepted a trial offer or a monthly subscription & that I had not cancelled the trial offer within the trial period, I was charged the full price of the product & my account was enrolled in a monthly subscription. Though subscription was cancelled on 2/13, they said the disputed charges would remain on my account. I called them, reiterated that I never signed up for a subscription & only had ordered the free sample, & I asked them to resubmit the dispute. I’m waiting to hear back. A couple of items of note: the charges to my card were from two vendors: Truedynamicsultimatefi, from Colorado;,merchant description is sporting goods, category is recreation. The other vendor is listed as CoolHomeTrustyFurni in MO; merchant description is Misc House Furnishings, category is household. I never heard of either of these companies. All I ordered was a free sample of Lumina Luxe with a shipping fee of $6.95. I never enrolled or agreed or saw anything about a subscription or $119.95 charge, when I placed the free sample order. This is a scam.

There is an online ad for a skin product, Derm Le Mar serum, presented on their website as a free trial. "Claim your FREE bottle," it reads, for only the cost of shipping, $5.98," if paid via Mastercard.

However, not only was I sent and charged for an additional product, a cream for $6.98, but three days after receiving these on 3/3/23, an attempt was made to charge my credit card an additional $119.98 yesterday on 3/6/23.

After speaking with customer service today and reading their terms, I am willing to own a measure of responsibility for my own oversight and so have agreed to return the unused portion. Additionally, I am not seeking a refund, since my credit card company did decline this company's attempt to charge me for the full amount.

However, upon submitting a review of my experience with Derm Le Mar, I have also become aware of others that have had similar negative experiences in dealing with this company.

Therefore, I am requesting that you please do an investigation of Derm Le Mar, as their methods seem to be designed to trick, trap, and prey on potential customers via deception.

While their methods may be legal, should Derm Le Mar be allowed to continue such unethical practices without exposure?

On 2/8/2023 a Pop up add on “Happy Color” web site. Free trail of Shark Tank contestants product complete with videos of the program & the rebranding of said product. Pay shipping & handling only. No other terms of service was listed, no mention of a monthly subscription. No contact information at the time of ordering except the customer support email address. The product arrived in 3 days. I did take a screen shot of the order # when the order was accepted. On that screen shot it stated 7 day free trial. I was suspicious so I began a search of the product & the product could be purchased at Walmart & Amazon. I also began a search to contact the company. The email address given earlier was all that I could find. So I emailed inquiring about the 7 day free trail. They returned a reply the following day with a customer service phone number. This was on 2/16/2023. It had been 7days since the order had been placed. My credit card was charged 119.95 for each product. I called the customer service number to complain about the charges & was informed that the 7 days were up & when I ordered the free products I agreed to be charged a monthly fee of 119.95 for each product. I told her that there was no such information like that when I ordered. She gave me a web page address that fully states the 7 day free trial information. I informed her that there was no information about terms or web page. She informed me that the purchase was legitimate and there was no refund. She then asked me if I wanted to cancel my subscription. Absolutely! I informed her that I could purchase the Lumina Luxe product from Walmart & Amazon 5 jars for $39.95. I suspected that this company was purchasing the product from another source at a low price & re selling it at a ridiculous high price. She did give me a webpage address that was different from what I had search. That web page is blocked on google so there is no way anyone can research it. The charge on my credit card statement has the business listed as Aesthetic Design Stationary & is a supplier of educational materials. She repeatedly kept telling me that the charge was legal & binding according to the order form on their website. Using the web address she gave me to order the product it clearly states the agreement of a 7 day free trail then a charge of $119.95 every month for each product until cancelled by the subscriber. I told her that was not on the form I filled out. She continued to argue with me that there was a link to their website that had the terms of the purchase. I cancelled my subscription received my cancellation # for future reference. I received a jar of Lumina Luxe anti aging face cream & a pump bottle of dark circle reducing anti puff eye serum. Neither product does what it states as advertised. I do not think this will warrant much interest but I’m tired of people cheating other people by lying about their goods & products for sale & using bogus videos to support said products. This company has already changed the name of their product but utilizing the same tactics that this is the product that all 5 Shark Tank judges/entrepreneurs invested in.

I saw the ad on a news story from healthsupport.com Shark Tank 'Weight loss gummy that naturally burns fat, gets biggest deal Shark Tank history', read and clicked to see about ordering.

1. First screen entered my email and the amount of weight I wanted to lose

2. Second screen requested my home address

3. Next screen asked me to choose my package:

- I selected the smallest package (#3) which read '1 Bottle + Get one Free!' with a cost of $64.94

- When I went back to look at the site to see where the misunderstanding occurred and capture screenshots I noticed

there is a small 'same as' under the '+ Get one Free'.

4. Next screen request credit card info, I input my card information

5. Next screen asks if I want to upgrade my order I selected 'No'

6. Before I could select next screen I received an email telling me my card was being charge $129.88, the cost of 2 bottles

After calling the company and attempting to cancel I was told the original cost is $69.99/bottle and she couldn't explain to me how paying $129.88 is same as BOGO. The difference in what I paid for 2 is ~$10. Also prior to my card being charged I never received a screen to asking me to confirm my purchase and showing me the total cost. When I called and attempted to cancel I was offered additional 'deals' and told to fully cancel my order I would have to receive the shipment and call back for return instructions.

I reviewed the website and retraced my steps via the laptop as opposed to my cellphone -

1. The cost is $10 cheaper now.

2. The website boasts having McAfee endorsement, I have McAfee installed on my laptop and it flagged the site as a

potential scam.

On Facebook it looked legit like it was for one of the actors lose weight with gummy‘s. They really don’t tell you upfront how much money they want. They automatically add bottles to your account. I ended up spending $198. I ordered it in November they sent it to the wrong address, I had to contact them many times to get it shipped to the right address and I just received it two days ago. One of the lids was loose. The seal on the top was not glued. All the way has a really bad chemical smell they sent me five bottles and two bottles of detox, which I didn’t even know about .

I ordered a "trial" bottle of the Ketology Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies for $6.95. Then I got an email that I purchased another month's supply for $96.95!! I tried calling the company to straighten it out, but I could never reach anyone at the number they provided. And if you tried emailing them, the only reply you would get was that you had to call that number to talk with someone there. I also sent the unused bottle back to the return address on the package - GGDC Fulfill Service, PO Box 997, 10441 Stanford Ave., Garden Grove, CA 92842, with a letter explaining that I tried calling their number to cancel and so-call "subscription" I might have with their company, and couldn't get through to anyone - so I was writing to have them please not send me any more gummies or bill me. Well that did nothing, I got another bottle the next month. So I finally had to cancel my credit card and get a new one - so they couldn't charge me. Just wanted to give anyone the heads-up on this scam company. If there is anyone out there that could help me get my money back - I'd sure appreciate your help! Thank you.

online order was for a FREE bottle of gummies! i was to pay $6.95 shipping. They charged my card for other items that totalled $95.33. I called them and advised them I did not authorize any addtional charges or items. NOW they have charged my card $126.87 and $122.76 for re-occuring charges. AGAIN, I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY OF THIS! Called the Customer Support Specialist and they said they would authorize a 50% refund and cancel my account. asked for a supervisor and told him that's not good enough! I have the items they shipped me unopened and agreed to send them back and I would agree to pay the $6.95 freight BUT I WANT MY MONEY BACK! He states all he can do is refund 50%. I told him tha's not good enough and to get me a supervisor because this is a FRAUD/SCAM, but he says he cannot do anything.

I placed an order for a free trial, just pay shipping and handling. No where did the ad say that you would be billed $119.99.; which was charged to my credit card twice.

I placed an ordered Dec 31 for Keto ACV. The website said buy 3 bottles get 3 free. The bottles were suppose to be $39.97 each for a total of $119.91. That was all I ordered. when I got the purchase receipt they had charged me $265.31. I was charged for all six bottles plus two additional things I had declined Cleanse $7.95 and Garcinia $7.95 which was on some 14 day trial. Plus a surcharge of $9.59 dollar not sure what that was suppose to be for and $15.90 shipping. I called the next day when I saw the receipt and told them to cancel my order because I that was not what I had ordered. They told me I could only cancel on the day I ordered and they I had to call back in 14 day to cancel the two trial things that they had added to my order. I told them I wanted everything cancelled and my card credited. The lady finally said she would give me back $119.91 for the 3 bottles I was charged for that was suppose to be free! And she would cancel the two trials they charged me for! I did finally get the $119.91 put back on my card. But I am not sure she cancelled the other two trials or not. The website was very deceiving! Never said you could only cancel on that day! My order hadn't even shipped out until yesterday Jan 3. So it could have been canceled. I just want to let other people now about how this company does bad business. Tried to get back into the website but just get an error. Tried to call the number on the email from them 888-462-7924 and nothing. Lucky I had written down a number off the website the day I placed my order. Otherwise I would not have been able to get any money back from this company. Trying to stop others from being scammed by this website.

I have been repeatedly contacted using a local phone number that changes each time they call demanding I pay $90.64 (discounted price from $170) for a "1/2 oz sample" bottle of Dream Lift Skin Serum. They said I now have a subscription to continue to receive and be billed for this product that I do not want. They refuse to give me a return address and refuse to cancel any and all subscriptions. They have tried to use an expired debit card and have tried to get me to give them a current debit card number which I have refused to do. i have notified my bank, etc. to not accept any charges from them. I have told them I am highly allergic and can not use this product as it has too many chemicals that can cause an allergic reaction and I want to return the item and they have refused to give me a return address or accept a return even though I have not used the product.

- Coronado, CA, USA

I purchased a product that stated it was 39.95 for 2 bottles and one free. When I looked at my bank account, a 199 dollar charge was pending. When I called the company, they said I had purchased 5 bottles. I told them that was not the case. They then said they would refund 35% of the charge. I said I would go to the bank and dispute the charge. They said they would do 60%. I told them I would dispute the charge to the bank. They finally refunded the whole amount and gave me a confirmation number. They also said I would receive an email with the cancellation, which I did not receive. I also did not receive a confirmation of purchase.

Advertised facial and eye cream supposedly by a movie star. Then you order samples which you pay for and receive . 2 days later I was charged $124.95 and 129.95. When I wanted to return the product I had to pay $10 out of my own pocket.

Paid for product once with no mention of a subscription based service. Proceeded to charge for the subscription for their vitamins and then when I realized that they had done so attempted to cancel the order and they refused to cancel and refused to accept it if I were to return it. I even offered to pay a restocking fee and they declined and said it was against company policy. They refused to give me the name of the owner as I wanted to attempt to contact them as the supervisor I spoke to was unwilling to cooperate.
