I made a purchase for skin care and skin tag remover on 11/03/22. The credit card payment was process the same day.

On 11/15/22 I sent an email regarding the order. I was told "I would like to confirm that your order is now being processed and prepared for immediate shipment. Please be advised that all of our shipments undergo a stringent fulfillment process of 1-2 business days". I asked to cancel order and was told "We have been receiving an influx of orders and we are unable to cancel your order right away, as our system wont allow us to." I sent another email on 11/18/22 since I still have not received a tracking shipment number. They responded on 11/21/22 with almost the exact same thing ". I am happy to let you know that your purchase has successfully entered our system and is in the process of being fulfilled. We are receiving an influx of orders which has affected our production and shipment times, but rest assured that your package is now being prepared for immediate shipment." They lied on 11/15/22 and most likely today.

Bought trial lotion and paid shipping. Additional 119. showed as debit bc I didn’t cancel trial. 119. would continue to be deducted monthly, indefinitely, for the trial lotion.

Bought trial use eye cream and paid shipping. Was charged 2 weeks later 124. bc I did not cancel my trial. Would have continued to be charged 124. for the trial indefinitely.

Bought the original 30 day trial at $6.95/twice for Pharmalabs Keto pills on 7/13.9 Nine days later 7/22 I was charged $96.95 twice for product never sent nor ordered! Contacted them at 855-726-8253 to find out why I was charged for subscription I didn’t sign up for. I cancelled immediately. I’ve been trying since to get my money back. They will not cooperate or discuss it. Charged again October again 2 times $96.95 I called and they said it was canceled in August but would not give me my money back. I’m totally frustrated and don’t know what to do! I told the person I talked to I was filing a report. Received a call from 9009999999. Left a message offering me a 50% discount. Burner phone I’m sure. Now I call the original number and get a wait list recording. I am seeking a full refund of $387.80

I was charged twice for this product. I did however receive it and sent it back. I have been emailing and calling trying to get a refund back. I do not have the product and also out $199.95.

Ordered a $6.95 product from this company and received it. The day it was received our credit card was charged $119.95 from the same company. We did not authorize this charge. I was declined by our credit card company, but it is obvious that this company is fraudulent. We have called the listed number several times, holding for up to 1/2 hour, and there is just a recording that repeats over and over. The initial recording says wait time is less than 2 minutes but the phone is never answered.

Ad on Facebook claims for $6.95 that you could order two of Jennifer Lopez face products. Nothing else in ad. My credit card was charged twice for the $6.95 on 8-13-2022 and I received two items that WERE NOT Jennifer Lopez’s products. On 8-21-2022 my credit card was billed TWICE for $96.95 and again on 9-21-2022 me credit card was charged AGAIN Twice for $96.95. Please note that I did not order or agree to any extra items, nor did I receive any other items! When I called the phone number on my credit card they said that I should have called within ten days to avoid the extra charges. There was no phone number ‘s to call! The original items for $6.95 came in an empty envelope with no information to inquire to!

We were charged over $200 for a product we did not order and the product showed up as Nova Optimal Keto Gummies and Detox. I looked up how to return the product but not sure due to so many shipping companies used, "TPKZ Fulfill Service". Our bank credit backour credit card. do I mail these items back-? No invoice included with the packaging and no phone number - not sure what to do???

I paid $6.95 shipping and handling for a “free” bottle of face cream. I paid with a credit card. I received my product. Two weeks later my card company alerted me to a purchase at a Sporting goods store for $95.96 in the state of California. The company is Optimal Impact Major Fitness. The same company that owns Lumina Luxe. They tried to use my card for other purchases I did not authorize. It was declined. Had I used my debit card they would have gotten my money. Don’t use this company and if you do, use a credit card so you don’t get cheated.

GGDC Fullfilment Services who distributes lumina anti aging cream refuses to cancel my subscription and have been charging my cc account and sending me unwanted products. I was late to cancel the 30 day trail period due to covid. They say since they are not the company that makes the anti aging cream they cannot do anything about it. I already contacted my credit card company and the federal trade commission. I just wanted to let people know not to do business with them.

I saw an ad on line for Ketosium XS ACV Gummies and Ketosium SX Cleanse. I ordered on line on 9/13/22. I received email confirmation for 2 orders a total of $13.90. I discovered 2 debits on my account on 9/20/22 from GGDC Fulfill Service, my account was debited a total of $193.90. On 9/20/22 when product was received and read the contents. I was very unhappy with the makeup of the product and that I had been overcharged. Fortunately I had taken a photo of the on line order and acquired the company's phone number of 855-431-7204 and called who shipped the product and advised I had not authorized the charges and was unhappy with the product contents. I asked for a return slip and was advised the product does not have a return policy. The rep who answered the phone would not authorize the reimbursment of funds. TOTAL scam.

On Sunday, September 18th I came across an ad for Keto Blast gummies on Facebook and decided to make a purchase. The ad brought me to a purchase link with the added incentive of getting the first month (one bottle) free. I had always wanted to try them and it seemed as though the website was having a good deal. From what I understood I was getting 5 bottles for around $40. This seemed like a believable deal because before completing the purchase, I researched what they were going for on Amazon. There you could get 3 bottles for $40. So the fact that they were giving a promotional price for package deals and the free bottle, it made sense.

I click to complete my purchase and I'm brought to a screen saying that my order is complete "asking" if I want to add 2 bottles of their cleansing gummies as well, also for a discounted price. The only thing is there was no button, or option, to decline the addition to the order, only a button to complete order. I thought that if I clicked on that I would be given the option to review my order (as is customary for making online purchases) and add or delete items as I deemed necessary. But no. I clicked on it and I was told that my order had been completed and that I would be receiving a confirmation email. Neither that page, nor the confirmation email provided the total amount of my purchase. The only way I knew is because I got an alert from my bank that I had just been charged $258.77!

I immediately emailed them and asked that my order be canceled and I receive a refund. I got a response shortly after explaining that the price was per bottle and not for the whole package and that the 2 bottles of the cleanse gummies added $60 to the order. It was then stated, "We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. We do provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion". I went back to the website and they did provide the price of each bottle in tiny font, but they did not provide the total price of the package as stated. And as I said before, there was no option given to not add the Cleanse bottles to my order.

In that same email I was offered a partial discount of $90 and I could keep the product. Since my order would still be $170 (nearly $100 more than what I could get the same products for on Amazon), I said no thank you and asked again that they cancel my order and issue me a full refund. I didn't foresee it being such an issue as it was Sunday night and I knew that it would not be processed to ship until the following day. I got no further response.

Yesterday, September 19th, I emailed their email again asking if they had processed my request as well as emailing the other email provided for support. No response. Today I made time, while at work, to call their customer service number again to ask that my order be canceled and that I receive a full refund. They said that because the order had already been shipped they could not cancel my order. I could return the product to receive a refund, but I would have to pay the return shipping. This is unacceptable. I explained that I put in my request for cancellation before it was shipped to which they replied that they do not accept cancellations through email and did not care that I was never given a response with this information. Lastly, I know that they do have the ability to cancel or stop shipments after an order is completed. According to their terms and conditions they “ reserve the right to cancel, delay, refuse to ship, or recall from the shipper any order if fraud is suspected.”

Before I ordered I looked for a ‘subscription’ statement which would indicate a bigger charge as well as continued products. I ordered product and got it two days later. Then two days after that they charged my bank twice for $96.97!!!!!! There was NO STATEMENT OF ANOTHER PAYMENT!!!

I responded to an offer to "try product for free, just pay shipping" I even have an email receipt for $4.95 shipping and zero cost for the product, yet not only was I charged $34.95 for my "free" bag of chocolates, I was then, without my consent or knowledge, signed up for a monthly subscription and charged for a 2nd bag. I have complained to the company and asked for reimbursement but am skeptical I will see any of my money returned and my credit card would not dispute the charges, so I am just out.

This company sent me a package with 2 skin products. I did not order them. I searched for 1 1/2 hours and found the above phone #-where I was told I had gone to the website and ordered! I explained I had not,, I never do anything. “Then it was your daughter, where she is”. She is grown and lives out of the country. Finally they said they would cancel my monthly order(!?). However I needed to send the product back to a different address and pay postage my self. I refused to do that as I had not ordered anything. They have three different addresses including one on their website “Beverly Hills, CA” for which the customer agent called me a liar. That is not where they are. Where could I get such information. I directed him to his own website and lo and behold there is Beverly Hills. He said he didnb’t want to talk about it just send the product back. Which I refuse to do if I have to incur the cost,

I came across an ad online that said Ulta Beauty is going out of business. The same ad offered discount skincare products, which I assumed was related to Ulta closing and a possible liquidation. I ended up buying a serum and a cream from SSENCE in June 2022, which I received. In August 2022 I received the products again. I emailed the company to ask why I got the same products again. Instead of providing me an answer via email, I was told to call customer support. Customer support told me that when I purchased the products, I also signed up for a subscription. How can you have a subscription when these products are on sale due to Ulta closing? From what I can tell, Ulta is not closing, and this is a big scam. I cancelled my "subscription," but they wouldn't even give me an email confirmation of the cancellation. They only gave me cancellation numbers. Now I have to wait until next month to see if I get charged again. Please beware.
