Fake website selling maltipoo puppies. When inquiring they send one video and four pictures. They ask some random questions and provide approval to “purchase” a puppy. They don’t do any live chats to see the puppies. And proceed to move forward with payment.

Pet owners across Delaware, Montgomery, and Chester Counties are being scammed out of money by Keri Diane Huhn who's doing business as Keri's Klaws and Paws. Victims come across her "services" via a Facebook group. The memebers, posts, and comments are completely skewed on her favor because there is no option to make an objective statement on this group without her approval. Furthermore, she is offering "packages" to consumers who are oblivious to her questionable business ethics, lack of communication, and professionalism. These "packages" are something like pre-pay three now, get two free. My personal experience with this "business" makes me fear for the protection of consumers:

On December 20th 2023, I reached out to make my puppy's first-ever nail trimming appointment with Keri. Her online reviews are stellar (because she has control of all memebers, posts, and comments in the Facebook group). She promptly addressed my questions and proceeded to offered dates and times that best worked for her. We set the appointment. Two days after we set the appointment, I proceeded to pre-paid the service. No answer or acknowledgement. Four days before my scheduled appointment, I sent a text to ask if there was anything needed from me during the appointment. No answer or acknowledgement. One day before my scheduled appointment around 9 AM, I sent a text to make sure the day and time still worked for her. No answer or acknowledgement! The evening before my scheduled appointment, at 6:08 PM, I picked up the phone and called. It rang twice, and then, I was sent to voice mail.

Keri finally replied to my text message at 6:48 PM that day requesting that we change the appointment time to 1:30 PM which I couldn't accommodate since I thought the appointment would happen during the morning of Sun Jan 14th. I requested a refund to which she replied "I've never had to refund anyone. You'll get it back. Have a good one" and simultaneously declined my Venmo request of $40. By January 16th, at 5 AM, I've been blocked from her Facebook Group. I have not received my refund nor a date as to when I can expect it although I've requested it several times since Jan 14th. When I asked that she refunded my money by 6 PM on Mon Jan 22nd. She said "You chose to pre pay me ahead and cancel. Not me so don't make it sound like I cancelled. I'll return it when I do. Thanks." "Now please stop harassing me for 40$".

The public needs protection from this person's scamming strategy and I am hereby imploring that you please take the necessary action.

Thank you.

We contacted via their website...was acknowledged through a text. Told him we were interested in Milo for 700. Asked about transportation and he stated he could get a Nanny for an additional $600...we thought that was very weird and definitely a scam. I looked up the address property tax record and the individual that owned the property had been arrested several times.... We told him we wanted to facetime or zoom with the dog...never heard back.

It was for a chihuahua puppy, princess moana through PUPPY FUSION i paid $350.00 to start the process and with 72 hours i was tompay another $395.00 which brings the actual cost of my puppy to a total of $745.00 which i felt was only fair. The story goes that the puppy was put on a flight from washinto D.C. and it git sick so the people taking care of her flight contacted me and told me she was grounded at RIC airport. They said i would have to pay for life insurance and a soft sided or heated crate for her and that would be $1455.00 with 90%being refunded at delivery where they would take only $165.00 for company service providing polocy scheme. I am only out the $350.00 for the puppy and i was told to zell that to Shirley Caser at email : [email protected] and in the memo i putf for Princess Moana # PM-4265. The shipping company is listed as Intermediate Logistics. They grounded my puppy,(if any of this is true ), saying my puppy got sick and would need Trust Sheild Insurance at a cost of $1455.00of which $165.00 will be ducted for company serving providing a partial polocy scheme. That left a sum of $1309.00 to be refunded to me. Sounds really fishy to me. Anyway if you call me leave a message i will get back to you. My phone screens calls. I also have paperwork to back all this up.

So first the “Green valley farmstead” contacted me for selling me a dog. He gave me multiple mule accounts asking me to pay 400 +40 delivery fee with PayPal and Zelle. After I paid him, he asked me many times to take screenshot of transaction history and details. After that he also asked me to record a video of me messaging Zelle customer service.

After that he said he “shipped” the dog that never existed. And then the shipping company called aviaryexpress.us or aviaryexpress.com contacted me through email and asked me $1000 insurance fee for delivery and told me they will “refund” 95% after dog delivered.

On January 3, 2024 I contacted Rose Hannah, https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100087562931463&mibextid=LQQJ4d through Facebook messenger to adopt an Irish Wolfhound puppy that she had posted about with the Facebook group IRISH WOLFHOUND PUPPIES AND PLANED LITTERS, https://www.facebook.com/share/hPedTd8RoWNKcmPe/?mibextid=K35XfP.

Through correspondence she provided:

Pictures of a female and male puppy- both available for purchase.

Facebook group users validated legitimacy of breeder.

Details about breeder:

Address: 601 S Market St, Muncy , PA 17756

Phone: 5188365997

Email: [email protected]

These details led me to believe she was a legitimate breeder.

Typical conversation back and forth regarding Irish Wolfhound ownership.

She requested a $500 deposit through Apple Cash to phone number 404-661-1472 and then another $200 for a vet bill to phone number 910-818-5534 which was supposed to be *** ******** from **** *** Veterinary. Later I called **** *** Veterinary and they did not have a customer by the name of Rose Hannah.

The night before we were to pick up the Irish Wolfhound, I contacted Rose Hannah to confirm arrangements of meeting to pu puppy.

She messaged that her father in law had died and she was now out of town and the dog would be shipped to us through https://activecargologistics.com.

The following morning we received an email confirmation and tracking number. However, the shipper and Rose claimed that the crate used for shipping was inadequate, an additional vaccine was needed and requested us pay $500 to get puppy sent to us. After further inspection of the shipper’s website, it was obvious that some was not adding up as the site still had the template set up verbiage. Rose Hannah advised she did not have the money to cover the shipping charges.

We declined to pay any additional money and offered to pick up the puppy in Muncy, PA. The shipper continued to send text messages from 929-459-6201 that the puppy is still pending delivery. We did a search for this number and found out from https://petscams.com that Activecargologistics.com is not a legitimate delivery company.

This is a scam website, Cfathaisiamese.com and another scam operation by the same guy, Brad Thompson who also has a website called Glider Haven Exotics. I think he has several sites advertising dog, cat, sugar gliders for sale. He wouldn't share information on his veterinarian when I asked. He just kept asking for deposit. He texts and emails. He did pick up the phone and talk to me and I was very surprised to hear a very heavy foreign accent. I knew because of the lack of response and info that it was a scam. Be on alert! These websites by scammers can look very legitimate! One red flag is there is no address on the site. You have to ask. And I was told he is in Fort Collins, Co, but I have seen other addresses attached to him. Don't send money until you thoroughly check a site out for legitamacy!

It was a deposit on a 3 month kitten . They claim to be a half hour from me . After making deposit I asked if I could pay rest of it on cash when I picked up kitten today and they refused and said I needed to give more money on cash app like I did the deposit but it would be different info then the first time and they wouldn't give me address to come meet the kitten I placed a deposit on . So to me this is a scam , who would fight you this way and only want money through cash app . I used my cash app that I have my debit card linked to to pay people I know and I thought this was a breeder

I was scammed by a fake breeder Dezo Abyssinian Cattery when I attempted to purchase a kitten that was to be shipped to me from Texas. After paying for the kitten this shipping company said the only way the kitten could be shipped was if I put a refundable deposit down on a special crate. They provided me with a receipt showing the refundable amount and said I would get my money back upon delivery. I had to use paypal friends and family and pay their cashier, Jerry Severino. They provided me with a shipping and arrival time, but the kitten was never delivered. I requested a refund from both the breeder and the shipper, but received nothing from either.

I googled chihuahua breeders and they were first on the google list. I went to their website and browsed available dogs. I filled out an application for a dog and they emailed me and texted me about the dog. The texts were in broken English. They sent additional emails with videos of the dog.

Scammer used private Facebook group called “Boxers for adoption and rehoming” to post puppies available for “adoption”. I reached out with interest to the admin Robert Howard. He provided pictures of the puppy and informed me that they came with papers and genetic testing. He asked for a $300 deposit out of the $700 total price to hold the dog and mark him as sold. A few days later 12/30/2023 I received a message that his son was in an accident and he would have to have the dog delivered that day, I told him that wasn’t possible and I could pick up the dog 4 days later 1/2/2024, he agreed. We discussed a meet up point and I told him I would arrive at 4pm, it was a 2 hour drive from my home. On the morning on 1/2, an additional $200 was requested for vet fees and “puppy pack supplies”. At 3:30pm on 1/2 I received a message that no one would be able to bring the dog to the meeting point but they could have him delivered same day. A third party transportation company contacted me with tracking information, then informed me that it would be $600 to rent a crate for transportation or $1100 to purchase the crate. The rental was supposedly 98% refundable but at this point there were already a few red flags. I messaged the scammer that I would not be fronting any additional money because it was not our fault that the dog had to be shipped and if he could not cover the cost that I would like to cancel the transaction and receive a full refund of $500. I did not hear back from the man after telling him multiple times that I would not be paying. I sent a request for the money and it has not been refunded. The admin of the Facebook account removed me from the group so I cannot report the group directly though Facebook.

Said they had a dog. Took a deposit. Dogs name kept changing and then found same picture on several sites. We said we would pick up but they said something came up and for $200 more they could just ship. We asked for a picture of dog in front of their home or a shared phone location to meet. Haven’t heard back. They deny it’s a scam, but we have yet to see actual proof. And they just keep denying rather than saying “what proof do you need?”

I just gonna copy the text from someone who had the exact same experience that I had wit this scammers: I came across the website while searching for a new family pet. Text back and forth, briefly talked on phone. Agreed to send half of the payment via CashApp of $790 and the otherhalf through zelle to have puppy delivered to nearest airport and was persuaded to send friends or family for a “discounted price. Shortly after I sent the money to them they stopped replying so I knew I was scammed. No communication since. Hope this will be helpful for others before they will be in the same situation than I was.

My mom thought she “bought” a puppy. The maltipoo, our family has been wanting one, we were close to getting one but it got parvo. So Wr checked online she found David’s website, it seems legit everything seem perfect he was very competent, detailed and communicated perfectly. He sent out the contract and it seem find once it came to zelle him the email showed up as [email protected] and Martin Burton. The guy had lagged it and was not replying. So my self worried and stressed i did digged deeper and she found several of his pictures on google and his same websidte linked to others in the same city, number, and exact address.

- Baytown, TX, USA • Dec 25, 2023

I found a maltipoo on a website called davidfindshomes.com and then signed a contract for a dog. I paid 450 dollars through Zelle which was half of the 900 that I would pay when the dog “arrived” to the airport. Then I got an email from citezinshipperexpress.com saying they needed more money to change the crate to a thermal crate because it was “unsafe.” The prices ranged from 900-1350 dollars for the crate. That’s when I realized that this was a scam and that it was illogical for the dog to need another crate when that’s the senders problem. I tried contacting the sender but he stopped replying. He’s located in Cody, Wyoming and his number is 307-888-9990 which is a scam number. The number of the scam shipping website is 252-679-8172. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

- Ponte Vedra, FL, USA • Dec 22, 2023

I purchased two purebred Siamese kittens from CFATHAISIAMESE for $1786.00. The owner Mr Brad Thomas 724 Cherokee Dr Ft Collins charged $700/kitten and $386 for shipping. I paid via Apple Pay and i have transaction numbers for funds transferred. He provided a contract, we executed said contract, provided pictures and insisted he take care of all shipping details. Kittens were to be delivered on 20 Dec to my home in Florida. They never arrived.

Mr Thomas claims he dropped kittens off at the shipper but refuses to provide a receipt of transfer to the shipping company and has ceased all communications.

- New Park, PA, USA • Dec 20, 2023
