I tried contacting them when I realized the two bears I ordered for my dog in August were not shipped. I used SHOP APP.

I just looked and SHOP still shows the order but says the vendor is no longer there.

I wouldn’t have ordered them if I hadn’t seen the ad in SHOP. this is on them. Don’t they vet their vendors. I am retired and this is a financial loss I can’t replacel
