Ordered a custom ball that was supposed to have special photos on it. Photos of my minor child. Paid, did the expedited shipping. Nothing. It’s been 2 weeks and the customer service email was going by “Yu”, we were communicating back and forth and will now not respond to my request for a refund or valid tracking number. So now they have photos of my child, card info and my home address. Stay away from here.
