No physical address listed on website. No info or link to close account or change billing info on website. Charged the consumer higher amounts on credit card on file even the consumer lost the bid. Excessive delivery cost. Hostile email responses from them and would not present any proof of the transaction. "Highest bid wins" means it will charge you the winning bid price even if you are the lowest price bidder. 10K jewelleries are unpolishedand low end. The company is unaccredited.
