On November 27,2023, I purchased a wig from this company in the amount of 145.00. A tracking number was issued to me on December 31,2023. I gave this seller grace due to the fact that it was around the time of the holidays so I know her business was probably extremely busy. As time went on, I kept tracking my package with no movement on my package. I then contacted her business twice via email. I received another tracking number as the one that was issued the first time had expired due to no movement. I waited until February of 2024 to file a dispute with my bank in which I got my funds returned to me and on March 14,2024, I was notified that she charged my card without my permission in the amount that I was already refunded. She recharged my card and it was definitely unauthorized. I have then cancelled my card.
