just order a container last week from Opel and nothing yet and they don't answer my email or call. quite desperate because I was counting on this container to help me move and now I have no money left.

Facebook marketplace scam. Listed a used container, the seller named "Savannah" then requests a email address to send invoice to. Upon receiving invoice in email looking legit from "intuit quickbooks", it advises to send e-transfer to a male named "Virginia Potosme" at his email address ""[email protected]. They then advise what day to expect and have you confirm your address.

The day it is to be delivered no show with no response. Multiple emails and phone calls to the contact info I had and still no answer or response. I'm beginning to believe I have been scammed. I did my research and the company is on google search witch show's all company info. BBB showed no problems with Opel Containers, Not sure what more can someone do for research on a company, company's like this should not be allowed on google search.

Upon receiving invoice in email looking legit from "intuit quickbooks", it advises to send etransfer to a male named "akindele akinyele" at his email address "[email protected]". They then advise what day to expect and have you confirm your address.

The day it is to be delievered they advise the truck broke down and they are sending a mechanic to look at it. Then they request the other 50% for full payment to hire another driver to get it by tomorrow or they set up another date. I chose another date. Today was that pther date, still no container delivered. Multiple emails and phone calls to the contact info I had and still no answer or response. Im begining to believe I have been scammed. I guess every so often ee make mistakes and start trusting ppl again, then this reaffirms to not trust again.
