Need money to process the "package", then kept asking for money for extra fees, then asked for fees because her "fedex men" got lost delivering my "package" and then needed money to pay off the IRS because her "fedex men" were stopped upon delivering my "package", kept asking for more "gift" cards. Now another person in her business has promised to return my money on Oct. 4, 2022 and he has not followed through yet to return my money

A very rude senior account billing manager named Andrew Wilson tried to strong arm my elderly father in paying money for a contract my father does not remember. My father's computer is in the shop and he cannot access his email so he asked this man to send him info in the mail. The man refused saying he does not have to and it was on the contract. When I tried to help solve the situation I was called uneducated, and did not know what I was talking about. He gave me dates but then threatened me. Raised his voice to us multiple times and would always talk over us when we asked questions or tried to help solve the problem. Many times he said he was trying to collect since he was the senior billing act mgmr. I asked for who was in collections and he gave me a name of Daniel. When I asked for last name I was told he could not give it out.

He called on 888-417-8516 as well as he gave me the number of 877-966-2637......numbers also come up as 888-272-9303 and 888-417-7647. Claims he was from cloud ID security and was hesitant to give me the website when I asked for it. Https://cloudidsecurity.com

Not sure who would subject themselves to this type of business and very rude customer service.

Made an order October 18, 2022 for three apparels of clothing and none have been received. I emailed the company, geoayn.com, and the response was that there is no tracking number due to material being stuck at customs because of the epidemic. This was as of Saturday, November 12, 2022.

Ordered a product for 14.99 which has not been received and then received another charge for 29.97 that was unauthorized and according to my bank was set as a recurring draft. I had to cancel my card and dispute the charges.

The twitter user @dontyoulovelexi claimed to ve selling concert tickets. I reach out and they shared “proof” they were not a scammer and requested I payed by apple pay to who they claimed was their sister using the phone number (770)652-6921. They then refused to answer twitter direct messages and the number given blocked me.

Ordered sept 2021. Item never came. Website claimed it was refunded- July 2022. Refund still not processed Nov 2022. Contacted website, showed statement with no refund, showed transaction history with seller, customer service says I need my bank to type out a statement saying it wasn’t refunded. Sent this. Still no refund.

I order some semi tier for my truck

Said there back order so I cancel my order they said they where going to refund me but never did I got a loan for affirm and don’t understand why is affirm still letting them get pay in did a complaint with affirm and they said they couldn’t help me because it’s been more then 60 day

There was an add on Facebook for overstock Christmas trees. It looked legit and because I was able to pay with PayPal, I trusted it. I received a confirmation email but when I clicked on the link that said "your order" and "visit our store ", there was no results. I knew I had made a mistake!

I order set of four cooper cs5grand touring 205/70r15 96t as all season a/s tires but all I received was a piece of blue something like some one started sowing a shirt but started at the arms and stopped after the arms was constructed decided to mail me that thing instead .Ive emailed a bunch of time to get a reply that they would refund my money but keep the shipping fee ,I told them it was there fault I received the wrong and that I wanted my tires or money they agree but never refunds my money.

Starbuzilla has a Instagram account were she claims to sell Starbucks cups from the US and other countries on 07/24/22 I contacted her about her merchandise on 08/07/22 I she send me her website to make the purchase but ask to pay by zelle which I did on 08/07/22 I paid her one payment of $78 the 08/27/22 another payment of $40 and last payment of $38 on 09/06/22 a total of $156 she ask me to send one of the 2 cups on 09/07/22 I ask her I will wait for my other cup to arrive since she wanted me to pay extra $10 for shipping, I ask her on 10/24/22 if she can send the cup she already stated to have and she promised she will send it by 10/29/22 and after that stop responding my messages on 11/14/22 she responded me threatening me to sue me because I decided to talk and ask for help and realize O wasn’t the only been scam by her.

Did an online order for 10 blanket hoodies on 10/27/2022. Received confirmation and tracking number. Continued to check tracking. Then received a random item in mail yesterday 11/14/2022 ($5.00) not anywhere near related to items ordered. Have tried sending email with no response and now email with tracking number has disappeared from my phone.

I went online to buy a utility cart

They advertised and also saw some Christian tee shirts there and bought those. They said it had shipped to Denton Texas, where I am NOT from. It’s been over thirty days and they are not replying to my emails.

Purchased shipping container through what seemed like a legitimate company with website and they sent an invoice from a QuickBooks account. They promised delivery, but after several phone calls to them with them promising to get back to me, the number seems to no longer be in service

I went online looking to purchase a vehicle I found the website auto bumble.com or also sales @auto bumble.com I was when contacted by someone by this scam company by the name of Lucas Rivera, So he told me Everything I needed to know about the vehicle. And they were a online company and I could make my purchase online. They sent the purchase agreement online and I signed it through docusign. They sent the form where to send the wire transfer to Wells Fargo bank the account number and routing number. so I did wired the money on 11/ 2/ 22 to a guy named Lucas Rivera, after they got the money they said my vehicle would delivered on Tuesday 11/8/22 After they finish all the paperwork. They never answered another email From me nor was my vehicle delivered.
