I saw this electric lift that you put under a car to lift it up so you can work on it, so I in good faith ordered it, paid for it with credit card " filed a dispute with them". first it took them over a month just to ship it, finally got tracking number came from out side of USA after 2 months of shipping they tell me it was delayed in customs, then it was rejected from Customs and is still sitting there but was told it was being returned. I have had many email back and forth from the company even though, I finally stated I wanted to cancel the order only to be told that there is a charge for the shipping charge and that would be deducted from the total, that would have taken up most of what I paid, if they offer free shipping and now want to collect thats not right. I still have not gotten my refund, I did file a dispute with Capital One, they are working on it also. They should not be able to try to sell something that they have no intentions of sending out.

I ordered Java Burn, and they immediately accepted my credit card and withdrew the money from my account. I never received an order confirmation or delivery date. I called the company and reported that I never received any confirmation. They sent a confirmation and a shipping code that I could track for delivery information. The delivery information always reported delivery to be the next day, yet it never arrived and always updated to show delivery the day after the first day. That continued for about two weeks. I called and asked for a refund, and I was sent an email saying that my refund request was accepted and that I would receive a refund. The next day, I received an email saying the refund had been cancelled because the product had shipped, and I would receive the product "the next day." I then contacted Better Business Bureau and after about two weeks, I did receive a refund thanks to BBB. JavaBurn is a fraud!

I paid for a rental of various items for my son's 1st birthday party. I paid for everything and found out scammer lived in FL, after questioning scammer and asking previous clients about their services she told me I made her uncomfortable and that she was cancelling and not refunding 2 days before the party.

I found this business through third party site bark.com when looking for a decorator for my baby shower. When I matched with the company (along with some others) I received an email from bark as well as a text message from the business owner Clesha Pettigrew on July 5th. She sent an initial message introducing herself then messaged me again on July 7th. We corresponded for few days after via text regarding my vision for the event and she sent me a quote through Square. She stated that she required a 50% deposit for events under $2000 to which I agreed, signed the contract, and paid the invoice. We did not message again until July 24th when I requested a change in the agreed upon service and add centerpieces to the quote. She stated that she needed full payment for the centerpieces because the event was less than 3 months out, then stated that if I paid the remainder of my quote then she would waive the fee of the centerpieces and give them to me for free. Again, I agreed and paid the remaining balance via cash app pay. I didn't hear from her again so I messaged her on September 18th about some details for the shower, then she messaged me on September 27th with questions. I answered all her questions and never heard back so I messaged her on October 4th and October 10th and she responded both times. On October 12th (1 day before the shower) I received a text from her saying she had to have emergency surgery and couldn't decorate my event but she would provide a full refund. I responded back asking if I could pick up any of the items we decided on such as desserts from the bakery or centerpieces from the vendor she used but I never heard from her again. Since then I've yet to receive a refund and she has not responded to other messages from October 27th or 29th. I decided to google her name which came up with another associated company (Starkeys Party Planning) and the reviews had stories of how Clesha took money as payment for an event and never provided the services stating that she was in a car accident or in the hospital just a day before the event. Also, when I went back to look at her company page on bark.com and website both have disappeared.

Product arrived very late so I requested a refund, they only allow you to email for return requests. They've responded with no resolution to the return just offering coupons for another purchase which is not needed. I've been going back and forth with them for weeks with no return accepted. I opened the merchandise today and it's a sham, packaging was ripped no tag on the shirts, material was extremely thin. They've taken my money, given me a completely garbage product and refuse a return. This company is a complete scam.

I paid for a luxury suv by Lux Black to pick up family for my husband memorial service for October 14, 2024 @ 10. No one showed. I keep getting promises they will refund, but nothing.

Originally noticed on Instagram. but later went online, due to lure of Jenna Bush Hagar and "relief of chronic pain." Pricing was confusing and thought I purchased $40, with a "free" bottle, but was charged $239.99. Tried to pass on a second offer for CBD oil, but a second transaction charged $59.99 which I did not want/purposely order. Email receipt was very void of information except my own. Have had 3 emails with "customer service." on day after purchase. Stated already shipped on Monday when order was place Sunday night so cannot cancel., but I could return the "package." They did supposedly stop "furture" mails, which I did not sign up for. I had already canceled my credit card on Sunday evening, the night before. Called now provided number Monday evening; was on hold, which seemed real, then call ended.

The Company advertised an alternative form to bingo. Made it look like a dance party and bingo session in one. They advertised through Facebook and Instagram. Targeted me on both. They also have a YouTube channel which I checked out which on the surface appeared legitimate. I purchase tickets for myself and my sister-in-law $30 each for a total of $60. Once we arrived in Philadelphia on October 26, the building was vacated. The building was under complete restoration / renovation on every floor. According to Google maps there was supposed to be a parking lot. The building currently in compasses the entire block as well as the parking lot that is shown on Google maps. When I tried to contact bingo Loco, they initially informed me that they could not have any contact till Monday between the hours of 10 AM to 5 PM. I contacted them again Monday to state that their event did not take place at the address I was given and I wish to have a refund. They informed me that all sales are final and they could not issue me a refund. They refused to speak on the fact that the address they sent me to was to a building that is under complete renovation on every floor. I informed them that this is a scam and that I would be reporting them. The only form of contact is through Facebook messenger according to their website.

Driving long distance, decided to stop in Ohio. I read online that Ohio allows recreational marijuana. Googled search and came across a dispensary that was not far from my hotel. I sent a text asking how late they are open. The person replied 24 hours. They offered delivery. I told them okay I'll contact when I arrive to my hotel. Got to my hotel, placed the order online on the website, I got through Google. Website looks very legit by the way. Placed the order sent the person a message to let them know the order was placed. He then asked for payment through Apple Cash. I sent the payment. He then asked for additional $100 for "insurance for delivery to be refunded upon delivery " I fussed him out about it telling him I believe he is scamming me. He said I should trust him it's not like that. I sent the $100 for his "insurance" he said he was on the way to arrive in 15 minutes. Then he sent another text, asking for another $100 and that's when I knew for a fact he was scamming. When I called to find out what the issue is and why he stole from me, he began to say he's a "dangerous person" and he "has a AK47" and he "wants to and will have sex with Me" ... my husband intervened and took the phone from me. He tried to reason with the guy and said if you can't deliver then refund me my money. The person continued with the empty threats. Beware of this so called company. If you're like me where you work hard for yours, and you enjoy a little recreational fun, only trust the dispensaries in your hometown. Not in another state especially not in Columbus Ohio

Used for a mobile unlock service for an iPhone 12, had to pay an initial fee of $15 to see if phone was eligible and met the requirements to unlock. The phone passed said requirements so then an additional $50 fee to unlock the phone was paid. They stated they can no longer unlock the phone and will not issue a refund

The site appears to use pictures and descriptions of legitimate products belonging to a different shop. But instead provide products that are cheap, blurry prints on material similar to a thin Halloween costume. One item couldn't even be considered a facsimile. The company does not pay for return shipping, which turned out be nearly double the cost what I paid. They only issue refunds once the items are received by them. The only other option is to keep the items, which aren't worth keeping, for a 30% refund. Regardless of any option I select I lose. No reviews are allowed or an ability leave pictures of what you receive to warn potential customers.

I purchased a Pinlock Insert for my helmet through their website and I never received my item. I have contacted them several time and never heard back from them. They gave a fake tracking number so Paypal believes they shipped the item and are not refunding me. They are scammers and I do not want other people to get scammed.

I was buying some laying hands off of Anthony's poultry farm. I was buying (6). I purchased six hens with shipping included for $140. Supposedly he sent it to the shipping place and then shipping

(global express now ) contacted me and said I owe an additional $230 for a thermal crate which at this time I did not know that this was the new scam going around. I did not pay the $230 but I did pay the $140 for the laying hens (chickens) and shipping. With that being said I talk to a lawyer. I talked to the police and I talked to several other Farm owners on Facebook and they said it was a scam as well that there is no thermal crate that cost $230 these people were rude and threatening. I have all messages between us and Anthony poultry farm and the shipping named (global express mail). I believe global express mail was also in on this scam and I will be following an I believe global express mail was also in on this scam and I will be filing a report on them as well.. They did not answer the phone as a business or talked like a businesses and discussion went well into night hours which I find also alarming since supposedly FedEx was a branch that they supposedshipped through..allI want is my $140 or my chickens I'll settle for either one.

Website said they were having a sale on weighted plush spiders get two for $40 found out through my own research that they had stolen pictures from another Creator called plushie monsters on the same Reddit thread it said that the website originated in Canada and it was only a week old used a third party feature called shop pay but used my credit card to pay for items through shop have emailed them multiple times got a response back on the first two emails have not gotten a response back on any of the others I asked for refund and I'm no longer getting any communication from them

I PLACED AN ORDER ON 9/14 FOR $49.95 AND IT WS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 9/16 AS OF TODAY 10/19 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND CALLED SEVERAL TIMES NO ANSWER, I LOOKED ONLINE AND OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM.

Ordered 3 water bottles from Hitch.com equaling 167.00. They posted a release date for the bottles then a month later said the order would be shipped in the next couple of months, I reached out several times but they would not respond. There is no phone number, then they sent an email reporting that the order had been cancelled and that they refunded the money but that was not true. I have emailed several times about the order/refund and do not get an answer.

I ordered a product from the company Greenic. Since then, I have had 3 attempts from different companies try to take money out of my account in the amount of $135. I tried to contact the company but there is no way to reach out to them. I have not received the product that I ordered as of now. I have shut down the card that I used and had to order another one.
