The product is clothing and footwear offered at discount prices. These products are cheap and not worth the price paid. The product is on sale and you cannot return sale items. The product is made in Asia and sold as high end. Big Big scam to folks out there. AND I see these outfits sold throughout Canada under different names. Too bad they get away with coning us

Website says they are a boutique company “in the heart of Canada” that had to close its store front but has online store. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes that came to $194 on October 20, 2024. The product details said waterproof, anti slip grips, etc. Sounded like great Manitoba winter shoes. I emailed them a few weeks later asking about shipment and said it takes 7-20 working days. The shoes arrived and were cheap quality and did not fit me. I used the websites measurement guide before ordering she is as well. I emailed back about exchange and they said they would send bigger sizes and I would pay for shipping and could keep original shoes that didn’t fit me. Very cheap quality and one pair didn’t have a size on them. The other pair had a stamp of “F&8 Fashion Classics”. I googled the brand and the exact shoes showed up from Temu and for $22. There were other shoes advertised in their website that also showed up in the google search for a fraction of cost. I emailed them I wanted refund annd said they scammed me, they said their policy is not to refund items on sale but offered me a 20% refund. There is no physical address or phone number on website, just a support email address. The company that charged my credit card is based out of Australia it says and their “legal terms and conditions” quote Australia once. Items were shipped from by YW Co in Mississauga ON.

I ordered scrubs 9/13 and after multiple attempts to receive my items, I have yet to receive them. I have emailed the company and contacted via social media with no response. I have now filed a complaint with PayPal.

This company offers access to hundreds of wellness courses. I bought one of them for $19 in April, 2024. The same day, I received an email from them saying I had a 7-day free trial for access to all their courses, and that after that the subscription would cost me $79 per month. There was a link in the email to cancel the subscription and avoid the charges. I clicked the link that same day and canceled the trial, not to forget about it later. Fast forward two months after that, I see two $79 charges on my credit card from them. I went back through my emails and found the one above mentioned, followed the link again, and it showed my subscription as "not active". So immediately, I reached out to them thinking there was a glitch in their system or something, and they flatly responded that I had 14 days to report those charges, and since that time period had passed, they couldn't do anything for me. Obviously, I fought back and said I was going to take further action with my credit card, and then they came back and said they had canceled my subscription and were going to refund me. However, they only refunded me one month. I wrote back asking for the other refund, and the same Customer Support manager (Maria is her name, supposedly), answers back as if she suddenly had amnesia, and had no clue they had agreed to refund me, etc. They are scamming people. I don't know if their courses are worth the $19 I spent, but their company practices are definitely sketchy. Also, I can't find any phone number on their website, just an email address.

Opened and Escalated in March 2024. As of April 2024, No Refund has been issued from Paypal.

They are offering separate “high dollar value” mystery boxes , 100$-1000k value. I purchased a 600$ value and received a poorly designed shirt, a pair of sweat pants, and one sticker. After checking there Instagram comments it seems like this is a repeat issue

Livia sells menstrual cramp devices. They offered it on a Black Friday sale with a subscription service in 2021, which we purchased. We never received the subbed electrode pads, tried to contact them, and they never sent them. Told them to cancel. They didn't cancel. Told them again. They didn't cancel again. Now, as of March 2023 they changed their name to iPulse Medical LTD, still operating the same scam. Had to cancel my card and hopefully that does it.

Saw an add on Facebook for a Christmas flash sale for an advent calendar. Clicked the link and ordered it for my son. The charge showed up on my bank statement as “goddessexciti“ which worries me. Haven’t gotten a tracking code it just says outbound and shipped. The rest is all in chinese

I downloaded this service to help grow my audience on social media. They promised and underdelivered. After a week, many attempts to connect someone from the company, I asked for a refund. The automated message system let me know that there is no refunds and it was in the policy. I tried to reactive my account and was charged another yearly subscription fee. I tried reaching out again by means of their chat system and got no response. There was no place stating my card was going to be charge. I then looked online and found many other people in the same boat so I decided to write a complaint.

I purchased a pair of designer earrings which passed the resellers authentication process (which they charge a separate fee for). However, upon receiving I had a different third party also authenticate the item and was notified the item was non-authenticate. I then reached out the seller (vestiaire collective) to inform them of the issue. I was provided a return shipping label to have the item re-authenticated by their authentication team. The item was received by the seller and days later I received a email indicated the following… “Our team has now checked the item again, and we agree that the item does not meet the standards of the brand.” I am reporting this because this is absolutely unacceptable. Buyers spend their hard earned money to buy items which they believe are authentic (based on the sellers authentication process) it would be a shame for this to happen to others and they have absolutely no knowledge that what they received and thought to be authentic is in fact a replica. I am beyond frustrated and now I am questioning/doubting every single purchase I’ve ever made from the seller.

Ordered a jersey on 10/22 and within 2 days was sent a tracking number. As of 11/12 I am still waiting on the product to be sent to me. The tracking info states it’s been sitting in Jamaica, NY since. When contacted, I get a response that says please be patient your order is on the way. Since the first time I made contact, it shows an update stating it’s been shipped again yet is still in Jamaica NY.
