I had seen ads of HailsArt and her work. I ordered a tshirt from her in November of 2021. I contacted her frequently and she had never given me an update on if my order was shipped. All she did was send me an invoice of what I bought and the cost. I never received the item and my card was charged. I contacted her through email and Instagram @hailsart but there was no response.

This website offers a free resume review and edit. I received an email that the review is complete but now they expect a payment for the service - this hsould not be advertised as a Free service if they are expecting payment. I would not have provided my personal information from resume if it were clear that payment was expected.

I found out about this company in 2021 through a ad on Instagram. I went in their website and it said they had a lot of good reviews. When I bought the product in 2021 it took 6 months for me to get, I emailed customer service and they will take months to respond. They have a subscription plan for $8 and I signed up for it, with the subscription they offer replaceable gel pads. Every month since 2021 they been taking my money and I haven’t received anything. Tried to cancel my subscription on the website and it’s not an option to do that. Tried emailing customer service and they won’t respond. I talked to my bank about it, and the company still took my money. Their Instagram account is so shady, when people try to expose them in the comments, who ever is running the account will delete the comments. I try warning people as much as I can but I only out got to a few people before my comment was deleted.

Was given a fake delivery number. I hope the people behind this are held accountable. Please contact me and I will help to shut them down in any way I can.

I preferred a bunch of items on 03/20/2022 half are instock and half are not so I still haven’t received anything. Half of the items were preorders and after a year they’re somehow still unavailable, I tried asking for an update but they’re emails are down. I want to get store credit to just purchase other items but they won’t get back to me. Also the items I preordered that still aren’t in stock recently were removed completely off their website and if I click on the item from my order history it says page not found. I tried asking them about that because my order was never fulfilled but the items are no longer up to be sold. I tried contacting them multiple times but they won’t get back to me at all

Purchased a sink on line for $53.10 on 1/22/23. Received payment confirmation on 1/22/2023 at 4:43pm from [email protected] for order # NO*******. I checked my credit card, and fraudulent charges have started to appear on 1/28/2023. I contacted the bankcard holder and put a stop on all charges as 1 had processed on 1/29/2023 for $106.97 and they said 3 others were pending. One in the UK. The charge for the sink transaction description was RH*ANBDRESSONLINE.SH INTERNET GB for $53.10. They are the only ones who could have initiated the fraudulent charges.

I purchased a product through my 3d hoodie and never received it. All attempts to contact business were fraudulent avenues. Numbers were fake and email never responded.

I wish I would have done more research before buying this product. I has been 3 weeks since I made a purchase on their website and I have still not received any information on shipping. All is says is "waiting for details" nothing else. When I reached out to their "customer service" they pretty much were of no help and did not know how to obtain more information. Upon further investigating, there are tons of bad reviews regarding not only the quality of their products, but the extreme slowness of their shipping. It's the principle at this point and I've requested a refund in which there has been no reply on their end so I am fighting the charge on my card. Don't make the same mistake I did

This was my first time ordering from this website that I found through instagram, they offer many discounts and promise free gifts after purchasing a certain amount. I’ve reached out to the only way they offer customer service through the email I provided more times than I can remember. They either don’t respond or respond with “you can return your items or dispute the order with USPS carrier”. I cannot return items I’ve never received and USPS posted that items were delivered.

I ordered a product for menstrual pain. Finally after almost 2 months I received the product. There is a subscription for pad replacements that they take $8 a month for but I have never received a replacement. They say I can’t cancel because it’s a subscription. I feel like it is theft for them to continue to take money from my account without giving me the product.

I ordered a couple pair of pants from this website and sent one pair back for a refund. I used a credit card for these transactions. I've also emailed the business a few times with no response.

Advertised shower caps on SHHHowercap.com . I ordered 4.

Never got a shipping number or a personal response after contacting them by email over 8 times.

Many complaints similiar to mine about this company on ScamPulse.com site.

They took the money and sent no product.

They simply charged me for service I never signed up for. They have continuously replied to my email with apologies and promises. But it's been well over 3-5 business days. More than once and they have still not returned my money to my account.

I made my purchase on 11.9.22 and two weeks later I never heard about the shipping so I reached out through customer service. I heard a response 2 days later that they were having a shipping delay. I’ve reached out since then and no one has responded and no phone number. I’ve reached out through email and Website. It is now 12.12 and I’ve followed up and no one has yet to respond to me. If I don’t hear today, I’m reaching out to my lawyer to get a refund for my purchase.

Ordered product months ago. Was paid for thru PayPal. Never received product. Can not get refund or company to respond.

I bought and paid usd 100.94 on Sept 7,2022 and expected to received products within 10 days. The next day they emailed DHL tracking no. which they showed delivered from NY and status was on the way. next 3 weeks I contact them that I didn't receive anythings and they just said I must wait another 2 weeks and gave discount coupon for me to buy more but I didn't. I contact them via email every week and it was the robot replied. Later I need refund and they sent below emailed but money never come

These people took my money for an order I placed for a purse. They said processing time was 3 to 7 days, and after that it gets shipped. I never got any notice of shipping nor have I received the item.

I placed an online order for nutritional gummies. I realized this could be a scam from what I read on line after the purchase. I cancelled the order and returned the product according to the directions provided by the company. I received notification that the package was delivered on Oct 15, 2022. The company keeps emailing that their warehouse can’t locate the product so they cannot refund me.
