I ordered 5 dresses for my daughter to choose from for Graduation on 5/3. The total was $134.94, $18.99 of which was expedited shipping (3-7 days). Before ordering I confirmed that the items were returnable / refundable. The dresses did not arrive until 5/21- none of them looked like what I ordered, two had other clothing brands labels on them and I have not been able to get a return shipping authorization from them despite e-mailing 4 different contact addresses. Total SCAM

I saw an add for an Ironman Magnetic Lamp on Facebook from the company Outboo. Shortly after making the purchase, the website said it was closed and opening soon. They had already charged me for the product. I attempted to contact twice and no response.

hydrowater bottle scam, bought 4, April 13, 2024. They arrived 3 weeks later. they were fully charged and did not work. I emailed the company 3 times to ask for a refund. no reply. the email is now disabled. check website https://hydrowaterpro.com/

Fill out survey about Marriott motel stay to recieve 2 Marriot motel luxury pillows worth 89.99 a piece, just pay shipping and handling. I ran down the leads and it came back to a book business in California.

Ordered waist beads from company.Came across advertisement on Instagram for a sale they were having. Went to website to make purchase. Placed order on March 31,2024 and never received items or updates about my order.When contacting the email account linked on Shop Pay for this store to get an update on order status no response was received.Emailed several times and reported to Shop Pay and Affirm The email account on their website [email protected] is invalid and no luck with the contact form on website.I also contacted them on Instagram and Facebook in the comments section. Both social media accounts appear to be deactivated. Website is still active and there are a host of complaints from customers who also paid their money and have not received items.

I ordered some small bells supposedly stamped from genuine Morgan Silver Dollars. (https://www.fantgo.com/collections/morgan-silver-dollars-1) the link to the ad still active as of this report. I received some items that somewhat resembled the pictures shown in the advertisement. They were plated with some silvery tinny looking material and, for sure, not what I was led to believe what I would receive. I have called the number that was associated with the website many times and never able to speak to any live person. I only got a recorded message each time that I would be contacted if I would leave a detailed message concerning my problem. I did that each of many times. I have never heard from them and I am now filing a complaint with the BBB.

I wanted to order one bottle and instead the order was billed for 6 bottles and bottles of water. I immediately contacted them and told them to cancel the order, but I have not been contacted. I did send a second email and no contact.

I signed up for a free cat toy advertised on Facebook, and only had to pay $1 for shipping. When I got my credit card statement, it showed a $38.77 debit from AppContentDigital.

when trying to purchase the product, there was no total price shown during the checkout. When I looked on my bank account, the amount deducted immediately was 239.99. I responded back to the email of my purchase, asking to cancel that order because it was much more than I thought. I received no response. Rvcomsms.com is what shows on my credit card statement.

Found a bike I wanted to purchase at https://molybikes.shop/product/salsa-cutthroat-c-gx-eagle-bike-29-carbon-dark-bl...⇄ Called the number of the website but it disconnected immediately. I figured they might be having phone issues so sent an email to their support email at [email protected] and asked if the bike was still available. I received the following reply, "Hello sir steel available". I then asked for the location of the bike shop and store hours and did not receive a reply. I then googled "Molybikes Brooklyn NY" and saw the reddit post, "Guys, don’t buy from molybikes; it’s a scam." at ********************************************************************************...⇄ The Molybikes website looks legit but not being able to contact them by phone or go to the shop sent up a lot of red flags.

I ordered a one tme shipment of acv keto gummies and was supposed to pay 50 something. On 3/22/24 they charged me 199.00 instead. I just got 5 more of these useless things and probably got changed 199.00 again

Original purchase was 2/25/24. I received notification on 3/16/24 at my doorstep. I sent an email to report that the product was never delivered, I asked for the carrier and do not receive the information. I review door camera footage and asked my neighbors if it was mistakeningly delivered to their house instead. I did not receive my purchase from this retailer and have been in contact via email for the last two months regarding a refund. I went on shop to find a utensil set and I found a nice set placed my order order was processed money for the item was taken from account but item never shipped. I sent numerous emails and got no responses. This was 2 months ago and i just sent another email today.

On Nov 9, 2023 I ordered 6 “Hallmark” ornaments - Smiles Across the Miles” at $3.75 each and $6.99 shipping. Order # 231110070101330. Paid $29.49 with a Visa. They partner with company called Stripe for payments. I also got email response on night of Nov 9 apologizing for delay due to “hot sale” items. Asked me to be patient. Never received my order so out that $29.49 charged to my visa.
