The order was made through the website based off the photos and its description of authenticity.

After over 3/weeks I received the merchandise and to my dismay the package did not resemble nothing that I ordered.

Everything about the purchase was wrong and the smell of fresh glue engulfed my nostrils. The utter appearance is just shameful.

I thought I ordered through NastyGal.com, never received my items, contacted the service email and have been back and forth since. The scammer offered a 60% refund if I provided my credit card again, sent photoshopped refund images and fake refund numbers. Went back and forth via email 8 times, same response each time.

Signed up for laptop, which was advertised for 1.00 lottery. I was charged 9.68 plus 29.54 which was for a monthly ebook subscription. Upon speaking with Shy, she said I did not click off that I did not want this. But upon further research there was not any where to decline this subscription. I was able to get 50% back which will take 3 to 5 days to process. I do have cancellation number. So be awhere, this site is a scam. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves for allowing innocent people to get caught up in this scam.

They posted a sponsored ad on TikTok. A video of a femal(hands and screen only shown) on a computer or cell phone adding an iPad to her shopping cart ( website not shown) and then going to check out where she enters a promo code that drops the price down to $2.99. But once I checked out an attempted charge of $9.95 was declined on my account ( I purposely waited until I had $5 left in my account just in case it was a scam) The charge was listed from craftersdreamworld.com

Wellamoon offered Sleep Patches for $11/pckg however once you placed the order they automatically charged me for other products that i did not authorize. I contacted them immediatly and they told me the product was already sent and nothing could be done. when i received notification that the product was at the post office there was also a charge on it to pick it up from customs. i did not have the funds to take the product so i refused it and had it returned. the product has been received by the company however i am still fighting with them to reimburse me. they are saying i didnt follow their return policy. If they had followed my ordering instructions for the purchase of 2 pkgs of sleep patches i would not have had to return the package in the first place. i need someone to intervene so i may get my monies back.

My order was on Feb 19,2024 order number ************* and my complaint number with them was ****** . please help.

I ordered yhe product being advertised on Facebook and never received the product. Payment was made through Shop. Shop has a policy that as long as the company responds to emails no refunds will be issued. All i get from the seller is a generic automated response that is identical no matter what i send to them

I originally contacted Geri in January 2024 to purchase photographs. They requested I mail a check for $50. I did so and never received any follow up. I emailed and called over 10 times with no response and “voicemail box is full.” They deposited my check on March 8th 2024 and took $50 from me without providing the promised service. I wish to warn others

Purchased an outboard motor from Flushing Point Marina after seeing their add on Facebook. I used DM to make contact with Flushing Point where I was given wire transfer information. I was then given shipping information from PRIME Logistics. The motor was supposed to be here on April 1. After it didn't arrive I reached out to Flushing Point as was told they would contact PRIME. Several days after the phone call I received an email from PRIME telling me I needed to pay an additional $800 for shipping insurance. I sent a copy of the email to Flushing Point and asked for a refund on my money. No one will answer the phone or respond to my DM's via Facebook now.

I ordered ceiling fans totaling $197 from what looked to be a small business discount lighting website www.luminaireplus.com . Payment method was Paypal. However Paypal receipt was recorded as 2 autopayments for $99 each to a Kevin Martinez at [email protected]. The first autopayment of $99 went through but the second did not. I have not received the products or any communication. There is no phone or email on the website and the contact form does not work. The address on website is legitimate but for a different business. There are no contact details shared under seller information in Paypal and emails to [email protected] get no reply. I downloaded the website order confirmation but no confirmation or other information has been sent to my email from the website - only automated Paypal emails.

Ordered prom dresses for my daughter and our foreign exchange student. After weeks of waiting they came in the wrong color and too big even though they used their sizing guide. We contacted them within the 14 day return period but they are refusing to provide a return form. Instead they have offered that we keep the dresses a they will give either a 15% refund or 30% gift certificate.

They lied about their return policy.

On 3/11/2024 I paid $1000.00 through Zelle to purchase a BMW car part my son saw for sale on Instagram. Once payment was made, the seller claimed that payment was not received, and asked me to send two more payments of $500 instead. I did not send any more money as I already sent $1000.00 and this was confirmed as successfully transferred from my Wells Fargo bank account to seller's bank, Municipal Credit Union. Seller doctored up a screenshot of his bank transactions showing that the money I sent to him through Zelle was "declined", while I could clearly see the "+$1000.00" in his account transactions on the screenshot he sent to me. Seller was using a Zelle account "Destiny Ortiz" with an associated phone number of 407-406-2218, and seemed to be located in Kissemmee, Florida to a "Sabastian Morales." The next day, seller sent me a new Zelle account to "try" instead, and again asked me to send two $500 payments. I have not paid anymore to seller. The new Zelle info seller provided is "Jaivon Lassiter" with email "[email protected]". I have reported all of this info to my bank as well. I traced the phone number on his Instagram account to Glassboro, New Jersey. This scammer also has our home address and names as he was to send car parts to our address. I believe his who Instagram operation is a fraud. I have reported the account to Instagram many times but it is still up and running and possibly scamming others. The scammer also continues to contact me and my son wanting us to send the money again. Please let me know if I have any recourse in this matter, and what can be done to prevent this seller from scamming anyone else. Thank you.

This business/site advertised a sale on Forever stamps on Instagram, & their site has a logo that looks like the US Postal Service. I called the US Postal Service to ask if it is legitimate they said they have no way to tell, but they wouldn't recommend buying anything from it. I created an account before I called them--I gave them name & email info--but I didn't complete a purchase. The site indicates, and various places, that they are in DC (375 L'Enfant Plaza Southwest, Washington, DC), Alexandria, Virginia (address I entered in this report-a-scam form), & Fresno, CA ("We are the first official postage brokerage company in the United States. Our corporate office is locate d in Fresno, California. We are an authorized USPS retailer offering 100% authentic USPS stamps at t

he best prices, with tax- free and free shipping in the United States. We have applied through the USPS Approved Postal Supp

lier Program, which provides participating independent suppliers with USPS brand rights and logos.")

The product was an advertised dress for the intended product. The business claimed the dress would be delivered 10 to 15 days after purchase on 03/04/24. To date, 03/30/24 we have not received the dress. When a notification about alterations was sent to me about the product,, I immediately ask for a full refund which they referred to there return policy when the initial contract was already broken by the vendor.

I did not receive items as advertised on their website. This unacceptable. Their website clearly states their refund/exchange policy. I am very disappointed in the way they are treating me as a good customer that has provided a favorable review on other purchases.

I did that because I was satisfied with the item I had previously purchased.

These 2 items are not what you advertised. They are not real leather material. I have used a lot of time trying to get this company to honor my simple request. Please do better business

Practices if you care about maintaining your customer base. MANLYSHIRT refuses to honor return/refund policy. They forced me to agree to an exchange for other pieces of clothing, which they never delivered.
