This online company has a zillion complaints on their Facebook page I wish I’d seen before I placed an order. They’ve been turned into the Attorney General. Their clothing sizes are completely off so you need to return. You don’t find out that returns are shipped to China which is very expensive. So they offer you 50% of your money back. I spent $105 and they offered me $20. That’s not even close to 50%. Check their Facebook page. Complaint after complaint after complaint. They need to be shut down. Big time scammers.

I wasn’t able to put in the dollar amount- I paid $14,775 for a pool and never received it.

I ordered the pool april 16, 2021. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. I continued to wait and called every couple of months. I was told it would be more time and to be patient due to the delays from the pandemic.

I continued to reach out and kept being told it would just be a few more weeks. Finally in march of 2022 I called again and was told they could give me a different pool than what I ordered. I felt uncomfortable and asked to cancel my order. I have never heard from the company since March 21, 2022. They have ignored all calls, emails, and communication from my lawyer and have not returned my money.

I also understand there are many other people who have been scammed by them (we are now in an Facebook group) and we need to do something about this please.

I bought a shirt off of this site and it had been three weeks with nothing. I emailed the person from the contact us page multiple times over the course of the next week and never got a response. It has been 6 weeks with no shirt or any responses from the dealer even though they claimed they would respond in 24 business hours.

ordered product online 1/6/223, received 1/14/23. found out after them not working after a couple weeks that they were fake by going to to the apple store to confirm. Attempted to call but only received voice recordings. Emailed them 2/10/23 and received return label via USPS. By tracking return label they were received back to the company 3/3/23 and have yet to hear from them or get a full refund for my purchase.

I purchased 2 items from projectmontessori. I received one in an Amazon bag. I was puzzled at what came from Amazon. It had a slip saying this was a gift from projectmontessori. I checked on Amazon and saw the price was half the price I had paid. I contacted the sender by email saying I wanted to return the item but they never got back to me. I called the phone # 503-928-7867 and it said the number is not in service. The other item never came. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the payment for the item not received. I know I have been scammed and am out that money but I would like to have this company shut down so that they can't do this to other people.

They send a usps link with tracking number that never gets picked up, you dispute it and the credit card company says they responded and you can’t be refunded because they have this label that usps gave them. Meanwhile it just sits there and you Receive nothing, tried to email them numerous times, not one answer back.

They showed actual Clarke Sandals in various colors & sizes with free shipping for 2 or more pairs. I received cheap imitations of extremely poor quality with cheap tabs (labled J'AOIOR) sewed on the back of the shoe.

Made purchase in November off of an add on line. Purchase rec'd in late December/early January. Not satisfied w/product asked how to return. Was told to send picture(s) of product, which I did. Per postal receipt they received said product on January 20,2023 I keep being told my refund was issued to credit card I used.. Per banl/credit card company refund was never received. I sent several emails questioning my refund. The response I get is "we issued refund" In the last email I sent them I asked for some type of documentation showing that my refund was issued. I have heard nothing since. I know this is not a great deal of money, but its still not right. They have my money and their product and I have nothing. Thank You

They put ads on Facebook etc for automatic cat litter boxes (perhaps other products too). I ordered one - everything seemed normal - when the product didn't arrive when expected, I reached out to them and refused to tell me when it would be sent. I called several times, no answer. Sent more emails, no answer. Googled and saw that others had the same experience. They are a scam, fraud. The two charges that came out of my bank account were credited to Toptechtier not Petsvidacare. I called them and wrote them - no answer.

I bought an item from the scammer and i tried to cancel my order because i never gotten the item but there was no response. I reached out to Citibank to assist on this matter so i opened a dispute Citibank then gives me an a credit and after 6 months of investigations, citibank takes the money out of my account. The scammer provided citibank with an order details but no tracking number in regards to this transaction, I opened an appeal with citibank and they denied it everytime saying that i have to submitted more evidence this person is a scammer and that i just have to take the lost and never buy from scammers. I made a purchase of a Mini treadmill on 2/23/23 for the amount of 69.95. i received a confirmation email with an invoice for the product stating that another email will follow with the shipment information. on 2/27/23 I reached out by email asking for an update and received an email stating the shipment department will be following up with my request that a response will be sent within 48hours. on March 3, 2023, I reached out to the Customer service Department a response was send to me that someone will be reaching out within 48 hours. On March 6 I contacted them again and I requested a refund, and another email was received to give them 48 hours to provide me with a shipment update. I don't want the product I want my money back. 3 different attempts were made on my card trying to charge my card for $69.95. At this time, I just want a refund.

The website looked real and when I placed my ordered it said it was completed and a confirmation email will be sent. I got an email saying the order didn’t go through but my card was charged. The next day I tried to find my order on their site and couldn’t find it . I spoke to someone via live chat and was told no order orcharge had been made but the money was taken out of my account. I comfrimed with my bank the money had been taken out and I made a dispute with my bank.

Searching for a product, and found the fraudulent website flexelios.com on Google shopping. This lended some credibility to the website. Most of the products sold on the website are significantly cheaper than elsewhere, which is suspect. The contact number is non-functional, and the business address listed not he website, points to a residential home. Upon purchasing an item for several hundred dollars, an email was received with an order number. A charge on the credit card was made from a merchant called "PSR Europe LTD", listed as a Men's and Women's clothing store. This was also followed by a foreign transaction fee. After this, an attempt was made to call the number, which was non-functional. After almost 2 months, no item has been received. Filed a dispute with credit card company, and opened a fraud investigation.

Shari was supposed to do 9 contents of design. a website, and email design. She charges me 799$ and she had a so-called package deal going on that time. I pay her by Cash app (her website was down at the time). This was on January 31st. She says it would take 3 -4 weeks, but it's the 5th week as of today 3/3/2023 and nothing was delivered or communicated. I been tried to get in contact with since 2/28/23 by email and phone. She still hasn't responded. I wish I would've known because I thought she seem legit working with other wig makers out there and I see their work. She seems like only have favorite clients she works with. But why take my money and not delivered. Obviously, you have a good number of clienteles.

I made a purchase from this company. Only payment options were Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal. I have a paypal account, so clicked on this option. I then received a text message saying that I needed to pay with family and friends in my paypal account. This was a red flag for me, but I checked scam advisor, and they said the company was probably legit and had a high trust value. After I paid through Paypal, I never heard anything else from them. Can't reach them by phone, text, chat line, or email.

I did try to check them out with the BBB, but you did not have any information on them. I just do not want others to lose money like I did. I am normally very cautious and there were some red flags, I just should have paid attention.

I was directed to this site via a Google search. The website ayraswim.com says that it sells American-made swimsuits and is based in Los Angeles, California. There are reviews on the products and there is a social media presence. I placed an order for an item and received a receipt. I was charged $43 for this item after entering a discount code that I had. I was notified that the item shipped but the shipping progress never updated past Pre-Shipment via USPS. I reached out to their support email after a week of the shipping status not updating and did not hear back. I sent 3 additional emails over the course of the next week and did not hear back from any of them. I messaged the seller on Instagram, and got one reply, but then never heard back. Additionally the seller deleted my comments from their Instagram post where I asked about the status of my order. The founder did the same thing. All correspondences are attached.

I ordered a custom handprinted tray on 12/2/22. I received a confirmation email and was told it would not be delivered on time for Christmas but would arrive shortly after. My credit card was charged on 12/2. It was promoted on their website that the tray was on sale for $155 but I noticed I was charged the reg price of $215. 12/10 email rec'vd that plate was in production.I sent an email on 1/3/23, no response so I called and spoke with a rep on 1/6 who said they would credit the $60 to my card and platter arriving soon. On 1/28/23 I sent another email as I had not received my platter. No response to my email. Called on 2/21, spoke w/rep, Jessica Hernandez. She sent me an email saying she spoke w/her supervisor and that the platter would arrive later that week or early to mid next week. I have not received the platter as of this date. When I try to go on their website today you are unable to. But still receiving promo emails for their shop and can get on to shop the site.
