I made a purchase of a Mini treadmill on 2/23/23 for the amount of 69.95. i received a confirmation email with an invoice for the product stating that another email will follow with the shipment information. on 2/27/23 I reached out by email asking for an update and received an email stating the shipment department will be following up with my request that a response will be sent within 48hours. on March 3, 2023, I reached out to the Customer service Department a response was send to me that someone will be reaching out within 48 hours. On March 6 I contacted them again and I requested a refund, and another email was received to give them 48 hours to provide me with a shipment update. I don't want the product I want my money back. 3 different attempts were made on my card trying to charge my card for $69.95. At this time, I just want a refund.

The website looked real and when I placed my ordered it said it was completed and a confirmation email will be sent. I got an email saying the order didn’t go through but my card was charged. The next day I tried to find my order on their site and couldn’t find it . I spoke to someone via live chat and was told no order orcharge had been made but the money was taken out of my account. I comfrimed with my bank the money had been taken out and I made a dispute with my bank.

Searching for a product, and found the fraudulent website flexelios.com on Google shopping. This lended some credibility to the website. Most of the products sold on the website are significantly cheaper than elsewhere, which is suspect. The contact number is non-functional, and the business address listed not he website, points to a residential home. Upon purchasing an item for several hundred dollars, an email was received with an order number. A charge on the credit card was made from a merchant called "PSR Europe LTD", listed as a Men's and Women's clothing store. This was also followed by a foreign transaction fee. After this, an attempt was made to call the number, which was non-functional. After almost 2 months, no item has been received. Filed a dispute with credit card company, and opened a fraud investigation.

Shari was supposed to do 9 contents of design. a website, and email design. She charges me 799$ and she had a so-called package deal going on that time. I pay her by Cash app (her website was down at the time). This was on January 31st. She says it would take 3 -4 weeks, but it's the 5th week as of today 3/3/2023 and nothing was delivered or communicated. I been tried to get in contact with since 2/28/23 by email and phone. She still hasn't responded. I wish I would've known because I thought she seem legit working with other wig makers out there and I see their work. She seems like only have favorite clients she works with. But why take my money and not delivered. Obviously, you have a good number of clienteles.

I made a purchase from this company. Only payment options were Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal. I have a paypal account, so clicked on this option. I then received a text message saying that I needed to pay with family and friends in my paypal account. This was a red flag for me, but I checked scam advisor, and they said the company was probably legit and had a high trust value. After I paid through Paypal, I never heard anything else from them. Can't reach them by phone, text, chat line, or email.

I did try to check them out with the BBB, but you did not have any information on them. I just do not want others to lose money like I did. I am normally very cautious and there were some red flags, I just should have paid attention.

I was directed to this site via a Google search. The website ayraswim.com says that it sells American-made swimsuits and is based in Los Angeles, California. There are reviews on the products and there is a social media presence. I placed an order for an item and received a receipt. I was charged $43 for this item after entering a discount code that I had. I was notified that the item shipped but the shipping progress never updated past Pre-Shipment via USPS. I reached out to their support email after a week of the shipping status not updating and did not hear back. I sent 3 additional emails over the course of the next week and did not hear back from any of them. I messaged the seller on Instagram, and got one reply, but then never heard back. Additionally the seller deleted my comments from their Instagram post where I asked about the status of my order. The founder did the same thing. All correspondences are attached.

I ordered a custom handprinted tray on 12/2/22. I received a confirmation email and was told it would not be delivered on time for Christmas but would arrive shortly after. My credit card was charged on 12/2. It was promoted on their website that the tray was on sale for $155 but I noticed I was charged the reg price of $215. 12/10 email rec'vd that plate was in production.I sent an email on 1/3/23, no response so I called and spoke with a rep on 1/6 who said they would credit the $60 to my card and platter arriving soon. On 1/28/23 I sent another email as I had not received my platter. No response to my email. Called on 2/21, spoke w/rep, Jessica Hernandez. She sent me an email saying she spoke w/her supervisor and that the platter would arrive later that week or early to mid next week. I have not received the platter as of this date. When I try to go on their website today you are unable to. But still receiving promo emails for their shop and can get on to shop the site.

I found their page on safari, looks legitimate. I placed an order for 16 bottles of wine and on the website it says if order is placed before 4 pm then same day delivery. Order was placed before 4 pm and I didn’t receive my delivery all day/ night. It’s been 2 days and my delivery is still not here. I tried emailing them Multiple times, no answer or response. There is no location on the website and no number to contact. Please help me receive my money back that I lost!!!

They said they provide pay pal then when you get to payment screen it’s not a given option afterwards. Then I tried to call and phone disconnected. No real contact information provide. Very suspicious site that needs to be looked into. Misleading.

I order my purchase on August 21, 2022 and I never received it.

They send me via email saying if I wanted to be an ambassador and that all I have to pay with shipping for the product and I never got it. I tried to email back in October 30,2022 and they told me ********

Their website offers many products. I was interested in one and followed the website procedures to purchase the product. The website looks very trustworthy so I continued and completed the transaction via PayPal online. I’ve received NO further information about my order and all attempts to contact them have been dead ends. I’ll upload a screenshot of the email I recieved after making the purchase. It’s the one and only correspondence I have received. Thanks so much* ****

Klynu women’s clothing on Facebook advertise it’s made in the USA and returnable. They are not made in the USA as noted now in many reviews I’ve researched since my purchase. they offer money back towards your purchase price but my purchase price was almost $125, they first offered me $15 and I could keep the clothes and now it is gone up to 25, 38 and now $50 I do not want these cheaply made ill fitting clothes.

They advertise made in USA South Carolina, but they are not. They advertise they are returnable, but they are not. They are the same as Nensi and other clothing made in South Carolina. I re-posted on Facebook several reviews of people that have researched it and reported it to the Better Business Bureau.

My husband and I are going through IVF and needed this vitamin. I entered my information and when I hit submit it change the state from IL to NY. Now there is no way to contact them or cancel my order. The attached phone number just says mailbox is full. When you go to their website and click request refund - nothing happens. So I started researching this company and discovered many complaints about them including an F rating by the BBB. I would love to be able to get my money back, IVF is extremely expensive and every $ counts for us.

I ordered food storage containers from the website. I received an order confirmation email. A few days later, I received the tracking number. Later when I checked FedEx about the package, it said it was delivered but that wasn't my house shown in the picture on the FedEx site. I called FedEx and after they investigated, I found out that wasn't a tracking number for me. Tried a few times by email and phone to get a hold of bubblyliz with no answer. Don't purchase from them.

I ordered a baby lounger product through an ad on instagram. I received an order confirmation, but no product or tracking information. The company will not answer my emails. And somebody from the company has texted me trying to sell products, but can’t answer any of my questions

I saw a site for compression socks. Thought I bought one pair, found out it was 6 pairs. I immediately called to cancel. “The order has already shipped”. They would not refund me. I called again and was told they would refund $45 that day and the balance when they received the unopened socks back. . I sent the unopened package back and never received the balance of the $ back. No more emails. I left multiple voicemails with my contact info. No replies back.

Purchased and paid for product never delivered. Seller will request payment via PayPal under category as non commercial such as friend/family, and once payment is sent, seller provides tracking to something from overseas and arriving to US, getting stuck in customs and getting sent back. Seller appears to operate multiple sites which promotes and operates exactly the same as this. ex} smoke-web..com / heated-tobacco.com. Also same physical company address including incorrect zip code.

Scammer uses similar name to chiccouturesonline store, uses watermarked pictures of the original site at a discounted price. I made the purchase and no confirmation email was sent. Charges appeared on my statement from the company name Blooming Technology In Bl
