Ordered Hey Dude shoes for my kids everything was processed. Was sent a email a few days later with tracking. I tracked it for a few days then it was showing my package was delivered so when I went to the website it showed that the website no longer existed. I order 4 pair of shoes and got nothing. They charged me $63.96 on January 9th.

I responded to a Facebook Ad for a trial sample of LaLevee anti-aging serum for $6.95 shipping fee. The ad used a famous person to lure me into thinking it was endorsed by this famous personality, giving me a false sense of security. Five days later I received a package, but it was not the product shown in the Facebook ad. The packaging was entirely different, even the name on the label was different. I realized I had been scammed. After a few hours of searching I found the website and looked up the return/cancellation policy. It stated to call the customer service number to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and address to send the product back. In addition, they would cancel the ‘recurring shipment program’ which you are automatically enrolled in when you order the ‘free trial’ sample. I called and spoke to a Customer Service agent requesting the RMA # and to cancel enrollment. She told me they didn’t take returns and couldn’t cancel. Luckily, I had the return/cancellation portion of their Terms and Conditions on my phone screen and read to her exactly what it said. She tried 3 times to tell me they didn’t take returns. I repeated the verbiage directly from their website, and finally got an RMA #. It took a few more times of her telling me they couldn’t take the product back or cancel before she finally gave me an address to return the product to. I am sending it back today with tracking in case they try to extort money from me at a future time because the website terms state if they don’t receive the product back within 10 days of giving me the RMA # they would charge my card $119 and cancel the ‘recurring enrollment program’. This whole thing is a scam and the way they say you can’t return items or cancel enrollment when on the phone with them is all fear tactics. The only thing that saved me was calling before the trial period ended. Which was, according to the site, (one business day before the 7 day trial period). And being able to read, verbatim, the return policy written on the website.

I ordered 2 86inch Tv's ( Samsung, LG) from the dailpricedrops.us website purchased at $299.00 each (#35565) and I never received my order. I ordered this on March 30th, 2023 and I was told that it would take 2-3 days to process my order. The company mailed an email on March 30th, 2023 at 3:10pm with my receipt for proof of purchase They have 2 different shipping methods ( Fast Delivery which is not even available as an option is 7-12 days, Slow delivery which is the only option and that takes up to 15-20days. I received an email on April 3rd from DHL stating the package is waiting at the distribution but needs more postage to be released when I clicked on the email the package that they had was not what I had ordered. When I stated this to the email that sent this to me they immediately blocked me and I couldnt message them back. I need to be compensated please!

They sold me a stationary bike that does not work. I contacted them immediately to report the multiple issues I noticed with the bike. Days later they accused me of using products that are not original to the bike and blamed for me damaging the bike thus using that excuse to decline issuing me a refund for this unoriginal/defective product.

There is additional problems with this bike, such as a grinding motor, which they continue to fail to address.

I order two aeron office chairs on their website 2/21/22. When I received the original email from them they said it would be 15 to 30 business days before the chairs were shipped. I have emailed the company three times and they tell me that "Due to a sudden surge in global Aeron chair sales in combination with labor shortages, there is a slight delay in processing orders at all Aeron chair sellers" and that my order is scheduled to ship in 10 to 20 days. They have been telling me this exact same thing 3 times since 2/28/23. Apparent this is a scam. They gave me a ups shipping number - 1Z3Y621X0324550030 - but it shows that a label has been created but nothing has been shipped.

I ordered a shirt that was advertised on Facebook. When the shirt came, it was NOT the shirt in their ad. It was a very cheap imitation of it and you can tell at first glance it was not what I ordered.

This person said they were taking payment for delivery service. They asked for a photo of my drivers license which I sent. Then they asked for $200 which I paid then they said if I didn’t pay $399 to be registered in the state for delivery I would be charged $15,000

i received the products and said that I wanted to return them, and they told me that my refund request had been received and that I did not need to return the products. Although I have repeatedly emailed to make sure, they have responded with the same message. One month later, $197 was withdrawn from products worth $150 from my card, and now they're saying that they're withdrawing because I didn't return the products. My situation is very bad and almost the last of my money has been withdrawn. I want my money back, please help me.

First - they advertise clothing to be made in South Carolina, U.S.

Second - they charged my credit card more than my receipt.

Third - they will not offer a full refund authorization for product return.

Forth - the return address is in NY not SC.

Item labels state Made in China (The only reason I ordered from this company was they stated ALL items made in South Carolina, U.S.

They charged me $101.63 on my credit card yet my receipt says $80.73

I ordered 2 blouses. I had to email numerous times to get the white blouse, which they stated they sent.

After discovering the items were made in China (even though they state they were made here) I am attempting to send them back, but need a return authorization label. They first offered me $30 and keep the items, then $45, then final offer $60 and if I must send them back gave me the 14709 182 ND ST Springfield Gardens, NY 11413 address. So even if I trusted them enough to do this I am still out $41.63.

Order bras from their online site and have not received them. Emailed them twice with no response and tried to call the number given. The phone number is in California and the transaction shows it was for Miuulife from Hong Kong

I purchased 3 peacefull night pillows and paid $55.98. I did not receive the pillows but did receive 3 childs rings with smiley faces. I have called the 24/7 number twice which they say is through Google and can not go through. I emailed both emails they have 4 times and Gmail says "their server is not accepting the emails". I filled out their contact form 3 times with no response.

March 02, 2023, I ordered 4 car tires and was promise to be delivered to my home address, nothing delivered up to today April 11, 2023. Every time I contacted them they always say;

We are very sorry for the delay caused. Please note that I will be sending a follow up request on this matter.

We will send a communication to the warehouse team so it can be shipped in no time.

This company is using there business to scam people and sending photos from items from eBay to scam people I just got scammed for 3711.80 for a engine that shows it was purchased from LKQ which is not the company I made the purchase with , company is scamming and stealing money I spoke with LKQ and they have an open investigation going on due to

Stop the order that autopartstoreinc made with my card information they are also sending fake invoices please investigate this company and stop Them from scamming people this isn’t fare

I ordered the item listed in the attached photo. The site said manufactured in California, USA. After not receiving the item I contacted the company & came to realize the item was coming from China. I received a cheap t shirt in a package stating it came from California. I have contacted the company numerous times & they said they would refund me but that has not yet happened. This website takes you to another site all together. The email address is customercare-Vip. I believe it’s @ outlook.com. This is clearly targeted towards senior citizens! I have more photos and emails but the bbb site only lets me upload one file.
