We ordered a skateboard online. I worked the first day. Then the board juat stopped. Reported it to the compnay they sent replacement parts to fit it ourselves and the board still does not work. I asked for a refund, since it didnt work or ask if i coild send it bqck for a replacement. We are now on part number 7, and the company will not replace the board or refund any or my money.

I ordered two items from this company. The site looks legitimate and the order process is standard. A confirmation email is sent with tracking info. Site says orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipping takes 5-8 business days. I received one item from my order but it took SIX WEEKS (not 5-8 business days). I have not received any communication regarding the second item in my order. There is only one way to contact them (a gmail email address). I have reached out via that email twice and the contact form on their website and have not received a response. Upon closer inspection of their site, there is no address or phone number provided.

This website, Dale Pro Audia, is stealing the address and location of what looks like a legitimate company called Dale Pro Audio. I entertained their chat feature and as soon as I started asking questions about their location they went dark. Their website looks like it has been made by a 5 year old and has no reviews on any of the products. They stopped chatting when I started to questions them.

Ordered 100% silk stocking cap Dec 2022, and never received. Sent email many times to website and never got a response. The owner who I assume is J Billingslea, have commments turned off on all social media sites such as twitter, instgram and Facebook so you can't make commments on the pages which is a red flag. So beware and don't buy nothing from this website because it's a scam!

The scam website was posted as a Snapchat advertisement, and likely instagram as well. They make the clothes cheap so you don’t care too much if you got scammed, but it adds up.

I ordered 2 thermos cups that were advertised as Stanley and had Dick's Sporting goods in the add. I thought I was ordering from DIck's. When I did not receive the items I went investigating and now the website is not available. The tracking said it was signed for in Ohio and I live in PA. Multiple attempts to email are not producing any results.

I ordered, from Facebook, some artificial flowers for the outside. The pictures showed big beautiful bouquets that your neighhbors would not know that they were fake. What arrived looked like Dollar Tree, actually not even as good as Dollar Tree. There is no information for returns.

Bushutopia/Stereodrip offered a dog fence through a Facebook post. I went to the site by using the information button. I was taken to the bushutopia website. I looked at the sizes and placed the order for the large fence. On the order page it clearly states the item is "Made in the USA" and orders shipped within 24 hours of payment. I rec'd an email 3 days after my order on 5/9/23 saying my order had shipped and a tracking number. I was flabbergasted when I clicked the tracking info to find out my "item" was stuck in transit in China????? Sent an email to support@bushutopia and got a reply that customs was backed up and could I be a bit more patient. After another email to them a few weeks later, they said things were finally moving along. Checked the tracking and nothing had been updated on the tracking site since 5/21 still showing my item in China.

Checked the tracking site a few days ago and there was finally some movement. It showed my item was being sent to a USPS facility??

And lo and behold yesterday I rec'd a ridiculous scarf in the mail from the address of 1225 Andover Park E, ,Tukwila WA 93188????? I have sent an extremely heated email to them as of yesterday (6/10/23) demanding my money back. Won't hold my breath waiting for it.

The product I ordered was wholesale incense for my business, this is not the first time that I have ordered this from this company however this time when I ordered the product the company took my money and never sent it through to the supplier of the product, I contacted the supplier of the product through their direct website and they stated they never received my order or my money from the company that I placed my order through, the supplier of the product also stated that they no longer sell through this company and that I shouldn't have been able to place an order because the supplier is not affiliated with tundra any longer. I have attempted to contact tundra several times asking for a refund and cancelation of my order and there has been no response or refund issued.

I order some products from the online website(#cpfmmcd225080) and they ship almost all products but except one (CPFM MCDONALD'S PLUSH FRIENDS x 1 $250) and it take over 8 months but still didn’t ship anything, I tried email them but they just said let me wait, wait,… Now I don’t wanna waiting anymore,I want to get the money back but they don’t work with that even they still didn’t ship that until now…. Very bad experience

Order placed on 1-29 23. Web site linked to ChinaI believe, (Woo Commerce ?) no phone number, contact page will not send messages. Reissued my debit card so as not to have info/account compromised.

Hello team hope you doing good I was placed an order of Centrum tablet 36 units amounting to 514 dollar and the scammer did not send me the order and after 45 days they send me the email that your order has been cancelled and you have received your refund but we did not receive any single penny.

So it is therefore requested that kindly refund my money.

Merchant never sent item, Paid using AfterPay who offered no help and after much contact told me it is not their problem and acknowledged I was out over $300 and they would not help at all. Just as bad as the merchant.

I was sent an FB advertisement for flower pop up cards. I ordered $65 worth on March 30. I never received. Company said they would refund but never did. They said they would investigate but never received refund or product. Now when I type in name company doesn't exist

All items received (swim tops and short) were completely miss sized. Emailed numerous times to get authorization & address to return. No response and no ph# to call. They have several names Demo Swim, Curvy Shores, Curve Dream and others. My pkg came from the address in Jamaica NY which is listed as Demo Swim. This company needs to be stopped. All other reviews state the same problem.

Continued to ask for more money was ordering a dl for my daughter once payment was completed for.doll and told my package would be sent more money was requested i paid once that payment cleared more money was requested to ship package and they continued to.ask for more money i have requested and asked for.my money back because they told me my package would be sent once.i paid the first amount.for the doll but continued to adk me.for more money
