Can't recall the website it took me to but I purchased the equipment and they provided me with a receipt that reads Ultrabs but contains no telephone number or address for the company. In addition, I can't find any company as named above on the internet at all.

This company advertises on Facebook and other social media sites, showing fashionable wigs at a great price. The models show wigs that are of good quality and they offer buy two get one free items. I did that and the wigs I received were nothing like the wigs shown. Two were totally different from the ones I ordered and one (which I will keep) had to actually be styled as the condition was unacceptable. The wigs shed hair, are not of the quality grade of what is advertised, and as stated, they use a bait and switch technique that is 100% unethical. When people see something they like and they trust that they will receive the products they ordered, it is disappointing when that does not happen. Sovewigs actually advertises that if you are not satisfied they will address the issues; however, I received emails that suggested I keep the wigs and they would refund 5% of the money I paid, donate the wigs to someone and make them happy or purchase my own shipping label and return the wigs. I attempted to upload pictures of what I ordered and what was sent, but the upload file link did not work.

Attempted to order a Stanley 40oz cup for $19.00. Took almost a month to ship. Contacted the email on file. Said it could take 10-14 days to ship. When it was finally delivered, it was delivered to a post office in Lititz when I requested it be delivered to my home address. I called my local post office to find out more. The package had already been picked up and I was given an invalid tracking number.

I wanted to provide a gift for a friend who was having a very tough time. I found the site Philadelphia Baskets online which provided next-day delivery in the Philadelpha area. I located the item I wanted to purchase, which was called the "Crunch & Confections Gift Set". I also paid extra for 3 gourmet items and a bottle of Whiskey to be added. A total of $205.99 was spend on the gift.

The next day, I noticed I received no confirmation, receipt, or tracking number. I them reached out via their chat feature on their website to ensure the order went through, as my card was charged in full. The customer service agent that I spoke to could not find my order because I did not have my order number... I did not have my order number as I was never provided with a receipt or confirmation. I provided my name and the recipient's name. After a few minutes my order was located. The customer service agent provided me with a tracking number and a receipt.

Once the box was received, the recipient video called me to thank me. As he was opening the box I was very confused. Almost nothing that I ordered was there. 4 bottles of pasta sause, apples butter spread, fajita seasoning, a wheel of cheese, a cutting board, serving platter. I was appalled. I specifically asked if the gourmet items that I specifically picked out to put in the order were there. They were not. I also wrote a special message to go with the message. Instead they replaced it with "Dear Person, Enjoy. From, Person". Many items were crushed.

I contacted the Customer Service Team about this. They disregarded many questions like why I did not receive a receipt, where the items I paid extra were and if they weren't available why am I still charged, and why do they write their own messages? They told me they have a policy abut swapping out items and I cannot get a refund if I am not satisfied with the items they swapped. This is my fault for not reading. However, they do not swap like-for-like. They also do not swap each item. They also advertised 6 bottles of Cola in the basket and sent 3.

This was identical to sending them money and them sending whatever they wanted. I am astonished that this is ok. I understand swapping items, but this was sending have of what was advertised and taking my money for extra items and not sending. I do not know what to do.

I ordered a wicker porch swing for $60 from AmazonStorepro online. The company sent me a cheap hammock instead. When I asked for a refund or the product I ordered, I was told it would cost too much to return the hammock to China. After many emails to customer service, the company promised to send a 40 percent refund. The refund has not been completed yet.

I ordered a sweater from the website and they shipped it to their actual po box and not my address. Usps tracked it to the stores po box. I’ve sent this company numerous emails and messages through the website and they refuse to resend the item or refund my money.
