Their website offers many products. I was interested in one and followed the website procedures to purchase the product. The website looks very trustworthy so I continued and completed the transaction via PayPal online. I’ve received NO further information about my order and all attempts to contact them have been dead ends. I’ll upload a screenshot of the email I recieved after making the purchase. Klynu women’s clothing on Facebook advertise it’s made in the USA and returnable. They are not made in the USA as noted now in many reviews I’ve researched since my purchase. they offer money back towards your purchase price but my purchase price was almost $125, they first offered me $15 and I could keep the clothes and now it is gone up to 25, 38 and now $50 I do not want these cheaply made ill fitting clothes.

They advertise made in USA South Carolina, but they are not. They advertise they are returnable, but they are not. They are the same as Nensi and other clothing made in South Carolina. I re-posted on Facebook several reviews of people that have researched it and reported it to the Better Business Bureau.

My husband and I are going through IVF and needed this vitamin. I entered my information and when I hit submit it change the state from IL to NY. Now there is no way to contact them or cancel my order. The attached phone number just says mailbox is full. When you go to their website and click request refund - nothing happens. So I started researching this company and discovered many complaints about them including an F rating by the BBB. I would love to be able to get my money back, IVF is extremely expensive and every $ counts for us.

I ordered food storage containers from the website. I received an order confirmation email. A few days later, I received the tracking number. Later when I checked FedEx about the package, it said it was delivered but that wasn't my house shown in the picture on the FedEx site. I called FedEx and after they investigated, I found out that wasn't a tracking number for me. Tried a few times by email and phone to get a hold of bubblyliz with no answer. Don't purchase from them.

I ordered a baby lounger product through an ad on instagram. I received an order confirmation, but no product or tracking information. The company will not answer my emails. And somebody from the company has texted me trying to sell products, but can’t answer any of my questions

I saw a site for compression socks. Thought I bought one pair, found out it was 6 pairs. I immediately called to cancel. “The order has already shipped”. They would not refund me. I called again and was told they would refund $45 that day and the balance when they received the unopened socks back. . I sent the unopened package back and never received the balance of the $ back. No more emails. I left multiple voicemails with my contact info. No replies back.

Purchased and paid for product never delivered. Seller will request payment via PayPal under category as non commercial such as friend/family, and once payment is sent, seller provides tracking to something from overseas and arriving to US, getting stuck in customs and getting sent back. Seller appears to operate multiple sites which promotes and operates exactly the same as this. ex} smoke-web..com / heated-tobacco.com. Also same physical company address including incorrect zip code.

Scammer uses similar name to chiccouturesonline store, uses watermarked pictures of the original site at a discounted price. I made the purchase and no confirmation email was sent. Charges appeared on my statement from the company name Blooming Technology In Bl

Purchased merchandise from an online company 1/11/23 paid for expedited shipping. Sent multiple emails requesting status updates due to the tracking number showing as "Status not available at the moment. Please try again later." After multiple emails merchant has refused to give a refund and continues to give the runaround. It has now been 42 days since initial purchase and merchant continues to refuse refund or issue a valid tracking number

I ordered 10 items from their website that pops up on Facebook all the time. They had great reviews as well. I entered my correct address to send the package too and used my debit card to pay for the items and received free shipping. I received an email saying my items have shipped. I had not received the package after almost 2 weeks so I found the email and clicked on the tracking link and the package had been in my city but then went to a small town north of me and then back to my city and then to Denver, CO. I was like what the heck so I started digging and saw that my zip code was one digit off. I did not enter my address wrong, I would have noticed that the wrong town was showing, I went back to the email with my original order and my address was correct. So I sent an email and they said they could send my order back out but I needed to pay $15.00 postage and to go to a website called [email protected] to pay the 15 dollars postage and then send them a screenshot of the payment and they would send it right out. I told them that I am not paying any postage because I had free shipping and that I am not paying anymore money and that I wanted a full refund. They said they would refund me the money less the 15 dollars for shipping. I sent an email back and said it was not my fault that someone in their shipping department made a mistake entering my address and I expected a full refund and I have heard nothing back and still have no refund over 30 days since the last email. They do go by many names but you cannot find any phone number or address and I asked for a phone call and have received nothing.

Selling a product on social media. Paid through PayPal. After a couple weeks I contacted them to ask for status which they replied it was ready and waiting to be shipped. Another week goes by, same story. Several weeks go by and then the story changed- they said they were low on staff due to Covid and needed more time to produce my product. That was the last time they replied to my emails back in January.

Disputed charge with PayPal and they refunded me my money

I bought the 2 tickets which ended up being more than I expected but I was ok with that. I went to the show for the date on the ticket. It was worded very tricky. It was not until a couple of weeks before the show they sent another email with the ticket date year which was not for this year. At the event they told me this ticket did not exist. The ticket had already been used last year under the name of *** **********

I ordered from the website as a Christmas gift for my friend in late November/December. I spent a while waiting for the tracking number and realized they never posted it. I contacted multiple times they said they would send it out and they never did. Then ask for a refund, they said they would refund my card, then they didn’t. Their emails from this week said that they mailed another product.

Lori Najdek is her name with SCENTSY. Along with me, There are SEVERAL customers that have NOT received their items purchased. She is ALWAYS asking for $, but never pays it back when she said she would. She also says she cant afford shipping that was paid for with our purchases. I've been waiting since NOVEMBER for my items that she hasn't sent out.

Contacted via E-Mail about Child safety kits distributed to our local school. We had many conversations about the logo printed. I was to be sent sample kits. No kits came. Reached out to Jessica Lee my contact person and she hasn't responded. I reached out to the local school that the kits were to go to, and nothing was received.
