The product I ordered was wholesale incense for my business, this is not the first time that I have ordered this from this company however this time when I ordered the product the company took my money and never sent it through to the supplier of the product, I contacted the supplier of the product through their direct website and they stated they never received my order or my money from the company that I placed my order through, the supplier of the product also stated that they no longer sell through this company and that I shouldn't have been able to place an order because the supplier is not affiliated with tundra any longer. I have attempted to contact tundra several times asking for a refund and cancelation of my order and there has been no response or refund issued.

Ordered custom furniture. 8-10 week turnaround promised. 9 months later, no furniture. Seller stopped communicating 1 month ago. Will not respond to emails, calls or texts. Scammed out of almost $14,000.

I order some products from the online website(#cpfmmcd225080) and they ship almost all products but except one (CPFM MCDONALD'S PLUSH FRIENDS x 1 $250) and it take over 8 months but still didn’t ship anything, I tried email them but they just said let me wait, wait,… Now I don’t wanna waiting anymore,I want to get the money back but they don’t work with that even they still didn’t ship that until now…. Very bad experience

Order placed on 1-29 23. Web site linked to ChinaI believe, (Woo Commerce ?) no phone number, contact page will not send messages. Reissued my debit card so as not to have info/account compromised.

Hello team hope you doing good I was placed an order of Centrum tablet 36 units amounting to 514 dollar and the scammer did not send me the order and after 45 days they send me the email that your order has been cancelled and you have received your refund but we did not receive any single penny.

So it is therefore requested that kindly refund my money.

Merchant never sent item, Paid using AfterPay who offered no help and after much contact told me it is not their problem and acknowledged I was out over $300 and they would not help at all. Just as bad as the merchant.

I was sent an FB advertisement for flower pop up cards. I ordered $65 worth on March 30. I never received. Company said they would refund but never did. They said they would investigate but never received refund or product. Now when I type in name company doesn't exist

All items received (swim tops and short) were completely miss sized. Emailed numerous times to get authorization & address to return. No response and no ph# to call. They have several names Demo Swim, Curvy Shores, Curve Dream and others. My pkg came from the address in Jamaica NY which is listed as Demo Swim. This company needs to be stopped. All other reviews state the same problem.

Continued to ask for more money was ordering a dl for my daughter once payment was completed for.doll and told my package would be sent more money was requested i paid once that payment cleared more money was requested to ship package and they continued to.ask for more money i have requested and asked for.my money back because they told me my package would be sent once.i paid the first amount.for the doll but continued to adk me.for more money

I ordered two stanley cups off www.stanley1913.com. It was advertised on Facebook. I paid for it with my paypal account. I have contacted the email listed on the website, [email protected], about 4 times now. They just keep telling me to be patient and look at the tracking number provided. When I try to lookup the tracking with the information they gave me, it won't load.

I placed an order and received an alert from my credit card this was an international transaction. Website says everything made in South Carolina. Website also says you can cancel within 24 hours And returns are easy. None of this is true! They didn’t cancel my order, they won’t give return info and give me a credit. This company should be shut down! I opened a dispute with my credit card with hopes of a full credit.

Placed my order may 24th. Reached out June 4th about item. I was told they would get back to me as they were unable to tell me where my package was. I checked the tracking information and it shows the package was never shipped out. The FedEx facility had not received it despite that I got an email days prior saying it was shipped. I forwarded the screenshot to them. Despite that they continue to say the package was shipped. I told them multiple times I wanted my order cancelled. Initially they offered to give me 15% of my order money back if I wouldn't cancel my order. I said no I want to cancel. They then said they can no longer cancel my order because it was shipped. They also said I ordered a dress and I did not order a dress I had ordered a light fixture. Upon further investigation I found many other negative reviews of people saying they never received their item and th noe company was a scam. I'm disputing the charge and hoping to get my money back...

They put a product online that cost like five grand for $39.99 then they tell you that it's going to take 15 days and they give you a tracking number but the tracking number is fake and gets delivered to a different state and when you ask for a refund they tell you you can't get a refund they have logistics no name just logistics is looking for you you're not able to get a refund logistics will handle it we'll find it and get it to you and I looked it up that's what they do they don't send you anything they take your money and then tie you up and logistics I never received the name of a person I never received the name of logistics it's just wait patiently wait patiently and never receive anything

Ace Keto gummies website stated this was on Shark Tank. Guarantee to lose so much weight in 28 days. Have not lost any weight. They also sent me 2 bottles of detox pills at 59.99 that i did not order. Have sent email several times and nothing. I even replyed back to the original website and nothing.

I placed an order. After 3 week no tracking numer. I emailed them. They said wait another 2 weeks the utems were damaged. Its been 2months and still no tracking number. The email is no longer working
