Lori Najdek is her name with SCENTSY. Along with me, There are SEVERAL customers that have NOT received their items purchased. She is ALWAYS asking for $, but never pays it back when she said she would. She also says she cant afford shipping that was paid for with our purchases. I've been waiting since NOVEMBER for my items that she hasn't sent out.

Contacted via E-Mail about Child safety kits distributed to our local school. We had many conversations about the logo printed. I was to be sent sample kits. No kits came. Reached out to Jessica Lee my contact person and she hasn't responded. I reached out to the local school that the kits were to go to, and nothing was received.

This company offers Apex Keto gummies in an ad with content promoting Kelly Clarkson using the gummies. I never signed up for this but back in December began receiving 5x bottles every 3-4 weeks, The 1st time I received a shipment I did get an email from [email protected] with shipping confirmation but NO customer service info or contact info to cancel or return. I emailed them 14x requesting they reply to me and confirm they would stop sending and so I could return the items. The nd and 3rd shipments were delivered with no email and no packing receipt info other than an order # and something that says monthly shipment. Finally after digging thru my bills I found an entirely other company and noticed 3 separate charges ( the charges are not even coming thru as monthly continuous service) and there was a phone number on the cc statement. After 2.5 hours on hold I spoke to a call center and then they transferred me to a person at Apex Keto who refused to give me their address and who said that I had signed up for this but that per their rules I do not have an account or any way to cancel except to dispute with my bank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are really gross and disgusting. They act like you have opted in for continuous servic e when clearly they are doing independent charges and offer you no link letter or notification to cancel which is required by law. The NY, FL and CA attorney general should investigate these people.

This is a Company that offers Digital Marketing services and is working on multi platforms eg FB and Google, They scam multiple people living in US that are running their businesses, Offer them to make them a website or work on their social media image. However they donot work on anything just scam people through their words, Much to say their approach is usual through cold calling different american brands

Bought something online, never received it. Emailed and called multiple times. Phone # discounted.

I purchased their Lully Vintage Record Player on November 27, 2022. It was a Christmas present for my daughter. I checked the shipping status all of December. I wrote emails asking for an update or shipping status. They never responded to my emails. When I didn't receive it by January, after Christmas and got no response from the company, I wrote a review on their website warning other customers how they were a fraud and scam. The day after my review the company sent out an apology letter to their customers stating problems with their suppliers and email trouble and how they haven't received anyone's emails over last few months. So I responded to this new email they provided with a request for a refund. They replied that I will get a refund and a confirmation email asap. It is a month since this communication and I have received nothing. They have stopped replying to my emails. I noticed my review was taken down. Also I noticed they removed their address from their website. This must be because I threatened to report them to the ScamPulse.com in my last email. I remember the address was in Arizona and I remember when I googled it a large apartment complex was what was shown. This is definitely a scam and fraud

They also have an instagram account if that will help you. It's called shop.lully. I hope you can help me. I'm sure they did this to many other people too. Thank you.

I purchased $150 of product from this company in December of 2021 and it is currently February 2023 and I am still fighting for a refund or for them to send me my purchase. Do not buy from them, you will lose all the money you have spent and all for a product that most likely is a scam itself.

I ordered from this company before and all went well.

However I ordered again on January 18th, 2023, 4 items totalling $149.96 via my credit card. (Their order number *******) I was told I would get my order in 1-2 weeks. It is now about 3 weeks and I have heard nothing about my order so I called the above phone number. I called two times. First time it indicated for me to check the number. Second time the phone disconnected. Was about to call the third time when my phone rang coming from the same number I was calling. I questioned the person if he was from Valanio.

He indicated he was. He asked my order number and my name. Then asked my email address and then said he would send me an email in a half hour .with a tracking number so I could check the status of my order. Before I even checked for the email he called back saying I would have to fill out a form for a refund. I asked why couldn't they send me my order and he said they couldn't and then the phone disconnected. I just want to warn others about this company. They took my money via my credit card. Luckily when I called my credit card company they said they would take the charge off.

Placed a custom pants order received the totally wrong order.

Contacted company multiple times via phone and email for months and have heard nothing I return.

Attempted to write reviews on the company reviews “must be accepted my company administration” to be on their site.

On instagram platform comments and restricted.

This company is negligent and intentionally ignoring valid complaints. They are now allowing paying customers to express their VALID concerns to allow other paying customers and true look into their companies truths.

I purchased this order back in January they told me it would take 15 business days it is going on almost a month I tried to contact the scammer and they do not have to stop there is no phone number. They emailed me and said hey this is Joe I said I lost my tracking number but there is no tracking number on file! I paid with a debit card and have a tracking # he said I will check on it. It turns out there is not even a tracking number to be found anywhere this guy Joe has taken my money and he thinks I’m gonna blow him off and forget about it I will do whatever it takes to get back my money or get my merchandise he is used to doing something like this and this Hass to stop

Online This website pretends to sell clothes. However all it does it redirect you to PayPal, where they steal your credit card info and login. They never actually make a sale, there is no way to contact them (their contact link does not work) and it is all a scam.

The product was not sent (promised of delivery 5-7 days), and company will respond, stating high traffic order, then send out tracking number after the email. The item was not sent to the postal office. It is a month into ordering.

In November of 2021, I commissioned this company to design two costumes for me. I communicated with them through Instagram. Their Instagram handle is Costume_Player_us. They e-mailed me invoices, to which I paid them in three separate installments for a total of $1,635.00. My bank statement indicates that they used gosq.com to accept my card payments. They had sent me two other invoices of $200. I didn't pay those invoices because I had already paid the full amount. I notified them and they canceled one of those invoices. In August of 2022, I messaged them on Instagram, and did not receive a response, even though they had seen my message. In October of 2022, I e-mailed them at [email protected] and only received an automated reply indicating that they would respond. They did not. In January of 2023, I messaged them on Instagram and was told they'd get back to me ASAP. They did not and when I followed up a few days later, I was ignored. I e-mailed them again on February 3 and Instagram messaged them again today and again, did not receive any responses. I searched their e-mail address and found more consumer reviews on Trustpilot.com. These reviewers had similar experiences as me. They placed orders through costume player, never received a product and wouldn't get a reply when they followed-up. One review indicated that Costume Player used costume photos from other websites. It is evident to me that I was scammed by people who never intended to provide a product. I have my invoices saved and screenshots of all of my communication with them. I don't know where Costume Player is located. Thank you.

I ordered two dresses on line at Ryabe. Took almost a month to get, even though the site says they are shipped from South Carolina. After several emails with my concerns of them being a legitimate company, I finally received my items this past Saturday (February 4th). Terrible. Cheaply made...sequins hanging by threads. Can NOT even get them over my arms--not even past my elbows!! The only way to contact them is through email..... told them I'd like a refund and where to ship them back for a return/refund. Got an email that says they will give me "$14 US dollars, keep the dresses, is that acceptable?" Um no...it's not! I paid close to $100, I can't wear them...and I want my money back! I doubt this is a company in the United States the way it's worded and how sketchy they are with no address nor a phone number!

I ordered shoes off of the website (jdsportswearz.com) on 12/25/2023 in the amount of $182.00. The $182.00 was taken out of my bank account the same day by www.daphare.com. I have since reached out to the website to contact someone in regards to the estimated delivery date, and have also looked into the product/order tracking on the website. The website will email me directly back from [email protected] stating someone will be in contact with me (auto replied I'm sure). I have yet to get any response or feedback. I have attached a copy of the email correspondence as well as the transaction from my bank statement.

Ordered custom pajama for grandkids. Was told that order was placed ed too late to receive for Christmas but would be processed. No other communications or products received

I ordered a mattress online and my credit card was charged but the item was not shipped. I sent one email about a sale that was answered, but when I sent a second email asking when my mattress would ship I received no reply.

I almost purchased an expensive watch on this website. Before I placed my order, I called their phone number listed and it is disconnected. I Googled their business address and it is an abandoned warehouse. The website says copyright 2023, and yet everything is fake. This website needs to be taken down. I did my homework, but others may not and provide their cc number.

Never received product. Provided proof that order was not delivered to the correct address. Company refuses to refund order.

I placed an order through the website on 11/29/2022 today is 02/01/2023 and i haven't received anything I've reached out them via email and still haven't received a response.
