This person said they were taking payment for delivery service. They asked for a photo of my drivers license which I sent. Then they asked for $200 which I paid then they said if I didn’t pay $399 to be registered in the state for delivery I would be charged $15,000

i received the products and said that I wanted to return them, and they told me that my refund request had been received and that I did not need to return the products. Although I have repeatedly emailed to make sure, they have responded with the same message. One month later, $197 was withdrawn from products worth $150 from my card, and now they're saying that they're withdrawing because I didn't return the products. My situation is very bad and almost the last of my money has been withdrawn. I want my money back, please help me.

First - they advertise clothing to be made in South Carolina, U.S.

Second - they charged my credit card more than my receipt.

Third - they will not offer a full refund authorization for product return.

Forth - the return address is in NY not SC.

Item labels state Made in China (The only reason I ordered from this company was they stated ALL items made in South Carolina, U.S.

They charged me $101.63 on my credit card yet my receipt says $80.73

I ordered 2 blouses. I had to email numerous times to get the white blouse, which they stated they sent.

After discovering the items were made in China (even though they state they were made here) I am attempting to send them back, but need a return authorization label. They first offered me $30 and keep the items, then $45, then final offer $60 and if I must send them back gave me the 14709 182 ND ST Springfield Gardens, NY 11413 address. So even if I trusted them enough to do this I am still out $41.63.

- Olin, NC, USA

I purchased 3 peacefull night pillows and paid $55.98. I did not receive the pillows but did receive 3 childs rings with smiley faces. I have called the 24/7 number twice which they say is through Google and can not go through. I emailed both emails they have 4 times and Gmail says "their server is not accepting the emails". I filled out their contact form 3 times with no response.

I purchased a pair of shoes from sauconyfactoryoutletstores.com. I realized upon looking at the payment details that it was a scam. The payment appears on my credit card as PAYPAL *DOUGLASADAM 4029357733, CA 951310000.

I ordered the item listed in the attached photo. The site said manufactured in California, USA. After not receiving the item I contacted the company & came to realize the item was coming from China. I received a cheap t shirt in a package stating it came from California. I have contacted the company numerous times & they said they would refund me but that has not yet happened. This website takes you to another site all together. The email address is customercare-Vip. I believe it’s @ outlook.com. This is clearly targeted towards senior citizens! I have more photos and emails but the bbb site only lets me upload one file.

Ordered from FB on March 22, payment was processed and to date still no item delivered.

- Grand Forks, ND, USA

I bought a package from this website and they claimed that they shipped the package but I never received it. The shipping company said they tried redelivering it to the sender but that they were not longer at that address and they had moved. I have sent them countless emails and made countless phone calls but I have not been able to reach anyone from the website. Even the address on their website is fake. The shipping company said that they have used the tracking number for my package with multiple shipments. I am reporting it so that other people don't fall a victim.

Thanks for using yobasmarketplace.com!

Hello,

A purchase was made from your online store https://yobasmarketplace.com/ on February 7, 2023. Please see below.

On February 16, 2023, I called and left a message on the telephone number listed on your website (862) 800-7562?. Later that day on Feb 16, 3:35 PM, I received a text message "Hi, I think you have the wrong number! You called earlier today"

I have been waiting since February 7, 2023 to receive the tracking information or some sort of an update about the order.

As of the time of this email I have still not received the item or any form of communication in regards.

I have since reviewed the credit card statement and was charged for the purchase of the item from your store.

I am now requesting that the total amount of the online purchase of $57.99 USD be refunded within (10) business days to the credit card that was used.

In the event that the amount of $59.99USD is not refunded within this time frame. I will take further actions to retrieve the funds.

Thank you,

This scammer posted an advertisement on Offerup to design custome drapes. I contacted her and then she called me. I explained what I was looking for and she asked me to send her pictures of my windows, so I sent them to her. She gave me an estimate and insisted on coming to my house to show me her fabrics and designs. I eventully agreed and she she came with her husband and raised the price and had only five fabric swatches that were thrown into a box. Her designs were the same that she had on her instagram account and none looked like the style that I described to her. The only reason she came to my house was to get money. I took her to another room because I already had the fabric for that room. I asked for an estimate for her labor. She agreed to $2000 for that room. We gave her a deposit of $1000 plus our materials worth $500, then she begged for an additional $500 deposit for materials for when we were ready to begin the living room. We wanted to see her work before giving her two jobs but she was so insistent that we agreed to the additional $500. We have a receipt for those amounts. She did not update or contact me for weeks, I kept asking for an update, finally she said that she was ready to install on March 24, she came with her husband and a random third person who was taking pictures of the inside of my house and made me uncomfortable (I reported thid to the local police), and she had no draps to install. She lied. She was there to ask for another fabric deposit for the other room. She said she would come back on Monday to do the install. At this point, my wife mentioned that we may not do the other room. Her husband was upset and they finally left. I sent her messages on offerup asking to confrirm that she was going to actually do the install on Monday. I also told her that if she didn't want the work or didn't do my job, she could refund my money and return my materials. She said her husband wanted to speak to me. He called on Monday, the day they were supposed to install, and told me that he wanted more money for the room if I was not going to do two rooms with them. I told him to do my work and if the work is good I'll go forward, which is what I originally tolf them. He said he would call me back and he did not. I have not heard from them since March 27.

I was lured to this website promising designer goods at amazing prices. When trying to make the purchase, it became clear to me it is a scam website - the order would not go through and continued to give me an error message, but only after collecting all of my personal contact information and credit card information to process the sale. I am concerned now that this company has all of my information but no real intention to do any business (with anyone)... I don't think they are trying to sell goods, but rather scam individuals out of money. I have tried to contact them, to no avail. When I tried to switch my payment method from credit card to Paypal option, it did lead me to the paypal platform, straight to a page asking me to confirm a money transfer of about $200 (less than the proposed purchase on the original site anyway) but it was asking me to send it to an individual named Simona Jolanta (@simonajolanta605) - again, the price requested on paypal then did not even match my intended purchase amount, and there was no accompanying receipt/proof of purchase/anything to indicate the money would be going to a known business. The website claims 100% secure shopping SSL encryption and other comforting things... I have photos demonstrating the checkout page view leading me to the paypal confusion and other screenshots I took of the website if it is helpful.

Arietia is a SCAM !! I purchase luggage that I NEVER received. Now the company is out of business and their emails I am sending are bouncing back as undeliverable.

Eatingtools.com advertised a piece of cookware for $195. I paid for the item and in approximately 1 hour, the owner of the business emailed me stating he would need another $100 in order for me to complete the transaction due to a "glitch" within Instagram. The only other option given was to cancel the transaction and receive a refund. This type of practice is often associated with bait and switch scams. The owner made no attempts to rectify his pricing mishap by honoring the advertised price, but chose to email this statement after calling him out "Thanks for taking the high road here. It does sound like our shop of artisan-made, world-class cookware is probably not the right shop for you."
