The website has a bunch of home goods for sale. I ordered two Serta pillows that I was excited to find because I thought they were out of production. After ordering I starting thinking and started looking into the website and realized that I couldn't actually get in contact with them. The contact us link did not work and there was no other way to get in touch. I paid through PayPal and an email for the company and their real name showed up on the transaction receipt. I emailed them but no response. After waiting a while I filed a dispute with PayPal and they refunded me. A day later the company sent PayPal some tracking info but it was inaccurate. The tracking said the package had been delivered to the front desk but UPS delivers to my door. There was a name on the proof of delivery that didn't match up with anyone at my apartment office and they hadn't accepted any packages. My address was not on the tracking info, just my city. The item weight on the tracking said 50 lbs but it was just 2 pillows. I think once PayPal canceled payment the company sent some bogus tracking info.

I purchased an e-bike from Gocycle.com for the price of $3607 through Affirm a consumer loan company. The bike arrived defective (kickstand detached) and the company asked me to send back the ebike since it’s impossible to fix it by the service in New York city. Upon sending back the bike, I asked for a refund and the customer care sent a new bike to the service store without my consent insisting they can’t accept the bike. Since I did not pick up the bike, they charged me $1157.70 of the total amount for their postage. Details are in a document attached:

An ad for skin tag removal selling for $37 for three bottles. When I went through the ordering process I was not given a total nor did my credit card process. The message said that my credit card number was not valid and to use another card which I did. The same thing occurred. At this point I was uncomfortable and did not complete the order since I never received a final “place the order”. I received an email from the company thanking me for my order of $198.78. They tried to charge both credit cards. Luckily, one of my cards was alert enough to question the charge and did not pay. I called the company and they tried to give me a discount but would not cancel the order which is what I demanded. I am working with my credit card company to get my money back. Do not trust this company.

As soon as I placed the order, I emailed to have it cancelled. I was told I could not cancel it. After several emails asking for it to be cancelled, I stopped receiving a response. Item was shipped with tracking and item was delivered to Florida and I live in Pennsylvania. I have reach out to the email and still no response.

Our Pet passed on a few days ago and we were in search of a place to have her cremated. We came across the website and without much investigation (at first) decided to call them up. I spoke with Joe, who seemed nice enough. He offered his condolences and proceeded to tell me the price was $350 cash or about $380 if I used my card. When going through grief, decisions you'd normally question, typically get overlooked. Like when I asked if I could drop her off, he adamantly said he would come to me. I thought, "how nice of him". Later coming to the realization that the address on the site is a property that is listed for sale as a Family home. Also the fact that there is no email listed as a contact for them. How about the fact they have zero reviews and all of the pictures they have on google were uploaded less than 20 days ago.

Bottom line is this, for anyone to take such a sad time in someone's life and try to take advantage of them is seriously messed up!

They called my wife's number / because I used her insurance card when I visited emergy center in Allentown, PA last month.

I tried call them, their number is constantly busy, no one to talk to. ? how is this possible ... Please help to find the perpetrator and make sure other people know about this possible scam encounter.

THank you.

Seeing that garments were made in South Carolina when visiting the klynu.com website, unfortunately I made a purchase before reviewing it. After receiving a dress, it was clearly not a quality garment. The fabric was very thin, almost see through. The label on the package read 'JFK' (John F. Kennedy Airport), but a label beneath it showed Chinese symbols (the package took over two weeks to arrive). I was going to return it, but comments and reviews said it was near impossible to get a refund. It should be noted that on Facebook there are MANY websites showing the same garments, all made in South Carolina, to include these: valanio.com, isoru.com, crigne.com, ulciy.com, uriiy.com, olgora.com, tyywe.com, cayred.com, ryabe.com, wigea.com, halysa.com... There are many more. These sites are all clearly fraudulent, and I hope that no one else buys into their lies.

Ordered a Pair of Hoka sneakers. a Receipt arrived from Binn Trading Inc as the company had taken money out of my account. Supposedly the next day they were sent to my address. How ever nothing has been sent or Delivered to my address. I have sent multiple e-mails and recently found a phone number which of course that does not work either. It simply goes to voice messages and hangs up on you.

There was a Mother’s Day ad on Facebook offering a sale on Stanley cups. I purchased two Stanley cups with the sale but never received them. I received multiple alerts that the cups had been delivered but the tracking service appears to be something out of China and apart of the scam. I contacted the email on the website and received no response.

On May 14, 2023 I was on Instagram and saw going out of business guitar sales and purchased one using my credit card. I never received it and wrote an email to the company via the receipt and

order # 4892 RH Nowbestbuys.com. Today May 30th I went to the Post Office and was advised this is not valid and may be fraud.

I received an email from a company called ninacloak.com. I placed an order for two items and then realized after reading reviews on various websites that this is a scam company claiming to be based in Hong Kong. The shipping charges were nearly $20.00. Of the 426 reviews I read, all customers gave it a one star and were furious for receiving substandard clothing MADE IN CHINA or no items at all. The hotline number for this company is in Northern Michigan. I spoke to a 'representative' after receiving an email confirmation number and was told he did not have any access to his computer; that there was no recored for that confirmation number nor my email address. If he had no record of my email address how could I possibly receive a confirmation number sent to my email address? My son recently fled Hong Kong where he had lived and worked for many years. I asked this 'representative' about various landmarks on the main island where he lived in a high rise and worked at a major American company. Then he moved to an island, Peng Chau. The representative was clueless that Hong Kong is made up of over 250 islands, many of which are uninhabited, and that there is regular ferry service which is how my son went to work every day. He was unaware that the Chinese government took over Hong Kong. I told him to stop playing games with me and he became belligerent and hostile, refusing to issue me a refund. This is a scam operation and should be shut down immediately. There is even a website warning I located that this scammer is stealing photographs from other legitimate online retailers, sending customers the wrong items which do not even remotely resemble the photos and that no one every gets their money refunded.

I was using a site that led me to multiple other sites to books cheaper flights. I wasn’t sure how to tell what’s legit yet or not, but I went for the best price with the closest needed dates. Immediately after putting in purchase info I received an email saying my confirmation is pending, followed by a support phone call at 9pm. First to me then my boyfriend who’s information was in the checkout. First they wanted name and reservation number for confirmation and then said the flight wasn’t actually available and that they had other options for different days or airports if we’re willing. I was already unsure this was real so I told her to cancel both tickets and froze my credit card before it showed any pending purchases so I’m not 100% if it was a scam but it did not seem right.
