I placed an order for a full length mirror for $29.90 charged to my credit card. I received a gold ring in the mail. When I emailed their support email they responded saying that it's a "gift" and my order is in progress. After over a month, my order still has not arrived and everytime I request a tracking number they give me a generic response saying they will escalate the issue and it depends on the warehouse team. I asked for a full refund multiple times but they say they can only give me a partial refund and to get a full refund I need to ship back the item. They never respond to my point that I never received the item. It's now been 3 months and I have not received the item. When I asked for a full refund again they tell me to return the "gift" to an address in China to a "Mr. Zhang" to get a full refund. Total scam.

the Facebook advertisement. Custom show of LED Sound control Symphony lights shooting fireworks & making sounds like fireworks from a pole in a yard. We received a small box with a cheap strip of of LED lights that does nothing. We contacted the company thinking they had made a mistake. A Kimberly Green replied/seemed clueless of the ad and insisted we got what we ordered. switch & bait tactic with false advertising on Facebook. Would like to warn others of this company. She offered a refund but by the time they took out all their fees (including a restocking fee) there would be very little to recoup on our loss.

Website offers jewelry for sale. They do marketing scam tactics that have a disgruntled “former employee” pretend they got fired from their job at Mazalti and as revenge they are posting a discount code that applies 100% off coupon to carts. Then when you use the code you think you’re getting free jewelry, but they either charge insanely for shipping and you never get the jewelry or they steal your payment info submitted.

his company is engaging in fraudulent practices.

Our company recently subscribed to the Expedite load board due to its reputation for catering specifically to box trucks, sprinters, and smaller trucks. We were eager to explore the load postings on Expedite, as the majority of the board is usually occupied by loads suitable for larger vehicles.

However, our experience took a disappointing turn when we encountered some issues. To access load details, we were required to pay a $50 onboarding fee. Regrettably, once we gained access to the load information, we discovered that the only way to contact the brokers was via email. Over a span of two weeks, we reached out to approximately 10-15 brokers but received no response.

To overcome this challenge, we decided to research the companies that had posted the loads and contacted them directly via phone. In one instance, the individual who answered the call responded rudely, stating that they only communicated through email for load inquiries and abruptly ended the call. Another broker we contacted directed us to send an email and assured us of a response, but we were left waiting indefinitely.

These experiences were just a glimpse into the larger problem we encountered. It became evident that approximately 90% of the brokers or loads listed on Expedite were not legitimate companies and were likely involved in fraudulent activities.

Expedite urgently needs to conduct an audit of its system to assess the individuals and companies they allow to join its platform. This lack of scrutiny is tarnishing their reputation. While the concept of Expedite load board is commendable, their failure to properly vet participants has led our company to cancel our subscription and inform other carriers about this issue.

I ordered a kiddie pool for my daughter I saw online, thinking it was a good deal. After 4 weeks, I’ve not received the package and their “dispute” process is trying to force me to track the package down before they can refund or replace the item. It never arrived. I’ve checked my security cameras and no package was ever delivered.

I selected the ad and was transferred to a online purchasing page where I ordered 2 pairs of shorts on 5/3. Site said it would take 14-20 days to arrive. I was able to track it but it never arrived after the last log in the tracker. It was shipped from China.

During a google search for an item, I was presented with the item at the site. I additionally found another item on the site that I preferred and attempted to order the item. It references using paypal to insure payment however, I choose to use my wells fargo credit card. The attempt failed twice even after verification. I then attempted to use another card which was also declined. Using the Paypal option specifically also blocked the transaction. At this point I was fully alert to the issue and called the numbers on the site. There are two different numbers for help and contact. The first was a voicemail, the second was the contact number in which a man answered and began telling me about a fee charged of some sort that did not even correspond with the company nor the matter at hand. he responded as though he called me instead of me calling them. When I questioned him whether he thought he called me, he hung up. I then contacted my credit card companies and cancelled my cards. I was informed by WF that the charge was reversed and that they had blocked my card as a result of the attempted purchase. At the end of the day, I was not overly impacted however, I want everyone to be aware of the scam.
